The fact that music changes the mood instantly is well proven and discovered. Music is a great tool and helps in controlling the emotions and mood. However, it is not necessarily important to have a particular taste in music to enjoy this art.

Our brain responds to external stimulus, and the sound of music is one major external stimulus that our brain responds to in a positive manner. Music stimulates a part that produces dopamine hormone. Additionally, the affect and influence of music is behavioral and neural.

Moreover, music not only affects the mood, but also the behavior that is not under our control.

Even in ancient times, music was considered as the best of the arts. The ancient researchers state "Music, in ancient times, existed regardless of a person."

Your mood totally depends on what type of music you listen to. If you feel anxious and annoyed, then switching to calmer music will help reduce these feelings. On the contrary, if you feel lethargic, listening to hip-hop music would help increase the energy levels.

Most researchers state that music helps improve mental health and uplift one's mood. It also helps us in teaching to differentiate our emotions.

Music is well known to strengthen the coping capacity and helps deal with problems. Moreover, it also evokes a sense of empathy in an individual. As mentioned earlier, music produces the dopamine hormone, which is responsible for a person's good mood. Regular listening of music cheers up the mood in a short spam of time.

However, along with positive emotions, music can sometimes have a negative impact too. Listening to hard rock songs on loop may cause a negative impact on some people. However, it is completely subjective, in the sense that not everyone has a negative impact through this type of music. It depends on the person and their preference in music. But some psychologists tend to believe that this type of music is likely to cause aggression.

Now that you are well aware of how music affects us, make a playlist and vibe along with your favorite songs and music type. Just be very careful while preparing your playlist. Add songs that you think would help enhance your mood and emotions!

First we need to know why staying fit and healthy is important because regular exercise and physical activity promotes strong muscles and bones. It improves respiratory, cardiovascular health, and overall health. Staying active can also help you maintain a healthy weight, reduce your risk for type 2 diabetes, heart disease, and reduce your risk for some cancers.

Here are some way we can stay fit and healthy.

1 Regular Check-ups:

One should get annual physical check up to make sure everything is as it should be. There is no harm getting regular check ups as it's good for your own body. Do breast or testicular self-exams and get suspicious moles checked out. Getting exams regularly benefits you because if and when something is abnormal, you will get to know about it timely and can consult with your doctor.

2 Get enough sleep: Getting enough sleep is necessary to stay fit and healthy, many of us do not get enough.

Lack of sleep affects our physical and mental health tremendously. It also affects metabolism, mood, concentration, memory, motor skills, stress hormones and even the immune system and cardiovascular health.

Sleep allows the body to heal, repair and rejuvenate.

3 Exercise:

Exercise is important for being fit and healthy. One should walk for few minutes everyday to stay fit.

It also improves circulation and body awareness and can help combat depression.

Cardiovascular exercise helps to strengthen the heart and lungs, strength training helps to strengthen the muscles and stretching helps to reduce the risk of injury by increasing flexibility.

4 Eat healthy food:

Eat lots of fresh fruits, vegetables, and whole grains to stay healthy and fit. Also include lean sources of protein such as poultry, fish, tofu and beans into your diet.

One should eat a balanced meal and not overeat. Junk foods like burgers, pizza and those that are highly processed and contain artificial sweeteners should be strictly avoided.

5 Do not skip breakfast:

One should have healthy breakfast as it keeps you energetic and fuelled for optimal mental and physical performance. Eating breakfast helps to maintain stable blood sugar levels and a healthy weight because you are less likely to overindulge later in the day.

6 Drink plenty of water:

Drink plenty of water as it helps in keeping our bodies hydrated and to maintain a healthy body. It is the natural cleanser for our organs and digestive system. Water also helps in flushing toxins out through the skin and urine.

7 Do not take stress:

Stress is not good as it harms the body and can cause a myriad of problems, from heart trouble to digestive problems. Exercise, meditation, doing what you love, appropriate boundaries, spirituality, being in nature and enjoyable hobbies helps to alleviate the harmful effects of stress on the body.

Don't overwork and take breaks and surround yourself with people who support you.

hope this blog will help you and I have tried my best to express my overall opinion through this blog. Thank you.

Amongst a lot of things like food and architecture, India is also famous for its rich textile heritage. Each region of the country has different and traditional costumes and accessories. The different view of fashion in the country makes it as diverse as the culture that it follows. Moreover, the fashion in India can be widely witnessed in the developed cities and can be witnessed in some underdeveloped cities too. Also, not to forget, the fashion inspiration comes from the industry we all call "Bollywood".

The Bollywood style statements of the 60s and 70s have been making a comeback on an on-and-off basis.

The anarkali suits that came in trend from the movie 'Mughal-e-Azam' have been in great demand since then. The famously known hair cut 'Bangs' have been famous since the Bollywood actress Sadhana started it off. The hair cut was then famously known as "sadhana cut" after the actress's name.

Additionally, the 60s fashion trend that has been making a comeback also includes the flared pants, that we now know as bell bottoms. The trend was originally popularized by Neetu Singh, but has now become the fashion statement of the modern time. The polka dots print became famous after the film "Bobby". Be it the cat-eye make up trend of the 60s and 70s or Zeenat Aman's hippie look from "Hare Ram Hare Krishna", the vintage fashion style never really vanished since.

India is known for its ancient clothing tradition. Before 1980s, there were just a limited number of designers. However, the 1990s witnessed the growth in the number of designers. Its a fact and cannot be denied that the current fashion has grown from the yesteryears. The retro fashion came back with a bang and has been ruling over the fashion industry. The old fashion trends of the 80s and 90s are gradually coming back in trend. Yes, the old fashion is definitely re-emerging but with a little modernization here and there.

What would happen if the earth rotated 10 times faster?

Thanks to the force of gravity, much stronger than that of the earth's surface we humans don't experience our planet's movements. However, that doesn't mean that they aren't worthwhile to note. Assume there is a line that runs from the North pole to the South pole. This is the Earth's axis of rotation, and the rest of the world revolves around it. Without this action, one-half of the planet would constantly face the sunlight, while the other side would have no choice but to embrace the darkness. The prospect of a solar day being anything other than 24 hours sounds pretty alien to us. However, researchers believe that things have slowed down considerably since the time of the dinosaurs. Even further back, around four billion years ago, it's believed that a typical day lasted no more than two to three hours. The changes are all linked to the moon and small shifts in its gravitational pull, as it inches further away from us.

In contrast, what if the Earth's rotational speed increased rather than decreased? Like any sphere, the speed of rotation is much higher in the centre and gets progressively slower as it moves away from it. In the Earth's case, the equator rotates at approximately 1,00040 miles per hour, while the North and South Poles are relatively static. But if we multiply the top speed by 10, the earth now spins at 10,000,400 miles per hour.

With such a dramatic increase what are the odds that everyone and everything would simply fly off into space? The short answer is they wouldn’t, and everything comes down to gravity. To escape Earth's pull, a rocket has to reach an escape velocity of over 25,000 miles per hour. Consequently, the planet's spin still falls short of the maximum speed required to turn everyone into unwitting astronauts. Although our feet would still be planted on the ground, perhaps they would be less firmly.

This is due to gravity and centrifugal force, as well as the fun fact that the earth is not a perfect sphere. At the equator, a person's weight is marginally lower than anywhere else on earth. Even if we upped the planet's spin by 10, the gravity would appear weaker, meaning everyone could expect to lose a few pounds. But this is unlikely to produce a sense of weightlessness. The only thing we might be able to do is to jump higher and throw further, but otherwise, it's the same as before. On the other hand, if the accelerated speed lasted for thousands of years, the earth would gradually flatten, and the equatorial bulge would be much more pronounced.

If the equator were to grow, the entire region would end up underwater, as the oceans would be funnelled towards it. On the other hand, the Arctic Sea would perhaps become more than just a glorified pond. With this changing climate, the north and south poles could become prime real estate and perhaps the safest. Another reason why the oceans may drastically change is that the moon has been pulling away from earth for billions of years, thus slowing the rate at which earth has developed. However, if earth speeds up and regains the initiative, then it could effectively reel back in the satellite. It would not only cause the moon to appear larger in the night sky, but it would also result in a reshaping of coastlines around the world. This would alter established tidal patterns. Aside from these physical changes, our current understanding of time would be altered if Earth's rotational rate increased. With a speed of 10 times as fast, the earth would complete a full rotation in 2.4 hours. This would make days and nights absurdly short and to a certain extent practically meaningless. Assuming the orbital speed around the Sun remains unchanged, it would continue to take the planet the same number of seconds to complete a cycle. In contrast, months, and years each last for 300 and 3652.4 hours. When such a drastic shift occurs abruptly rather than progressively, our minds and bodies suffer from a form of supercharged jet lag. Well, besides transforming the entire planet and conceivably altering how we experience it, what else would happen? An accelerated spin wouldn't necessarily change the formation process but would increase the surge and power of destructive weather systems. One reason is that extreme weather patterns and especially hurricanes would be even more destructive than they already are. The Coriolis effect is responsible for shaping and directing tropical storms. As a result, the conflict would intensify. This would result in further destruction. A tenfold increase in rotation speed would result in enormous pressure on Earth's exterior. This would cause tectonic plates to move quickly and more vigorously than ever before, causing unprecedented natural disasters. Even today, an earthquake of a significant enough magnitude can affect the planet's overall mass and how it spins. In this super-speed alternate reality, however, the erratic rotation would be the norm.

Would an increase in speed have any benefits? Theoretically, our winters and summers should be warmer and cooler respectively. A newly accelerated day/night cycle would mean that the Sun would come and go in a blink of an eye. This would indicate that there would be less time for it to heat up the crust and less time to feel the chill without it. The milder seasons mean very little compared to the towering storms and seismic shifts that surpass anything Hollywood could devise.

Humans may not be thrown off the planet instantly, but could they survive in such a climate? The overnight acceleration would have a catastrophic impact, and survival would seem impossible. Almost all surface-dwelling species would be threatened with extinction and those who prefer to burrow underground would also likely struggle. If this hypothetical but fundamental shake-up happened over thousands of years, society may be able to adapt, perhaps by building and living underground at least in the beginning.

Lastly, what are the chances of something like this happening? Fortunately, they are extremely slim. Right now, the moon is drifting farther away, and the Earth is rotating slower. In other words, the opposite outcome is more likely.
