2020: साल या त्रासदी.…

आजकल अक्सर यही सुनने को मिलता है कि ये साल कब खत्म होगा... चाहे चौराहा हो या गली-नुक्कड़ या फिर किसी चाय की टपरी.. इन सभी जगहों पर यही एक बातचीत का मुद्दा बना हुआ है ।..

वर्ष है २०२०!.. हर कोई यही चाहता कि ये वर्ष जल्द से जल्द समाप्ति की ओर अग्रसर हो... शायद! सब यही उम्मीद लगाए बैठे है कि यह साल समाप्त होते ही सब पहले की भांति सामान्य हो जायेगा, परन्तु क्या हो पाएगा?..

पिछले वर्ष के अंत और इस वर्ष के आगमन से ही प्रकृति ने अपने आपको संजोने की प्रक्रिया शुरू कर दी थी। इसकी मार पृथ्वी पर हर प्राणी, चाहे वह मनुष्य हो या जानवर सब पर पड़ी। आइए जानते है कि किस प्रकार सृष्टि अपने उपचार में स्वयं लगी हुई है और इसका प्रभाव पृथ्वी पर जीने वाले हर प्राणी पर किस प्रकार हो रहा है ये तो आप अपने चारों ओर नजर उठाकर देख ही रहे हैं।...

पहली आपदा जो इस वर्ष देखने को मिली उसकी शुरुआत इस वर्ष के आगमन से चार दिन पहले ही हो चुकी थी, वह है ऑस्ट्रेलिया के जंगलों में लगी भीषण आग, जिसने जानवरो पर तो इतना कहर बरपाया कि पृथ्वी पर बसने वाले हर जीव की आत्मा कहराकर रो पड़ी। आग का कारण तापमान में अत्यधिक बढ़ोतरी और महीनों तक सूखे पड़ने ने भीषण आग की मानो कोई लड़ी लगा दी ऑस्ट्रेलिया के जंगलों में। सबसे अधिक नुकसान New South Wales and Victoria में हुआ।... जान माल के साथ साथ लाखों वर्ग हेक्टेयर की जमीन, पार्क को नुकसान पहुंचा, करीब 33 आपातकालीन दलकर्मियो को प्रकृति के प्रकोप के कारण अपनी जान गंवानी पड़ी।..कई जंगली जानवरों की प्रजातियां विलुप्त होने की कगार पर पहुंच गई हैं। करीब करोड़ों जानवरों के साथ साथ 400 लोगों ने धुएं से घुटन के कारण अपना दम तोड़ दिया। ऑस्ट्रेलिया के कई इलाकों में आपातकालीन स्थिति घोषित करनी पड़ी। यह इस साल का प्रकृति की ओर से पहला संकेत था कि अब वह और उत्पीड़न बर्दाश्त नही कर सकती।…

लेकिन ऐसा भी नहीं था कि सिर्फ भायभय तस्वीर ही इस घटना के दौरान सामने आई, कई तस्वीरें ऐसी भी देखने को मिली जिसने इंसानियत की एक मिसाल कायम कर दी। दलकर्मियों द्वारा जानवरों को पानी पिलाने की तस्वीर बहुत वायरल हुई। कई संसथाओं ने फंड्स इकट्ठा कर मदद पहुंचाई।..

सारी दुनिया में ऑस्ट्रेलिया के लिए सहानुभूति भी थी तो भीषण गर्मी और आग की लपेट में आते हुए जानवरों के प्रति दिल में दर्द भी था।... लेकिन अभी यह मंजर कहा थमने वाला था, अभी तो लोगों को और भी आपदाएं झेलनी थी।…

उधर दूसरी तरफ, इंडोनेशिया की राजधानी जकार्ता में बाढ़ की तस्वीरें सामने आने लगी।... करीब 4 लाख लोगों को अपने ठिकानों से पलायन करना पड़ा, तो करीब 66 लोगों को अपनी जान से हाथ धोना पड़ा।.. करीब 5 फीट तक पानी जब शहर में घुसा तो सब तरफ पानी ही पानी नजर आ रहा था। बाढ़ के साथ साथ मूसलाधार बरसात ने मुश्किलें और बढ़ा दी। लोगों के डूबने के साथ साथ भूस्खलन और इलेक्ट्रिक शॉक की भी खबरें सामने आई।.. यह प्रकृति का दूसरा संकेत था।…

इसके बाद जो आया उसने तो मनुष्य के जीने और रहने का ढंग ही बदल दिया।... कोरोनावायरस का आगाज वैसे तो दिसंबर 2019 में ही हो गया था परंतु इसने सर्वव्यापी महामारी का रूप चंद ही दिनों में धारण कर लिया। पहला केस चाइना के वुहान शहर में आया, तब किसी को एहसास भी नहीं था कि यह दुनिया में तबाही मचा देगा।…

11 जनवरी 2020 को चाइना में पहली मौत के बाद कोरोनावायरस ने घातक महामारी का रूप धारण कर लिया। 11 मार्च 2020 को 'विश्व स्वास्थ्य संगठन' ने इसे सर्वव्यापी महामारी घोषित कर दिया। इसके बाद तो मानो इंसान जैसे पिंजरे में कैद हो गया हो, सारी आजादी धरी की धरी रह गई। दुनिया भर के कई देश लॉकडाउन में जाने लगे, दुनिया की अर्थव्यवस्था चरमरा गई और इंसान एक दूसरे से बचने लगे।.. चेहरे पर मास्क और सामाजिक दूरी का चलन ऐसे बढ़ गया जैसे कि यह जिंदगी का हिस्सा बन गए।

28 जून 2020 को कोरोनावायरस ने एक करोड़ का आंकड़ा पार कर लिया और मरने वालों की संख्या 500000 के पार हो गए। लॉकडाउन करके देशों ने कोरोना की गति को धीमा तो किया, लेकिन कब तक लॉकडाउन रखा जाए, यह देखते हुए अनलॉक की प्रक्रिया शुरू हुई और इसके बाद मानो विस्फोट हो गया हो, संक्रमित मरीजों की संख्या बढ़ने लगी।.. लोगों ने सिर्फ अपनी आजादी ही नहीं खोई, कई लोग अपनी कमाई का जरिया भी खो बैठे, करोड़ों नौकरियां गई, बहुत से उद्योग बंद हो गए।

एक बात गौर करने वाली है, कि जैसे-जैसे अर्थव्यवस्था चरमरा दी गई वैसे वैसे पृथ्वी अपने आप को स्वस्थ करती गई, खबर आने लगी कि ओजोन लेयर में होल भर गया है, प्रदूषण में गिरावट आई है और नदियां साफ हो रही है।.. शायद यह मानव की ही करतूतें थी जिसने प्रकृति को मजबूर कर दिया कि वह कुछ कदम खुद ही उठाए।

कोरोनावायरस ने इंसानों की हंसती-खेलती जिंदगी में जैसे ग्रहण लगा दिया, आज इंसान पंछियों की तरह कैद है और पंछी खुले आसमान में घूम रहे हैं।..सब इसी बात की आस लगाए बैठे हैं कि कब वैक्सीन आए और कब जिंदगी पटरी पर वापस लौटे। लेकिन, सवाल यह है क्या इंसान अब भी सबक ले पाएगा?..

कोरोनावायरस के बाद तो जैसे आपदाओं की झड़ी लग गई, फिलीपींस में ज्वालामुखी फटने की खबर आने लगी जिसके कारण 300000 लोगों को पलायन करना पड़ा। वही भूकंप ने ईरान, भारत, फिलीपींस, टर्की, चाइना और रसिया जैसे कई देशों को अपनी चपेट में ले लिया।

वास्तव में यह साल आपदाओं से भरा हुआ है। भूकंप के बाद अब बारी तूफानों की थी, अम्फन, जैसे महा तूफान ने भारत और बांग्लादेश में कहर ढा दिया, हालांकि जान का इतना नुकसान नहीं हुआ लेकिन माल का तो हुआ। कई लोगों के आशियाने बिखर गए, उन्हीं बिखरे हुए आशियानों में उम्मीद की किरण डूबती दिखाई दी। 12 लोगों की मौत की खबर आई वहीं करोड़ों रुपए का नुकसान पश्चिम बंगाल को झेलना पड़ा। भारत में उड़ीसा और पश्चिम बंगाल पर तूफान का असर सबसे ज्यादा था। कई लोगों की रोजगार भी इस तूफान ने छीन ली तटीय इलाकों के पास रहने वाले मछुआरे तथा अन्य लोगों पर इसका सबसे ज्यादा असर पड़ा।... 'अम्फन' तूफान के कहर से अभी भारत उभरा भी नहीं था कि, महाराष्ट्र में 'निसर्ग' तूफान की खबर आने लगी। महाराष्ट्र, जो नोवेल कोरोनावायरस की चपेट में पहले ही बुरी तरह आ गया था उसके बाद इस तूफान ने महाराष्ट्र के मनोबल को बुरी तरह प्रभावित किया। महाराष्ट्र को भी बहुत नुकसान झेलना पड़ा।….

इन सभी चीजों के बीच भारत को एक कठिनाई का और सामना करना पड़ा वह थी 'प्रवासी मजदूरों का पलायन'... कोरोनावायरस के कारण लगे लॉकडाउन से पूरे देश में जैसे अफरा-तफरी मच गई सभी लोग अपने अपने घरों की ओर भागने लगे। रोजी रोटी की आस में अपने गांव को छोड़ कर शहर आए हुए मजदूरों पर लॉक डाउन की मार ऐसी पड़ी कि उनकी रोजी तो छिन ही गई और रोटी के लाले भी पड़ गए। भारत सरकार चाहती थी, कि 'जो जहां है वहीं रहे', लेकिन मनुष्य चाहे कैसा भी हो चोट लगने पर तो मां-मां ही पुकारता है इसीलिए वायरस से जान गंवाने के खौफ से लोगों को घर-बार याद आ गया। लॉकडाउन के कारण यातायात सेवाएं बंद होने से मजदूर अपने परिवार और अपने बच्चों को लेकर पैदल ही निकल पड़े, हजारों मील का सफर कैसे तय हो, भूखे प्यासे, यह एक बड़ा सवाल था क्योंकि ना तो उनकी आमदनी चल रही थी और ना ही कुछ बचत के पैसे थे और अगर थे भी वह खर्च हो गए। प्रवासी मजदूरों को जितना प्रकोप झेलना पड़ा उतना शायद ही किसी और को झेलना पड़ा हो।..

इसके बाद इंसानियत को तार-तार करने वाली तस्वीरें भी सामने आए सरकार के द्वारा मुहैया कराए जा रहे राशन पानी के इंतजाम काफी तो नहीं थे, लेकिन जो थे उनमें भी कई जगह खाने में कीड़ों की शिकायत, राशन वितरण करने वालों की बदसलूकी जैसे कि मजदूरों को जानवरों की तरह फेंक फेंक के खाना दिया जा रहा था।

तपती धूप में और नंगे पैर कई मजदूरों ने अपना दम तोड़ दिया। सरकार द्वारा ट्रेनें चलाई गई लेकिन उनमें इंतजाम वायरस को लेकर इतने काफी नहीं थे जितने होने चाहिए थे। एक तरफ मजदूरों की जान जा रही थी और दूसरी तरफ सियासत अपने जोरों शोरों पर थी। सभी चीजों को लेकर सियासत होने लगी ट्रेन, बस या फिर मजदूरों को पहुंचाने का कोई भी इंतजाम हो और मजदूर इन सब के बीच पिस गया। हजारों मजदूरों की जान भुखमरी, ट्रेन से कटने तथा पैदल चलने पर पैरों में पड़े छालों से हो गई, कई बच्चों ने अपना बाप खो दिया तो कई पिताओं ने अपने बच्चे। मंजर दुख भरा था, सब की आत्माएं रो रही थी और सरकारें सो रही थी।…

पर ऐसा भी नहीं कह सकते कि इंसानियत बिल्कुल ही खत्म हो चुकी थी, सरकारों ने इंतजाम किए लेकिन वह पर्याप्त नहीं थे। कई टीवी चैनलों में बहुत सी मुहिम चलाई जिसके जरिए मजदूरों को, बुजुर्गों को मदद पहुंचाई कई कई निजी संस्थाएं भी सामने आईं, कई लोगों ने व्यक्तिगत तौर पर जो बन पड़ा वो किया कई बॉलीवुड सितारे भी सामने आए जिन्होंने मजदूरों को उनके घर पहुंचाया और इस महामारी के संकट में देश की मदद की और इंसानियत को नया जन्म दिया। महामारी के संकट के बीच इन्हीं सब नजारों ने यह बता दिया कि इंसानियत अभी इतनी भी कमजोर नहीं हुई कि एक वायरस के सामने घुटने टेक दे।

लेकिन, इससे एक बात और साफ हो गई कि बड़े-बड़े राजनेता जो वादे करते हैं उन में कितना खोखलापन होता है। इस वायरस नहीं है बता दिया कि अभी हमारे देश को स्वास्थ्य और रिसर्च में कितना आगे बढ़ना है और एक बात और इसने बिखरे हुए सिस्टम की पोल भी खोल दी।..

कोरोनावायरस जैसी वैश्विक महामारी ने पूरी दुनिया को अपनी चपेट में ले रखा है इसके ऊपर से और प्राकृतिक आपदाओं मैं मानव की आशाओं की दम तोड़ने की भरपूर कोशिश की है।

कोरोनाकाल के बीच ही उत्तराखंड के जंगलों में भीषण आग लग गई और 'असम' में बाढ़ का प्रकोप छा गया। यह वर्ष वास्तव में ही दुखदाई है, लेकिन संकटों का अंदाजा सिर्फ इस बात से नहीं लगाया जा सकता कि उनमें जान कितने लोगों ने गंवाई बल्कि इसका अंदाजा इस बात से लगाना चाहिए कि लोग-बागों की रोजमर्रा की जिंदगी में कितना बदलाव आया, कितने लोगों को अपना घर छोड़कर जाना पड़ा। जो अपनी झुग्गियां बनाकर रहते थे वह कहां जाएंगे, सरकारें आपदाओं में कम से कम जान जाने के हिसाब से वाहवाही लूटना चाहती हैं लेकिन क्या यह सही है?... क्या वह लोग जिनका सब कुछ लुट गया आपदा में उनकी कोई नहीं सुनेगा, इसीलिए तो सरकारें चुनते हैं कि आपदा के वक्त में कोई उनके साथ खड़ा हो जिसने पहले से सब इंतजाम कर रखा हो।…

यह साल अभी समाप्त नहीं हुआ है, लेकिन सिर्फ 6 महीनों में हम इतनी आपदाएं झेल चुके हैं कि सभी लोग यही दुआ कर रहे हैं कि यह साल सिर्फ 6 महीने का हो तो ही अच्छा है।... यह वर्ष तो बीत ही जाएगा क्योंकि समय किसी के लिए नहीं रुकता, यह सृष्टि का नियम है और नियम इंसान तोड़ता है सृष्टि नहीं। 'विक्टर हूगो' का एक कथन है-

दुनिया बदल रही है और इसके साथ ही लोग-बागों के रहने का रंग-ढंग भी तेजी से बदल रहा है। लेकिन सवाल है कि क्या हम पृथ्वी के साथ खिलवाड़ करना बंद कर देंगे?.. क्योंकि आप माने चाहे ना माने लेकिन कहीं ना कहीं इन आती हुई आपदाओं में हाथ तो सभी का है। सोच कर देखिए अगर ना होता तो जब हम बंद है तभी धरती क्यों अपने आप को संवारने में लगी हुई है।.. तो तय हम सभी को करना है कि हम अपनी आने वाली पीढ़ियों के लिए क्या छोड़ना चाहते हैं एक सुंदर पृथ्वी जैसे हम सब ने देखा है या फिर कोई वीरान टापू जैसा ग्रह जहां पर कोई ठीक से सांस भी नहीं ले सकता।... क्योंकि अगर इंसानियत को हमें बचाना है तो हम इस प्रकार नहीं जी सकते कि हमारे पास कोई और रास्ता है या कोई और ग्रह है जहां हम जाकर बस जाएंगे।..

As the Mongol invasion approached, Ertugrul Ghazi defeated Noyan, a key Mongol leader. Noyan was the right hand of the Mongol king Ogtai Khan, Ogtai Khan was the son of Genghis Khan, and Ogtai’s son was Hulagu Khan Was running.And then Ertugrul Ghazi led his tribe to So Gut Sogut near Constantinople near Constantinople, and first there he conquered an important fortress of Byzantine Byazantine and gathered all the Turkic tribes.After the death of Sultan Allauddin, Ertugrul Ghazi became the sultan of the Seljuk kingdom and his descendant was Sultan Muhammad the Conqueror, who conquered Constantinople in 1453 and thus fulfilled the prophecy of the Holy Prophet(saw).Fighters like Ertugrul Ghazi are rare in history, but unfortunately our generation does not know them.
