monkey d garp " Vice Admiral " of a navy at Marine Headquaters. Also know as hero of marine. garp is father of Monkey D Dragon who happens to be a leader of revolutionary army and moat wanted criminal in history. the paternal grandfather of Monkey D. Luffy, and the adoptive grandfather of Portgas D. Ace. Garp is one of the major figures, along with Kong, Sengoku, Shiki, Silvers Rayleigh, and Whitebeard, from the times when the "Pirate King" was still alive.

does garp have devil fruit powers ?

No , monkey d garp dose not have a devil fruit power. ( He don't need one👀 ) garp is Busoshoku Haki user . And we don't know yet if he had a conquerors haki or not. all we seen him use a armament haki. throwing cannonballs through by his fist ( which are more dangerous than firing from a canon towards enemy ) garp is also know as rival of a pirate king. when pirate king was still alive.

for make this conversation more intrsting let add a question . if sengoku did not restrain garp from fighting admiral sakazuki (Akainu ) at marineford what would have happend ?

we all know , fleet admiral sengoku command the whole navy marines including admirals , vice admirals and all remaining marines of the world goverment. he only took action only two times in whole marineford war 1st when luffy come to execution ground and 2nd time when garp moved for admiral sakazuki Akainu.

during all time he took command over marines and nothing else. back to the point. if garp had fought sakazuki Akainu at that time and had no one interfere with them then garp would have really killed admiral sakazuki ( sakazuki would be dead before whitebeard died ) most of you think garp is a vice admiral and sakazuki is admiral ( in one piece you're rank or status shows how strong you are most of the times ) how could old man like garp can possibly beat admiral ? answer is : Monkey D Garp has been promoted to admiral many times but he turn down the promotion each and every time. and remain Vice Admiral ( ok , rank has been cleared ) next , what about power ?

garp is introduced as a marine strongest soldier and his power is rivals to the "pirate king" himself. and pirate king Gol D Roger himself state that the garp and roger almost killed each other many times. ( but , it's been never officially stated that either one of them win or loose to each other ) the man who can rival his power to pirate king himself is literally admiral , fleet admiral or even yonko level himself. back to the point . garp would have seriously injured or killed akainu if sengoku wouldn't have restrain garp from attacking akainu.due to sengoku and garp are friends from more than 50yrs and sengoku well know the fact and power difference between garp and akainu. thats why he restrain garp at the moment.

if garp is this powerfull then why didnt garp fought whitebeard ?

When garp punched marco and stops him with a single hit and stop marco from rescuing Ace , sengoku get angry at garp because he punch marco and says " I've never asked you to fight garp". garp didnt fought whitebeard because garp was never permitted to fight at marineford.

if whitebeard and garp wouldve clashed at marineford , whole marinford wouldve destroyed by their power and haki which would have been released by both of them. and marine would've faced many causulity including many of the marines would've have seriously wounded or die.

. ( whitebeard is insanly strong and holds the srongest person in the world status when he was still alive and adding his devil fruit to his power gura gura no mi he was unstoppable ) but garp is on par with pirate king who happens to super pass whitebeard which makes garp as strong as whitebeard or stronger than whitebeard. but whitebeard is the worlds strongest man not the garp. ( its just my openion though ) and if whitebeard and garp would have clashed eventually then the only person would have survive on the marineford would have been whitebead or garp only the winner of the fight between them would have survived on marineford ( and also some powerfull commanders of whitebeard and elite navy officers ) due to this predicted results from sengoku garp did not get permitted to fought in war.

The recent skirmishes between Indian Army and Public liberation Army has escalated the tension between these nation not only internationally but also among citizens. Although it seems to me prima facie that China tried to subvert India territorial integrity it would not be feasible for us to partake in sudden “Boycott China” activities.

China is facing intense international pressure over its decision over passing of National Security Law over Hong Kong autonomous region and its activities in South China Sea. You can see social media floded with posts os ‘boycott china’, but at the same time steering clear of Chinese goods would also have stringent effect on Indian economy. China has found its feet deep inside Indian economic activities. You can see in majority of Indian houses; Chinese goods are being used so you can imagine the depth of Chinese involvement in our day to day life.

You can see videos of people breaking there smartphone or Television[since they found out they are using Chinese product] does greater loss to them than to the Chinese Firm which manufactured these products. Not only boycotting these goods impact our Economy it will leave lakhs of Indians unemployed. We should avoid making navie moves and scrupulously consider all the ground facts.
