मुख्य विकास अधिकारी नरेन्द्र सिंह भण्डारी ने किया महिला चेतना उपवन गेठिया का निरीक्षण

न्यूज़ डेस्क , भीमताल/नैनीताल (nainilive.com)- मुख्य विकास अधिकारी नरेन्द्र सिंह भण्डारी ने मंगलवार की देर सांय विकास खंड भीमताल के महिला चेतना उपवन गेठिया का निरीक्षण किया । निरीक्षण के दौरान श्री भण्डारी ने जिला विकास अधिकारी रमा गोस्वामी तथा बीडीओ दिनेश दिगारी को योकन की गाईड लाइन के क्रम मे आउटलेट एवं वर्क शेड निर्माण के संबंध मे महत्वपूर्ण निर्देश दिए। निरीक्षण के दौरान ब्लाॅक प्रमुख डॉ0 हरीश बिष्ट ने कृषि एवं बागवानी आदि की संभावनाओं के साथ ही स्वरोजगार से सम्बन्धित महत्वपूर्ण जानकारियाॅ दी।

महिला चेतना उपवन के निरीक्षण के उपरांत मुख्य विकास अधिकारी श्री भण्डारी द्वारा प्रबंध निदेशक केएमवीएन रोहित मीणा के साथ नैनीताल शहर के अंतर्गत एनआरएलएम के स्वयं सहायता समूहों के उत्पादों के प्रदर्शन एवं बिपड़न हेतु टीआरसी में तैयार किये जा रहे आउटलेटस का भी स्थलीय निरीक्षण किया।

उन्होंने आउटलेट के निरीक्षण के दौरान महत्वपूर्ण दिशा-निर्देश सहायक परियोजना निदेशक संगीता आर्या को दिए। इस के पश्चात श्री भण्डारी ने नैनीताल के विभिन्न कोविड केयर सेंटरो का निरीक्षण किया। निरीक्षण के दौरान कोविड केयर सेंटरों में संचालित व्यवस्था का मौका मुआयना करते हुए गहनता से निरीक्षण किया तथा कोविड केयर सेंटरों की स्वास्थ्य एवं आधारभूत सुविधाओं की गहनता से समीक्षा की। उन्होंने कोविड-19 की सभी व्यवस्थाओ को सुचारू बनाये रखने हेतु महत्वपूर्ण दिशा-निर्देश कोविड केयर सेंटरो से सम्बन्धित अधिकारियों को दिये।

बाईक के आगे बंदर आ जाने से रपटी सभासद की बाईक

नैनीताल ( nainilive.com )- नगर में आवारा कुत्तों व जंगली बंदरो का अतांक लगातार बड़ता जा रहा है आज नगर पालिका सभासद/मंडल मंत्री भाजपा राहुल पुजारी के चिड़ियाघर रोड़ पर जाते वक्त अचानक बंदर उनकी बाईक के आगे आ गया जिसे बचाने के प्रयास में उनका नियंत्रण बाईक से हट गया और वो रोड़ पर गिर पड़े प्रत्यक्षदर्शियों ने उन्हें उठाया इस घटना में उन्हें मामूली चोट आयी।

क्षेत्र के लोगों का कहना है कि यहां बंदर व आवारा कुत्तों के कारण आए दिन इस प्रकार की घटना होती रहती है।

नैनीताल ( nainilive.com )- सरोवर नगरी नैनीताल में अब धीरे-धीरे ठंड का प्रकोप बढ़ता जा रहा है हालांकि दोपहर तक धूप के चलते ठंड का एहसास नहीं हो रहा है। लेकिन दोपहर बाद ठंड अपनी चरम सीमा पर पहुंच जा रहा है। जिसके चलते आप स्थानीय लोगों को वह पर्यटकों को भी दोपहर बाद गर्म कपड़े पहनने पर मजबूर होना पड़ रहा है। वही मल्लीताल पंत पार्क पार्क में लगने वाली प्रसिद्ध फड़ बाजार में गर्म कपड़ों के स्टॉल सजने लगे हैं। जिसका की स्थानीय लोगों के साथ साथ पर्यटकों द्वारा भी जमकर खरीदारी की जा रही है।

After 7 years she got justice. I'm talking about this case as Recently I was surfing Internet, I saw a news from UP that a women passenger was allegedly gang-raped inside a running bus for entire night on Friday (25-09-2020), and later was thrown out of the bus. This was the third incident in UP. Same Incident as Nirbhaya rape case. History is repeating itself and we are silent. History is repeating itself because we are allowing it and it will repeat itself until we are silent. I scrolled more and found that a 11th standard boy (16) raped a 10th standard girl(15) and his friends films the act and posted on social media. Like seriously 11th standard boy? where this youth is going? Is there we stand? The innocence being crumbled. these Sick minds are around us, our youth, our child are being influenced by these kind of people and only we have the power to stop this. We have to raise our voice against rape. We should teach our children how to stand against it. Rape is one of the most terrible crimes on earth and it happens every few minutes.

We should teach them self defense and should provide them sex education these things should be mandatory just like other subjects. There should be strict law against Rape. Its not just girls, even boys are not safe. We should raise our voice against such crimes. and most importantly we should teach men not to rape.

Article 15(3) of the constitution states to make special laws for protection of women and children. The reason for such law is that women's physical structure and the performance of maternal functions place her at at disadvantage in the struggle for her physical well-being becomes an object of public interest and care in order to preserve the strength and vigor of the race. women and child development has been administering various special laws relating to women such as 'the protection of women for domestic violence act', the sexual harassment of women at workplace', the prohibition of child marriage act', 'the protection of children from sexual offences', If we will see there are so many cases about women/children trafficking's, forced prostitutions, forced child labor, child abuse and many more but if we will not speak about this, if we will not raise our voice for these issues these issues will only increase the our next generation have to bear this. Further the crime against children and women can not be controlled unless the mindset of people can not be controlled or changed. In general, undergoes a positive change. We have to work more to change the mindset of people to stop these crimes/ abuses against women and children. There is a very beautiful thought said by Swami Vivekananda that "Just a bird can not fly with one wing only a nation can not march forward if the women are left behind".

A very happy 74th Independence day to all. On the eve of 74th independence day I started my day on the internet searching for the true meaning of Independence and the meaning I found was 'Self-governance', 'Liberty', 'Self-sufficient', during all these surfing I just thought that are we really Independent? Are we independent from Communalism ? we are still struggling to stop communal violence in India. Though a large group of Indians strive for peace and harmony in the country, there are few groups, parties, organizations with sectarian interests working in India to divide and rule the country. Political parties for their benefits have created communal hatred among communities. Communalism has been injected in our education curriculum, history has been changed, and media which is controlled by political parties and corporates has played its own role on all this. Are we free from the thought of religious issues? An officially secular nation, India has a long tradition of religious tolerance, which is protected under its constitution. Although religious discrimination and intolerance of social dissent is hardly new to India, In our childhood we learnt that "Hindu, muslim, sikh, isaai apas m h bhai bhai" where this brotherhood gone now? I think parents should teach their children this again and should revise too. Are we free from Casteism? Even though we are marching ahead towards education and development, caste related violence is still occurring in so many nooks and corners of our country. We have seen many major incidence of violence against dalits/lower caste people such as Bathani Tola Massacare Bihar, Kilvemani Massacare and many more. Government just can’t root out this discrimination by assigning some quota in school, colleges and jobs; we need to work on the mindset of the people. Even after so many years of independence, we are still not able to free ourselves from the clutches of caste system. Are we free from Racism? Racism it is not only in India, but worldwide. Recently we heard about Geoge Floyd, and how can we forget about Northeasterners. Are we free from Patriarchy? Everywhere we write about girls "Save girls", " Beti bachao, Beti padhao" and many more but are we really following this? Do we have accepted LGBTQ+ yet? No we haven't we still call them with very inappropriate names or see them as they are not humans. Corruption is another major problem which has been haunting Indians and adversely affecting Indian economic system. Though we are independent country, we are not able to get freedom from corruption. We haven’t yet got freedom from these kinds of so called leaders.

It is not like that I only have negative points for our country. I'm proud of my country as we have developed lot after the Independence, but these are the some points which I wanted to highlight.

UNITED WE STAND, DIVIDED WE FALL. On the eve of this Independence Day let us keep all our differences aside and fight against these grappling issues and make our India independent from all sorts of slavery.
