Держаудитори виявили порушення в закупівлях на 268 млн гривень
Держаудиторами Харківщини, у серпні, проведено моніторинг 81 процедур публічних закупівель на загальну суму 482 млн грн, та у результаті проведених моніторингів встановлено порушень по 61 закупівлі на суму 268 млн гривень.
За результатами проведених моніторингів по 18 процедурам закупівель, аудиторами попереджено, незаконні витрати бюджетних коштів на загальну суму понад 9,2 млн гривень.
Найпоширенішим порушеннями було розгляд та не відхилення замовником тендерної пропозиції, яку відповідно до вимог законодавства необхідно було відхилити та порушення під час оприлюднення відомостей.
За результатом складених фахівцями Північно-східного офісу Держаудитслужби висновків про результати моніторингу закупівель, розірвано 16 вже укладених договорів на суму понад 5 млн грн та відмінено результати 2 торгів на понад 4 млн гривень.
Також, у серпні 2023 року держаудиторами Харківщини проведено 2 перевірки закупівель загальною вартістю 43млн гривень та виявлені фінансові порушення при виконання угод, а саме: витрати, які проведенні з порушенням законодавства у розмірі понад 1,6 млн гривень.
За результатом проведених заходів, 2 посадовців притягнуто до адміністративної відповідальності та 4 посадовців притягнуто до дисциплінарної відповідальності за допущені порушення закупівельного законодавства.
