The victim told them about the incident after which the family caught the accused and beat him up and then handed him over to the police.
Senior Inspector Jitendra Bhobe of Wadala TT Police Station said that a case has been registered against the accused under Section 354 of the Indian Penal Code and the POCSO Act.
