প্রধানমন্ত্রী শেখ হাসিনার ৭৪তম জন্মদিন আজ। ১৯৪৭ সালের এই দিনে গোপালগঞ্জের মধুমতি নদী বিধৌত টুঙ্গিপাড়ায় জন্মগ্রহণ করেন তিনি। আজ এমন সময় তার জন্মদিন এসেছে, যখন করোনাভাইরাসের মহামারিতে বিশ্বের অন্যান্য দেশের মতো বাংলাদেশও আক্রান্ত। তাই জন্মদিন উদযাপন হলেও তা যে অন্যান্যবারের মতো জাঁকজমকপূর্ণ হবে না সেটা আর বলার অপেক্ষা রাখে না।

এমনকি প্রধানমন্ত্রী নিজেই তার জন্মদিন এ বছর সেভাবে উদযাপন করতে নিষেধ করেছেন। সম্প্রতি দলীয় এক বৈঠকে দলের সাধারণ সম্পাদকের পক্ষ থেকে এ সংক্রান্ত এক প্রস্তাব করা হলে তিনি তা প্রত্যাখ্যান করেন। কারণ জনগণের নেত্রী মনে করেন, করোনার কারণে যেখানে দেশের মানুষ কষ্টে আছেন, সেখানে তিনি কীভাবে আনন্দ করবেন, অথচ তিনি জনগণের সুখ-দুঃখের সঙ্গটানা তিনবারের প্রধানমন্ত্রী শেখ হাসিনা স্বাধীন বাংলাদেশের মহান স্থপতি জাতির জনক বঙ্গবন্ধু শেখ মুজিবুর রহমান ও বঙ্গমাতা বেগম ফজিলাতুন্নেছার জ্যেষ্ঠ সন্তান এবং বাংলাদেশ আওয়ামী লীগের সভাপতি। ভাই-বোনদের মধ্যে শেখ হাসিনা ও শেখ রেহানা ছাড়া কেউই জীবিত নেই। ১৯৭৫ সালের এক কালরাতে হায়েনারা তার পুরো পরিবারকে নির্মমভাবে হত্যা করে। কিন্তু তারা দুই বোন দেশের বাইরে থাকায় প্রাণে বেঁচে যান।

শেখ হাসিনার শিক্ষাজীবন শুরু টুঙ্গিপাড়ার এক পাঠশালায়। ১৯৫৪ সালে বঙ্গবন্ধু প্রাদেশিক পরিষদের সদস্য নির্বাচিত হলে সপরিবারে ঢাকায় আসেন। পরে ১৯৬৫ সালে আজিমপুর বালিকা বিদ্যালয় থেকে মাধ্যমিক ও ১৯৬৭ সালে ইন্টারমিডিয়েট গার্লস কলেজ (বর্তমান বদরুন্নেসা কলেজ) থেকে উচ্চ মাধ্যমিক পাস করেন। একই বছর তিনি ঢাকা বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ে বাংলা ভাষা ও সাহিত্যে অনার্সে ভর্তি হন। ১৯৭৩ সালে সেখান থেকে স্নাতক ডিগ্রি লাভ করেন।

প্রধানমন্ত্রী ইন্টারমিডিয়েট গার্লস কলেজে পড়ার সময় ছাত্র সংসদের সহ-সভাপতি নির্বাচিত হন। ঢাকা বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ে অধ্যয়নকালে ছাত্রলীগের সদস্য এবং রোকেয়া হল শাখার সাধারণ সম্পাদকের দায়িত্ব পালন করেন। ছাত্রলীগ নেত্রী হিসেবে আইয়ুববিরোধী আন্দোলন ও ছয় দফা আন্দোলনে সক্রিয়ভাবে অংশ নেন তিনি।

১৯৬৮ সালে বঙ্গবন্ধু শেখ মুজিবুর রহমান আগরতলা ষড়যন্ত্র মামলায় কারাগারে থাকাকালে পরমাণু বিজ্ঞানী ড. ওয়াজেদ মিয়ার সঙ্গে শেখ হাসিনার বিয়ে হয়। সায়মা ওয়াজেদ পুতুল ও সজিব ওয়াজেদ জয় নামে তাদের দুই সন্তান রয়েছে।

১৯৭৫ সালে সেনাবাহিনীর একদল বিপদগামী সদস্য বঙ্গবন্ধুকে সপরিবারে গুলি করে হত্যা করে। ওই সময় দেশে ফেরার পরিবেশ না থাকায় শেখ হাসিনা ইউরোপ ছেড়ে স্বামী-সন্তানসহ ভারতে রাজনৈতিক আশ্রয় নেন। পরে ১৯৮১ সালে আওয়ামী লীগের জাতীয় সম্মেলনে তার অনুপস্থিতিতে তাকে দলের সভাপতি নির্বাচিত করা হয়। দলের সভাপতি নির্বাচিত হওয়ার পর একই বছর ১৭ মে দেশে প্রত্যাবর্তন করেন তিনি।

১৯৯৬ সালে শেখ হাসিনার নেতৃত্বে সরকার গঠন করে আওয়ামী লীগ। মাঝে বিএনপি নেতৃত্বাধীন জোট সরকার ক্ষমতায় আসে। পরে ২০০৮ সালে নির্বাচনে জিতে ফের ক্ষমতায় আসেন তিনি। সেই থেকে টানা তিন মেয়াদে ক্ষমতায় রয়েছেন শেখ হাসিনা।

এদিকে, কোভিড-১৯ এর মহামারির আতঙ্কের মধ্যেই বাংলাদেশের এই মহান নেত্রীর জন্মদিন হওয়ায় স্বাস্থ্যবিধি মেনেই আওয়ামী লীগ, যুবলীগ, স্বেচ্ছাসেবক লীগসহ বিভিন্ন রাজনৈতিক ও সামাজিক সংগঠন নানা কর্মসূচি পালন করবে।

মানবতার নেত্রী শেখ হাসিনার জন্মদিন উপলক্ষে সারাদেশে সব মসজিদে দোয়া মাহফিল এবং মন্দির, প্যাগোডা, গির্জাসহ বিভিন্ন ধর্মীয় উপাসনালয়ে বিশেষ প্রার্থনার আয়োজন করা হয়েছে।

‘অতিরিক্ত ফি’ নেওয়ার অভিযোগ পেলেই ব্যবস্থা: শিক্ষামন্ত্রী

অষ্টম শ্রেণির রেজিস্ট্রেশনে অতিরিক্ত ফি নেওয়া হচ্ছে, এ বিষয়ে দৃষ্টি আকর্ষণ করা হলে শিক্ষামন্ত্রী বলেন, সরকার নির্ধারিত যে ফি আছে সেই ফি এর বাইরে কেউ যদি অতিরিক্ত চার্জ করে, সুনির্দিষ্টভাবে আমাদের কাছে কেউ যদি অভিযোগ করে তাহলে আমরা সেসব প্রতিষ্ঠানের বিরুদ্ধে ব্যবস্থা নেবো।

আসন্ন নির্বাচন নিয়ে এক প্রশ্নে আওয়ামী লীগের যুগ্ম সাধারণ সম্পাদক দীপু মনি বলেন, আওয়ামী লীগ নির্বাচনের দল। নির্বাচন ছাড়া অন্য কোনো পদ্ধতিতে দেশ পরিচালনায় দায়িত্বে কোনোদিন আসিনি, আসা সম্ভবও নয়। কারণ আমরা একটি গণতান্ত্রিক দল। কাজেই আমরা নির্বাচনমুখী সবসময়ই।

বড়ই টালমাটাল অবস্থা এখন আমার । কিছুই বুঝে উঠতে পারছিনা । কোনটা সঠিক কোনটা বেঠিক ,কোনটা আমার কোনটা তোমার, বিশ্বাসের ভিত্তিটা নড়বড়ে হতে হতে একদম তলানিতে ঠেকেছে। মন খুলে কথা বলার মত মানুষের বড়ই অভাব । সত্য মিথ্যা যাচাইয়ের আগেই বৈশাখী ঝড় জানো নেমে আসে, দ্রব্যমূল্যের দাম যেমন ওঠানামা করে ঠিক তেমনি এখন মানুষগুলো তাদের বিচার বিশ্লেষণ করতে একই রূপে রূপান্তরিত হয়। ভাবতেই অবাক লাগে সত্যটা জানার পরও মিথ্যার ডুগডুগি বাঁচাতে ব্যস্ত মানুষ, আগের পাড়া-মহল্লায় দু একটা লোক পাওয়া যেত, পরের আলোচনায় ব্যস্ত থাক তে, এখন হাট বসেছে কে কাকে ধরে কত নিচে নামাবে তার প্রতিযোগিতা চলছে। রাজনীতি এখন দাবার গুটির মত চালেই সীমাবদ্ধ। ভালো মন্দের বিচার বিশ্লেষণ প্রয়োজন নেই তেলবাজি হুক্কা হুয়া, এই অসম প্রতিযোগিতায় অনেক ভালো মানুষ মাথা নিচু করে আত্মসম্মানের ভয়ে গুটিয়ে নিচ্ছে নিজেকে। এখন নির্লজ্জ বেহায়া অশিক্ষিত পেশিশক্তি তেলবাজরা অসৎ উপায়ে উপার্জনের জন্য মরিয়া হয়ে একপ্রকার মরিয়া হয়ে হায়নার মত রাজনীতির দিকে ধাবিত হচ্ছে, ফলে সমাজে যাদের মূল্য পাওয়ার কথা তারা মূল্যহীন হয়ে পড়ছে। এরই মধ্যে সমাজের বিভিন্ন স্তরে সামাজিক অস্থিরতা অসংগতি এবং এর কুপ্রভাব পরিলক্ষিত হচ্ছে,। তাই নিজেকে নিরাপত্তাহীনতায় ভুগতে হয়, এত অসঙ্গতি পরিলক্ষিত হচ্ছে যে সমাজের বিত্তবান সুশীল সমাজ আমলা রাজনীতিবিদ সহ সব স্তরে যেন অবিশ্বাস এবং জনগণের সাথে একটা বিরাট দূরত্ব দেখা দিয়েছে যা বারে বারে পিড়া দেয়, একটা বিরাট আস্থাহীনতা দেখা দিয়েছে এই মনে। তাই বলতেই হয় বেসামাল হয়ে গেছি হয়ে গেছি টালমাটাল।

শ্যামনগর থানার গাবুরায় বড়ভাই মীর আব্দুর রাজ্জাক কর্তৃক আপন ছোটভাই মীর আজিজ হাসানকে বাগদা চিংড়ি ঘেরের হিস্যা না দিয়ে ঘের জবরদখলে রাখা ও সম্পত্তি গ্রাস করার অভিযোগ পাওয়া গেছে।

অভিযোগে প্রকাশ ২০০৯ সালে প্রলয়ংকরী ঘূর্ণীঝড় আইলায় উপকুলীয় দ্বীপ ও চর সমুহের সাথে গাবুরাও প্লাবিত হলে অভিযোগকারী সবকিছু ফেলে স্ব-পরিবারে শ্যামনগরে চলে আসেন। ২০১০ সালে অভিযুক্ত বড়ভাই মীর আব্দুর রাজ্জাকের পিড়াপিড়িতে মা ও স্ত্রীর তীব্র বিরোধীতা সত্ত্বেও তাকে ৫০% লাভের আশায় মৌখিক আশ্বাসের ভিত্তিতে অভিযোগকারী তার ১৫/১৬ বিঘার ঘেরটি অভিযুক্তকে মুল বাঁধের কাজ শেষ না হওয়া অবধি বাগদা চিংড়ি চাষ করতে দেন। প্রথম বছরেই লাভ হয় ৫ লক্ষ টাকার উপরে অথচ অদ্যাবধি তিনি অভিযুক্তকারী ছোটভাই মীর আজিজ হাসানকে লভ্যাংসের একটি টাকাও পরিশোধ করেননি।

২০০৯ সালে গাবুরা তলিয়ে যাওয়ার পর ২০১১ সালে মুল বাঁধের কাজ শেষ হলেও ঘেরটি ছোটভাইকে না দিয়ে টালবাহানা শুরু করেন এবং অদ্যাবধি ঘেরটি ছোটভাইয়ের অনুকুলে বুঝে দেননি, এরই মাঝে অভিযোগকারী ছোটভাই ২০১২ সালে স্ব-পরিবারে কেশবপুর উপজেলায় চলে আসেন। যৌথ ব্যাবসার শেযারের অংশ ও বাগদা চিংড়ির ঘের না পেয়ে কর্মহীন থাকার কারনে অভাবের তাড়নায় একএক করে প্রায় ৯ (নয়) বিঘা জমি বিক্রয় করে এসেছেন, যার ৪.৫ সাড়ে চার বিঘার উপর জমি ক্রয় করে নিজেদের কব্জায় রেখেছেন বড় দু’ভাই অভিযুক্ত মীর আব্দুর রাজ্জাক ও মীর রেজাউল হোসেন। অভিযোগকারী জানান ২বছর তলিয়ে থাকার পর ২০১১ সাল থেকে ২০১৫ সাল নাগাদ ছোটভাইকে কোন হারীর টাকাও পরিশোধ করেননি, তিনি শুধুমাত্র ছোভাইকে ঠকাননি, তার কালো হাত থেকে অন্যান্য ভাইবোনরাও নিস্তার পাননি। ১৯৮২ সালে তাদের বাবা মারা গেলেও অদ্যাবধি অন্যান্য ভাইবোনদের করো জমিজমার হিসাব বুঝে দেননি, কেউ জানেন না কোথায় কোন জমি আছে কে কতটুকু জমি পাবেন, ছোটভাইয়ের সাথে তারাও রাজপথের সাথী।

অভিযোগকারী মীর আজিজ হাসান চলতি ঘের মওসুম শুরুতে দুই বোনের জমি ডিড নিয়ে আসেন কিন্ত আলোচনার টেবিলে বিরোদীয় সকল বিষয় উত্থাপিত হলেও কোন ইতিবাচক বিষয় আলোচিত হয়নি কোন বিষয়ে নিশ্পত্তি ছাড়াই বসাবসি শেষ হয়, মেজো বোন রশিদা খাতুনের ১.৫ বিঘা জমি তিনি ক্রয় করেছেন বলেছেন, কিন্ত তিনি তার বক্তব্যের স্বপক্ষে কোন বৈধ দলিল দেখাতে ব্যর্থ হয়েছেন। অভিযুক্ত মীর আব্দুর রাজ্জাকের বয়ানে পৈত্রিক সম্পত্তি আছে ৬ ডিপিতে, ২টি ডিপির ১.৫ বিঘা জমি তিনি ক্রয় করেছেন যার ২০৮ নং ডিপিতেই ১৩ একর ১৮ শতক জমির মধ্যে বোনদেরকে দিয়েছেন মাত্র .০৩৭ অংশে ৪৮.৭ শতক জমি মাত্র বাদবাকী ডিপির ব্যাপারে তিনি নিশ্চুপ।

ছোট বোন রহিমা খাতুনের ডিডও নিয়েছেন বাদী, পৈত্রিক সম্পত্তি আছে ৬ ডিপিতে যার ২০৮ নং ডিপিতেই ১৩ একর ১৮ শতক জমির মধ্যে বোনকে দিয়েছেন মাত্র .০৩৭ অংশে ৪৮.৭ শতক জমি মাত্র, বাদবাকী ডিপির ব্যাপারে তিনি মুখে কুলুপ এটেছেন। খোঁজ নিয়ে জানা যায় রহিমা খাতুনও বড় ভেইয়ের উপর বিরক্ত, দীর্ঘদিন যাবত হারীর টাকা না পেয়ে নিরুপায় হয়ে জমি বিক্রয় করবার কথা বলে ৮০.০০০ (আশি হাজার) টাকা নিয়েছেন বড় ভাইয়ের কাছ থেকে, যেজন্য তার জমিও বিবাদী দিচ্ছেন না, বলছেন টাকা শোধ না করলে অথবা জমি লিখে না দিলে জমিও পাবেনা হারীও পাবেনা। ছোটবোন রহিমা খাতুন তার নেয়া ৮০.০০০ (আশি হাজার) টাকা থেকে বিগত বকেয়া হারীর টাকা বাদ দিয়ে যে টাকা বড়ভাই পাবেন সেই টাকার পরিমানে জমি দিতে চাইলেও উনি (বড়ভাই) তা মানেননি। ভাবটা এমন বিচার মানছি তবে তাল গাছ আমার থাকবে।

এতোকিছু ঘটার পরও আপনি নিশ্চুপ কেন? কেন আপনি এতোদিন কোন আইনের আশ্রয় নেননি? প্রতিবেদকের এমন প্রশ্নে ফরিয়াদী মীর আজিজ হাসান জানালেন বড়ভাই একজন সমাজ সেবক পরপর দু’বার এলাকায় মেম্বারি করেছেন সমাজে তার একটা ইজ্জত আছে, তাকে বেইজ্জত করতে চাইনি কিন্ত তার ইজ্জত তিনি রাখছেন না, তাই আর পারছি না।

বাদীর বর্ণনায় তিনি বিবাদী কর্তৃক হুমকিধামকি, নিজে ও পারিবারিক নিরাপত্তাহীনতার মাঝে অতিকষ্টে কেশবপুরে ভাড়া বাসায় থেকে দু’মেয়ের পড়ার খরচ চালাতে হিমসিম খাচ্ছেন ও মানবেতর দিন কাটাচ্ছেন। তিনি ঘেরের লভ্যাংসের ২.৫০০০০ (দুইলক্ষ পঞ্চাশ হাজার) টাকা, ১০বিঘা জমির হারী (৫x৫০০০) বাবদ ২.৫০০০০ (দুইলক্ষ পঞ্চাশ হাজার) টাকাসহ নিজের ও ডিডকরা জমি ফিরে পাওয়া সহ সংশ্লিষ্ঠ নিরাপত্তা কর্তৃপক্ষের কাছে তার ও পারিবারিক নিরাপত্তা দাবী করেছেন।

অন্তহীন অন্তর্জালা

২০০৫ কি ২০০৬ সালের কথা সেজ ভাইয়ের বাগদা চিংড়ির ঘেরটি নজরুল ভাই রাতের আঁধারে কেটে নিজের ঘেরের সাথে এক করে দিয়েছে। কি আর করা লোকজন ম্যানেজ করে দিনের বেলাতেই ঐ ঘের আবার পূনর্দখল করি, আল্লাহপাকই জানেন কি ছিলো আমার ভুমিকা, আমি কি করেছি।

রাতে সেজভাই সারা ঘরে কাগজপত্র মেলে রেখে কোন একটা দলিল খুজতেছিলো হঠাৎ আমি যাওয়াতে তিনি অনেকটাই অপ্রস্তত হয়েছিলেন। আমি ভাবছিলাম এরকম তো কোনদিন দেখিনি হঠাৎ কেন এ পরিবর্তন? ভাবতেই আমার চোখ আটকে যায় একটা হলুদ রংয়ের নোটিশে যার বাদী-মীর আব্দুর রাজ্জাক বিবাদী- মীর আজিজ হাসান মানে আমি, কিন্ত এতো চোখের মাঝ থেকে সেটি সরাবো কিভাবে? কথা বলতে বলতেই পা দিয়ে বস্তটি সরায়ে হস্তহত করি।

কি ছিলো চিরকুটটাতে? না এটি মহামুল্যবান কিছু নয় একটা কেসের নোটিশ মাত্র, একজন বড়ভাই তার স্বীয় ছোট ভাইয়ের বিরুদ্ধে কেস চালিয়েছে, কিন্ত প্রশ্ন হলো ১৯৮৫ সালের নোটিশ কেন ২০০৬/০৭ সালে দেখতে পাচ্ছি!! ১৯৮৫ সাল মানে তখন আমার বয়স ১২/১৩ বছর আর আমার নামে কেস চলে অথচ আমি নিজেই এ বিষয়ে কিছুই জানিনে। কারন সুপরিকল্পিতভাবে নিখুত ফর্মুলায় কেসটি করা হয়েছিলো ও নোটিশগুলি গায়েব করা হয়েছিলো। জানিনা কবে নাগাদ কেসটি করা বা কতোদিন কেসটি চলেছিলো, কি আদৌ তা নিস্পত্তি হয়েছে কিনা, আমি কিছুই জানতে পারিনি। আনেক ঘেটেছি কিছুই পাইনি, সুকৌসলে আদালতের সকল আলামত নষ্ট করা হয়েছে। বড় ইচ্ছা ছিলো কেসের আরজিতে কি ছিলো সেটি দেখার কিন্ত আমার সে আশা অপূর্নই রয়ে গেছে।

যখন ছোট ছিলাম মা’র মুখে অনেকবার শুনেছি ভিটাবাড়ী সহ ৪০বিঘা জমি আমাদের ছোট দু-ভাইকে বাবা দানপত্র করে গেছেন কিন্ত তা প্রবেট করার পূর্বেই তিনি (বাবা) পরলোকগত হয়েছেন। কেসের বাদীপক্ষ প্রভাবশালী কেউ কেউ প্রসাশনের কর্মকর্তা, মুখে যাই বলি দৈহিক, মানসিক সর্বোপরি বান্ডিল মারার ভয় তো আছেই … … … উকিলের পরামর্শ নিয়েছি এগোতে পারিনি কোন এক অজানা কারনে।

একটি প্রশ্নের উত্তর আজো মেলাতে পারিনি, যে কি করে বছরের পর বছর আদালতের নোটিশ গায়েব করা যায়, কিভাবে আদালতের সকল আলামত যেমন আরজি, শুনানী, রায় ও মামলার হাল হকিকত গায়েব করা যায় সর্বোপরি বিষয়টি ৪০ বছর কাল গোপন রাখা যায়। আর কেনইবা একজনের হক নষ্ট করে তাকে তার অধিকার থেকে বঞ্চিত করতে হয় তা এখনও বুঝে আসেনা।

সীমাবদ্ধ জ্ঞানে বিষয়টি যে কতোটা গুরুত্বপূর্ন নাকি গুরুত্বহীন তা আর বোঝা হোল না, যা বুঝেছি তাহলো হয়তো পাগল সাজিয়েছে নয়তো মরবার আগেই আমাকে মেরে ফেলেছে, সত্যি ভাবতে অবাকই লাগে যে আমি মরেও এখনও বেঁচে আছি!!! আমি স্রোতের বিপরীতে চলা মানুষ না হলেও পারিবারিক ও প্রাতিষ্ঠানিক শিক্ষা যা আছে তাতে কালোকে-কালো আর সাদাকে-সাদা বলতে আমার বাঁধেনা। উইলের বিষয়ে আমার মৌনতার কারন ভিন্ন আমি বরাবরই মোটাকাপড় মোটাভাতে বাঁচতে চেয়েছি, আমি একা বাঁচতে চাইনি, পরিবারের সবাইকে নিয়ে বাঁচতে চেয়েছি, গাড়ী-বাড়ী আমি কোন কালেও চাইনি। আমার আর আমার বাচ্চাদের উপর অনেক অবিচার হয়েছে যা নিরবে সহ্য করে গেছি কিন্ত সহ্যের ও সীমা আছে, আর নিতে পারছিনা, নিরবধি মর্ম্মপীড়ায় জ্বলছি অন্তহীন সে জ্বলা।

নিন্দুকেরা নাক সিটকাবে সত্যি, কিন্ত কারো না কারো কলিজা যে বরফ হবে তা আমি নিশ্চিত, সেখনেই আমার স্বার্থকতা।। (ক্রমশঃ প্রকাশ্য)

একমাস মেয়াদী হকি প্রশিক্ষন কর্মশালা পরিচালনা করবেন গড়ভাংগা বালিকা বিদ্যালয়ের ক্রিড়া শিক্ষক সাইদুল ইসলাম।
