A happy face: A more blissful life.


Often there are days when your regular coffee tastes bad,even your loved ones make you irritated. Even your paycheck can't make you smile.Sometimes, Its way too difficult to be happy.


Happiness is a state of mind.Your mind chooses wheather you want to be happy or not.A smile can enhance your longevity. "Players from The Us major league with honest grins lived an average of seven years longer than players who din't smile for the camera and five years longer than who smiled unconvincingly" conclude Ernest Abel and Michael Krugar at Wayne State University in detroit, Michigan.


A smiling face often does Miracles. A happy face makes everything a lot more happier. A happy face makes your life easier. Smiles bring a positive energy that helps you to be motivated in life.It also helps you be kind and humble.Even the most toughest situation can be easily handled through a genuine Smile.


So,On those days,when nothing seems right; Just wear a smile on your face and see even your regular coffee will taste better than ever

Lockdown and Coronavirus:A mental health crisis.


Coronavirus has claimed worldwide almost 378k deaths and around 20℅ of global population are under order to remain in lockdown to save their respective community.


Restrictions over anything directly affects our mind.Just think about restriction of living freely or even going out, meeting friends can be real tough.Our time in lockdown has been tough on mentally and we probably don't talk about it enough.Focusing on our physical well-being,We tend to forget our mental well being.Thus, leading to deppression, anxiety,panic attacks etc.


Staying indoor can easily or supposedly prevent us from infecting with Coronavirus.But,We are forgetting about our mental health. Although, worrying about our mental health not always ring a bell to us.Not everyone is worried about their mental health just as they worry about their physical health.


So,it's indeed high time we thought about it.Working out,Playing indoor games with family members,Face timing with friends and family can be easy alternative to stay active most importantly happy.Peace of mind brings peace in life.Stay safe and stay healthy.
