The transgender has become a gender identity, which merges all the human rights. It is a continuous struggle between the true gender identity of an individual and the society. Generally, they are not being treated as human beings and are treated brutally only because they do not have the gender identity approved by the society or the government. It has become the most vulnerable section of society in Bangladesh. The individuals have to face the unequal treatment and these results in different forms of discrimination. The transgender people have to choose a life that they never predicted to live.

The United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 4 aims to ensure inclusive and equitable quality education for all the citizens of the world. Under the light of this pledge, all countries including Bangladesh has set its own goals and to include humans of all gender, social and economical strata in schools, colleges and universities. To fully realize and achieve this goal, it is time to include all marginal communities in Bangladesh's education by providing special schools for them, skill development centers and also scholarships for them. This paper attempts to understand the real-life opportunities available to the transgender in Cox Bazaar of Bangladesh. This paper will also attempt an overview of the life of transgendered people living in Kurushkul, Raster Matha, Cox’s Bazaar of Bangladesh who are commonly referred to as ‘hijra’.

In short, it can be said that, the aim and objective of this research is to portray the lives of transgender people from a socio-economic, cultural and educational viewpoint. In doing so, a qualitative method has been chosen; more specifically a semi-structured interview method has been followed in order to collect the data from them. Moreover the data has been collected by teaching, counseling, motivating and observing them. The data analysis process includes reviewing the relevant literature and secondary data has also been included in this research.

It is worth mentioning that the entire researcher has been conducted while teaching, counseling, motivating the 15 transgender in Kurushkul, Raster Matha, Cox’s Bazaar of Bangladesh.
