good morning friends

i am writing this article about the life of woman in metropoliancities. As we grow we need to do our care as well as care of others also and this is considered totally job of woman only which is not right. As we all spend our time to educate ourself without doing any household work but when we growup all other members of family taken for granted this job to only woman in the family which is not right. Our ancestors develop all woman as a household worker which should be changed. I am in a way to develop some community needs for all of us to show disrespect to this role wholly on woman. please join me to change the role to all other members also so that all family members should willingfully do their takecare themselves. thanks 🙏

“Education is the passport to the future, for tomorrow belongs to those who prepare for it

today”. - Malcolm X

Within our expansive world, a harsh truth casts a dark cloud over the aspirations of numerous children. Education, an illuminating force, remains a distant dream for far too many young souls.

This web of hopelessness can only be changed by making some significant changes. Governments needs to focus on education, putting money into it and building better schools. Communities need to unite and understand the vital role of education in improving circumstances. Furthermore, it's crucial to challenge and modify outdated beliefs and traditions that hinder young girls from reaching their fullest potential and accessing optimal opportunities.

When an underprivileged child is deprived of education, their potential is suppressed. We must work hard to remove the obstacles that hinder these children's aspirations and dismantle the barriers that keep them away from learning. This way, we can start changing the narrative, letting education become an integral part of every child's life.

We should not be concerned with just providing education, but rather with providing "Quality" education. In India, every kid has a fundamental right to a decent education, one that will enable them to develop core reading and numeracy skills, enjoy studying without worry, and feel valued and included regardless of where they come from. For children to achieve and realise their full potential, quality education is necessary.

As the great Ron Lewis once said; “Ensuring quality education is one of the most important things we can do for our future generations”. With these lines in our mind, we should consider quality education not only as an investment in the future of our children but also in the future of our society as a whole.

Skill Development for the Underprivileged: Initiative by Hamari Pehchan NGO.

Our NGO "Humari Pehchaan" is helping out people of our country in varous sectors. From succoring famine victims by eradicating Malnutrition, supporting the Elderly, Education for all, skill development for underpriveleged to create awareness about menstrual hyegine. Youth welfare has always been a priority of our Humari pehchaan NGO. An action plan is out as a skill development program to provide training to the underprivileged youth in India so that they can have their own basic living livelihood and giving rise to our GDP which will result in a payback for all.

Skill development have been aligned to ensure better employment opportunities for the labour force in local job markets. In our country, the underprivileged youth group's lack, relevant skills and a mismatch between supply and demand in the market which leads to very poor employability and lower wages for them. Imparting education and training to underprivileged youth in India is to ensure sustainable economic and social development.

Investment in skills and employability of workers contributes to an improvement in productivity and competitiveness. But many destitute youths are not getting basic needs like education and skill development training, which leads them to poverty, insufficient nutrition, and illiteracy. Our NGO "Humari Pehchaan" has emphasized that necessary education, training, and skill development programs to proceed ahead with training to underprivileged youth in India which is necessary to have a better life.

Many training providers are administered by our NGO "Hamari Pahchan" that address the industry's skills needs. Members of our NGO strongly feel the need for skills development programs wherein the underprivileged group should have access because Skills are vital for productivity and growth, in fact, at the core of improving people's employment outcomes.

Adequate Funds to Train Underprivileged Youth:

An additional and adequate fund should be allocated to purchase a new and sufficient number of training equipment and toolkits. India is a country where the population is high, and the unemployment rate is also high. Therefore, if underprivileged youth in India get employment-linked skill training, they will be allocated in different industries of the country and be absorbed in different foreign countries as legal laborers and employees, which will boost our economy and increase the gross domestic product

Your donation can support underpriveleged by raising funds for Increasing Capacity of Training Institutes, Enhancing Course Content and Up-gradation, making The Linkage between the Private and Public Sector.

Due to low funds there is an acute shortage of trainers across the board, suggesting the pressing need to increase the number of existing trainers. New demands for trainers: none of this can be put into practice by simply using traditional teachers' presentations and textbook-based methods.

Trainers must help students develop basic competency skills, e.g., initiative-taking and teamvork abilities, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities. In order to do this, trainers must have a complete "methodological toolkit" at their disposal to be used in the transmission of wide-ranging areas of competency. Regular payment of the trainers' salary should be ensured to maintain the spirit, tempo, and quality of training.

A lot of people think that a lack of education is the only cause of poverty. However, this isn’t true. In order to understand how uneducated people can become rich while educated ones stay poor, we must be kind and realize that all struggles are different. Poverty is a complex and entrenched social problem, but lack of education isn’t the cause. The real cause of poverty is a lack of productivity, and that stems from low literacy rates that are caused by a lack of education. That’s why we’re seeing kids drop out at younger and younger ages.

According to the Global Poverty Project, there are 1.2 billion people living in poverty. Attempting to address this issue is something that has been on my mind lately due to the fact that I am seeking a career in international business development. I decided to do a little more digging and research what causes poverty.

There are more than a billion people in the world that live in extreme poverty. There is insufficient food and water, and due to this lack of resources, living is tough and it’s hard to develop. Yet, these people don’t lack any ability or will to work; they have been brought up in a life that lacks basic human nature. They don’t have enough education, so they can’t earn money (at least not from jobs that don’t require a degree). They live as children who when they grow up, will also get married and have kids who, if they get access to education and become informed about the ways of life can improve the lives of their relatives. Education is key to a better life because it teaches you how the world works and makes you believe in yourself. Education is an important factor in the poverty cycle. When you look at the causes of poverty, there are many factors that play a role

Gaurav Chhabra , MBA aspirant and one amongst many volunteers enjoyed by "Hamari Pahchan"

Been able to complete my schooling from a school that is run by one of the biggest trust in INDIA , I'm always curious to know about how these trusts work and what are the causes other than education that these NGO'S work upon. Also my father is a constant supporter of NGO'S since long time.

I wants to continue my father's legacy in supporting NGO in whichever possible way I can. That's why I join Hamari Pahchan.

There are many initiatives undertaken by Hamari Pahchan such as:-

  1. Project Drishti
  2. Sukhad project
  3. Skill development for underprivileged etc.

I always wants to extend my help towards education cause as I always believe education is a multipurpose tool that solves all major societal problems including poverty, unemployment etc

Many illiterates especially the young guns engaged in anti social activities, through education they can utilise their energy for doing something productive and beneficial for the nation as well as for themselves.

"Right to education" also prevents labour exploitation as it restricts people under the age of 14 to engage in any kind of work . This allows to children to get access to compulsory education till 14.

All in all, education is like a bow through which multiple arrows are stricken to get rid of many problems of the economy.

Title:Humari Pahchan NGO's Journey towards Education for All

Education is the basic building block of every society. It is the single best investment countries can make to build prosperous, healthy and equitable societies. Article 26 of the 1948 Universal Declaration of Human Rights states that “Everyone has the right to education.” Today however, 57 million children remain out of school. Education is not only a right, but a passport to human development that opens doors and expands opportunities and freedoms. Sustainable Development Goal 4: Ensuring Inclusive, Equitable, and Quality Education and the Promotion of Lifelong Learning Opportunities for All, recognizes several impediments for universal education and attempts to address them through targets to increase the number of scholarships to students in developing nations and create educational facilities that are gender sensitive and disability inclusive.

Sustainable and shared economic development increasingly depends on the capacity of governments to implement policies targeted at marginalized groups and remove barriers to ongoing learning and entry into the labor market. Notwithstanding the significant achievements over the past decade, women and girls still have the least access to education and training, and specific policies are urgently needed to address these challenges.

Those who leave school at an early age are vulnerable to unemployment, poverty, early marriage, and pregnancy. Some of the factors that fuel drop-out rates include poverty, gender, disability, family catastrophes, war and conflict, as well as perceived low return on investment for education. Developing alternative learning opportunities that take into account these reasons for high drop-out rates are necessary to provide young people appropriate opportunities to consolidate their basic knowledge and competencies, and equip them with the relevant skills needed to obtain employment, become business owners and entrepreneurs or engage in other productive work.
