On a big sunny day, Daniel was very excited because he was going to fly his new toy plane for the first time, when he started flying it he was soaring to great heights and it was really fantastic until suddenly it started to descend unexpectedly and had a big fall, which caused it to be damaged.

When this happened, he could not believe how quickly the plane had been damaged.

So he and his mother went to the store where they had bought it, so that they could get it repaired or get a new plane.

When they got to the store they were treated and told that this model was having problems and was easily damaged, so they gave him a new one and he was ready to start flying his plane.

The next day when he was going to start flying the plane that had been delivered to him, he was very happy until he observed that the plane was not flying at high altitudes and every so often it turned off.

So this got Daniel thinking, “How about I build a big and sturdier airplane so it can fly at high altitudes and won’t break so easily?”

But then when imagining this, several questions began to arise “how do I build it? What could be the best idea to put into practice?

He thought about all this for a while until it was decided that he was going to build the best airplane possible, so that it wouldn’t get damaged every time he started flying it.

So he had to find all the necessary information to get started and so he went straight to the library to investigate the best way to create his great plane.

Upon arrival, he observed many interesting things and discovered new ideas that would be of great help in achieving his goal.

So when he got all the information, he went to look for the materials that he could find in his house, to start building his big plane.

He gathered all the materials and began building his plane.

Weeks went by and he managed to finish his incredible plane.

So he was ready to fly his plane, but to his surprise it was not flying as he expected and he began to check what might be preventing the plane from flying as he wanted.

Then he discovered that it was a problem with the weight of the plane and so he made some changes so that it will rise as high as he had always wanted.

When he had finished making the necessary changes and is ready to fly, he went to test the plane and it was flying at unimaginable heights, it was truly incredible.

He was very excited flying his big plane, he had finally made it.

Then the other children asked him how it is that your plane does not break as fast as the others.

So he helped them by devising each one of his planes and they were turning into reality each illusion of wanting an amazing and resistant airplane.

there are key components and key ingredients in the recipe of a student mentality. number one you need to be disciplined. the future is very expensive and only those who are carriers of discipline can inherit the future. i need you to stay motivated.

i don't care if you have to listen to me a thousand times. i need you to stay motivated. and i need that motivation to mature into discipline. but i need you to be self-aware. so i need you to remember that you are always learning. in life you are always learning. and i need you to believe in yourself. i need you to see yourself capable, lovable, and unconditionally worthy of your future.

turn your pain into progress. i need you to see yourself see yourself. one of the things that many students lack is vision. you got to see yourself before you get there you have to hear yourself telling yourself thank you.

i need you to open up your ears, open up your ears because the you from the future is telling you thank you. thank you for not giving up when you wanted to give up. thank you for not being depressed. thank you for not allowing the brokenness to eat your progress. thank you. thank you thank you you got this. it's going to get hard sometimes i'm telling you right now it's not going to be easy but it's worth it.

maybe you're listening to me right now you want to lose weight or you you try to pass the final exam or maybe there's just this feat that seem is known. it is impossible to turn your pain into progress turn your pain into progress i need you to be uncomfortable with average. i need you to be allergic to average. i need you to come to the end of yourself .

so many people are depending on you. a student is hard-working a student is mentally tough, have the ability to adapt, have a character , consistency, demonstrate courage on the daily, stay motivated stay positive earn your respect. have a winning attitude. breathe ,compete , make no excuses set goals practice great habits. stay focused. want your future you gotta outwork everybody on that field you gotta outwork everybody in the room you gotta learn how to perform under pressure you gotta leave it all out on the field everybody want the future but everybody wants to be average.

they're going to be times when you feel like you're losing your mind. and you study for hours and you're going to take an exam and you will not pass. a student is resilient, a student is disciplined, a student is committed, a student is consistent, even when they don't want to be. because the cycle of depression needs to end with you. the cycle of not enough needs to end with you. the lack and the dysfunction and the anxiety and all of these things that your family and your father and your mother have gone through, you have to keep a student mentality.

i studied and i failed the exam i studied and i failed the test. and life is an uphill war and it is filled with tests and exams and critical moments where you are going to have to dig deep inside of yourself . and ask yourself why why did you start in the first place? and what was the emotion the feeling what was the science and the psychology behind the decision that you made? and nine times out of ten i can tell you why you started you started because you were hungry.

hunger is the feeling of discomfort or weakness caused by a lack of food coupled with a desire to eat. how hungry are you ? when you feel like drawing in a town when you feel like surrendering everything you work for remember why you started. remember how you felt when you started . you were hungry. when you want to let go when you want to surrender when you want to stop when you're ready to quit, when you have failed and failed again. let me remind you what got you here. hunger got you here a strong desire got you here. you were desperate to break curses in your family. you were desperate to break the cycle of poverty and depression. you were desperate. hunger catch you here remember this.

every dream requires discipline every dream requires discipline. you can travel the world and study students and their behaviors and their mindsets, there is a science behind achievement. and when you study the most successful students in the world we find that they are responsible, they are motivated, they are self-managed, they are self-aware they have a long-lasting student mentality. even after they have passed the test because they understand that life is a test and in life there are ups and there are downs.

and so accept the responsibility see yourself as primarily responsible for your outcomes and your experiences. you are going to need discipline. motivation will help you get started. but discipline is going to keep you on the road to your destiny. you got to be self-motivated. you got to find purpose in what you do, by discovering personally meaningful goals and dreams.

if you're going to be a successful student if you're going to come out on top, you've got to start managing your time. you plan and you take action in pursuit of your goals and dreams. so let me tell you something everybody has a dream that there is a behavior that must follow your belief system . remember this behavior follows belief. if you have not been able to change your behavior to match your dream, then you need to go back and examine your belief.

because 10 times out of 10 if you can't change your behavior to match your dream then you don't believe. when somebody believes everything changes. the time is coming where you are going to feel like giving up but you're going to have to remember why you started.

you got to dig deep and learn how to create possibilities for yourself when nobody gives you an opportunity you have to turn your mess into your message.

This is the whole truth on why you need to study

NOW IS YOUR TIME:(don't waste it)

Now is the time to start building your language. Now it is the time to start teaching and investing in your kids. Now is the time to start piecing your money together and getting yourself out of debt. Now is the time to start pursuing something greater. Now is the time to start building the vision that God put in your heart. Now is the time to start saving up for the home. Now is the time they start making those investments in yourself.

You cannot wait. Don't wait for another tape. Don't wait another minute. Don't wait another moment. Now is your time. How long are you gonna complain about what you don't have? How about? Who didn't do it? Wouldn't take care of humans? Who didn't call you and who are all like killing? what they said? What they feel cares? what they think? who cares? what they said? this is not about them, this is about me. This is about what God wants to do in me. This is about the legacy that he wants me to build. This is about the impact he wants to make. Why am I gonna put my legacy to the side in order to appease a person who doesn't know who I really am?

You gotta get to a place where you recognize but I'm not just here passing time. I'm not just here, just having fun but I'm here to build a legacy. I'm here to make things happen. I'm here to change the world. Now is your time.

Which kind of mentality should students have???

Osho said:

“The greatest fear in the world is the opinion of others, and the moment you are unafraid of the crowd, you are no longer a sheep, you become a LION.

A great roar arises in your heart… the roar of freedom.”

Sheep have no freedom. The sheep live with FEAR and UNCERTAINTY… EVERY DAY.

A sheep never leads. A lion never follows....

A lion is in complete control of his, or her life. The lion does not accept scraps and does not get told what to do or where to go.

The lion goes about his business FEARLESSLY and with extreme competence.

You will never lead a lion to the slaughterhouse! They will lead you!

The lion is the king of the jungle… and it’s not because the lion is the biggest…

It’s not because the lion is the fastest…

it’s not because the Lion is blessed with any great advantage

over other animals…

It’s the MENTALITY of the lion that makes the lion the KING OF THE JUNGLE!

What is the lion mentality?

Bravery is a key trait of the lion. The lion will NEVER SURRENDER.....

The lion will never lie down and die, not even if surrounded by 10 hyenas – the fight is NEVER over until it is over!

Maybe you’re not surrounded by hyenas… maybe you’re just buried by bills… maybe you need to stand up for something you believe in that NO ONE around you agrees with…... DO NOT GIVE UP… DO NOT GIVE IN.......

BE FEARLESS in going after what you really want in YOUR LIFE!

Maybe you’ve been at it for years and NOTHING has worked…...YET......Maybe you’re tired of hunting your goals and seeing no rewards…!

DO NOT GIVE UP....!You must keep fighting!

You have no guarantees of success if you keep going, but you do have POSSIBILITY.....! There is a CHANCE........!

The only guarantee comes with quitting… and that is the guarantee of missing out on the life you really want........!!

KEEP FIGHTING for the life YOU MUST HAVE… regardless of the hyenas… regardless of the problems, the setbacks. NO SURRENDER.

The lion is certain. The lion never second guesses. When the lion goes in… it goes in ONE HUNDRED PERCENT! There is nothing half hearted about the lion.

How great could your life be if you lived with the CERTAINTY of the lion?

What if you just started BELIEVING in YOURSELF… and your own abilities?

How far could you go with UNBREAKABLE SELF-BELIEF?..

Who could you become if there was NO DOUBT in you. If you trusted your intuition and just went for EVERYTHING you want in life with the same ruthless certainty as a lion hunting its prey?

You can’t rely on other people to achieve the results YOU want in life. YOU are the only one responsible for YOUR RESULTS! Take responsibility. Take ownership. Take action.....

Only YOU know what is best for YOU in YOUR LIFE. Only YOU know which path to take in each moment of your life. You must make those decisions with CERTAINTY!

The lion has freedom because the lion DEMANDS FREEDOM........!

The lion has freedom because he FIGHTS FOR FREEDOM. His very nature says he will die for that freedom.

Perhaps there is no more valuable asset on this earth than FREEDOM…..... something you could only understand if you’ve experienced a lack of it.......

In your own life, you must fight for FREEDOM. Your own, and that of others..........

The freedom to speak your mind. The freedom to be who you want to be. The freedom to live on YOUR TERMs...........

FREEDOM means fairness for all. The freedom to be who you must be while allowing all others to be who they are going to be....

There is no greater value. FIGHT FOR YOUR FREEDOM.

The lion is protective of EVERYTHING of value. The Family. The pack. Dinner… If you threaten anything of value to the lion you better be prepared to fight.

What do you need protect? What are you willing to fight for in your life – not physically – MENTALLY… EMOTIONALLY…

What are you willing to sacrifice your time for?

What or WHO keeps you going? What is your PURPOSE? What or who gives your life MEANING?

Lions are said to sleep around 20 hours a day… still they NEVER GO HUNGRY.

They get up… and they get the job done..............!

They EARN their rest. They EARN their success. They EARN their freedom.

There are great rewards for competence. In life, if you provide more value to others than anyone else, in a shorter space of time… you will be rewarded, and you will be rewarded WELL… and OFTEN.

It does not matter HOW LONG you work… it matters HOW GOOD that work is.

It doesn’t matter how many hours you’ve put in… it only matters how much VALUE you have created.

Develop yourself into a competent machine! Work on what matters in your life with LASER FOCUS… RUTHLESS DETERMINATION and a BURNING DESIRE to do everything to the very best of your ability.

That builds PRIDE and RESPECT for yourself.

lion mentality;

You might be smarter than me… You could well be stronger than me… You might have more luck than me… but,

You will not DEFEAT ME

You will not DETHRONE ME

And you will never DESTROY ME.....

I wake up with INTENTION

Whatever I WANT…. I GO AFTER…

Whatever I go after…. I GET!

If it matters to me:

I WILL BE IT.........

You can not DEFEAT ME

You can not DETHRONE ME

You will never DESTROY ME

One young man went to apply for a managerial position in a big company. He passed the initial interview, and now would meet the director for the final interview.

The director discovered from his CV that the youth's academic achievements were excellent. He asked, "Did you obtain any scholarships in school?" the youth answered "no".

" Was it your father who paid for your school fees?"

"My father passed away when I was one year old, it was my mother who paid for my school fees.” he replied.

" Where did your mother work?"

"My mother worked as clothes cleaner.”

The director requested the youth to show his hands. The youth showed a pair of hands that were smooth and perfect.

" Have you ever helped your mother wash the clothes before?"

"Never, my mother always wanted me to study and read more books. Besides, my mother can wash clothes faster than me.

The director said, "I have a request. When you go home today, go and clean your mother's hands, and then see me tomorrow morning.

The youth felt that his chance of landing the job was high. When he went back home, he asked his mother to let him clean her hands. His mother felt strange, happy but with mixed feelings, she showed her hands to her son.

The youth cleaned his mother's hands slowly. His tear fell as he did that. It was the first time he noticed that his mother's hands were so wrinkled, and there were so many bruises in her hands. Some bruises were so painful that his mother winced when he touched it.

This was the first time the youth realized that it was this pair of hands that washed the clothes everyday to enable him to pay the school fees. The bruises in the mother's hands were the price that the mother had to pay for his education, his school activities and his future.

After cleaning his mother hands, the youth quietly washed all the remaining clothes for his mother.

That night, mother and son talked for a very long time.

Next morning, the youth went to the director's office.

The Director noticed the tears in the youth's eyes, when he asked: "Can you tell me what have you done and learned yesterday in your house?"

The youth answered," I cleaned my mother's hand, and also finished cleaning all the remaining clothes'

“I know now what appreciation is. Without my mother, I would not be who I am today. By helping my mother, only now do I realize how difficult and tough it is to get something done on your own. And I have come to appreciate the importance and value of helping one’s family.

The director said, "This is what I am looking for in a manager. I want to recruit a person who can appreciate the help of others, a person who knows the sufferings of others to get things done, and a person who would not put money as his only goal in life.”

“You are hired.”

Once upon a time there lived a wise man by the name of Mamad. He never lied. All the people in the land, even the ones who lived twenty days away, knew about him.

The king heard about Mamad and ordered his subjects to bring him to the palace. He looked at the wise man and asked:

" Mamad, is it true, that you have never lied?"

" It's true."

"And you will never lie in your life?"

" I'm sure in that."

"Okay, tell the truth, but be careful! The lie is cunning and it gets on your tongue easily."

Several days passed and the king called Mamad once again. There was a big crowd: the king was about to go hunting. The king held his horse by the mane, his left foot was already on the stirrup. He ordered Mamad:

"Go to my summer palace and tell the queen I will be with her for lunch. Tell her to prepare a big feast. You will have lunch with me then."

Mamad bowed down and went to the queen. Then the king laughed and said:

"We won't go hunting and now Mamad will lie to the queen. Tomorrow we will laugh on his behalf."

But the wise Mamad went to the palace and said:

"Maybe you should prepare a big feast for lunch tomorrow, and maybe you shouldn't. Maybe the king will come by noon, and maybe he won't."

"Tell me will he come, or won't he?" - asked the queen.

"I don't know weather he put his right foot on the stirrup, or he put his left foot on the ground after I left."

Everybody waited for the king. He came the next day and said to the queen:

"The wise Mamad, who never lies, lied to you yesterday."

But the queen told him about the words of Mamad. And the king realized, that the wise man never lies, and says only that, which he saw with his own eyes.

Once upon a time, there were no rivers and lakes on earth, but only the Eastern Sea, in which lived four dragons: the Long Dragon, the Yellow Dragon, the Black Dragon and the Pearl Dragon. One day the four dragons flew from the sea into the sky. They soared and dived, playing at hide-and-seek in the clouds.

"Come over here quickly!" the Pearl Dragon cried out suddenly.

"What's up?" asked the other three, looking down in the direction where the Pearl Dragon pointed.

On the earth they saw many people putting out fruits and cakes, and burning incense sticks. They were praying! A white-haired woman, kneeling on the ground with a thin boy on her back, murmured,

"Please send rain quickly, God of Heaven, to give our children rice to eat."

For there had been no rain for a long time. The crops withered, the grass turned yellow and fields cracked under the scorching sun.

"How poor the people are!" said the Yellow Dragon. "And they will die if it doesn't rain soon."

The Long Dragon nodded. Then he suggested, "Let's go and beg the Jade Emperor for rain."

So saying, he leapt into the clouds. The others followed closely and flew towards the Heavenly Palace. Being in charge of all the affairs in heaven on earth and in the sea, the Jade Emperor was very powerful. He was not pleased to see the dragons rushing in.

"Why do you come here instead of staying in the sea and behaving yourselves?"

The Long Dragon stepped forward and said, "The crops on earth are withering and dying, Your Majesty. I beg you to send rain down quickly!"

"All right. You go back first, I'll send some rain down tomorrow." The Jade Emperor pretended to agree while listening to the songs of the fairies.

The four dragons responded, "Thanks, Your Majesty!"

The four dragons went happily back. But ten days passed, and not a drop of rain came down. The people suffered more, some eating bark, some grass roots, some forced to eat white clay when they ran out of bark and grass roots. Seeing all this, the four dragons felt very sorry, for they knew the Jade Emperor only cared about pleasure, and never took the people to heart. They could only rely on themselves to relieve the people of their miseries. But how to do it? Seeing the vast sea, the Long Dragon said that he had an idea.

"What is it? Out with it, quickly!" the other three demanded.

"Look, is there not plenty of water in the sea where we live? We should scoop it up and spray it towards the sky. The water will be like rain drops and come down to save the people and their crops," said Long Dragon.

"Good idea!" said the others as they clapped their hands.

"But," said the Long Dragon after thinking a bit, "we will be blamed if the Jade Emperor learns of this."

"I will do anything to save the people," the Yellow Dragon said resolutely.

"Then let's begin. We will never regret it," said Long Dragon.

The Black Dragon and the Pearl Dragon were not to be outdone. They flew to the sea, scooped up water in their mouths, and then flew back into the sky, where they sprayed the water out over the earth. The four dragons flew back and forth, making the sky dark all around. Before long the sea water became rain pouring down from the sky.

"It's raining! It's raining! The crops will be saved!" the people cried and leaped with joy.

On the ground the wheat stalks raised their heads and the sorghum stalks straightened up. The god of the sea discovered these events and reported to the Jade Emperor.

"How dare the four dragons bring rain without my permission!" said the Jade Emperor.

The Jade Emperor was enraged, and ordered the heavenly generals and their troops to arrest the four dragons. Being far outnumbered, the four dragons could not defend themselves, and they were soon arrested and brought back to the heavenly palace.

"Go and get four mountains to lay upon them so that they can never escape!" The Jade Emperor ordered the Mountain God.

The Mountain God used his magic power to make four mountains fly there, whistling in the wind from afar, and pressed them down upon the four dragons. Imprisoned as they were, they never regretted their actions. Determined to do good for the people forever, they turned themselves into four rivers, which past high mountains and deep valleys, crossing the land from the west to the east and finally emptying into the sea. And so China's four great rivers were formed

If it wasn't for the fact that Clarissa begged me to come to the party,I would have never agreed.

After school, Clarissa drove me home.

I walked towards my front door and sighed in frustration, fortunately for me mum and my half sis weren't at home.

Few hours later..

"Okay okay Clarissa,I will be there"I said over the phone.

She won't stop calling me,I took my purse then walked out of the room.

"U look excited about the party"Clarissa asked as we stopped right in front of Alex house.

"Not really"

"Oh come on don't be a party pooper"

We got in and it was like every high school party.

Clarissa was dragged away by Isaac, while I felt a hand on my wrist.

"Dylan"I called out while he just smirked, his eyes were going all over my body,he smelt of alcohol.

"U look so sexy"

He pulled me closer from the waist and tried to kiss me but I declined.

"What's wrong?'he asked grousely.

"I need to use the bathroom,u go and dance,I will come meet you"he nodded and walked away.

Suddenly someone pushed me away with an elbow.

"A simple "hey" would be nice instead of pushing me away"

"I wasn't trying to talk to u,I pushed u bcos u were blocking the table for soda"he said in his British accent.

Clarissa appeared out of nowhere.

"Anna, let's go they are playing truth or dare upstairs"

Before I could reply, she dragged me along with her.

The game started quite funny as Dylan was asked to dance in his boxer.

Audbrey was asked to remove her bra and put it on her head.

22 Signs to Tell Fake Friends From Real Friends

1. How much do they talk about themselves?

I once had a “friend” who would call me almost every day to talk about his ideas and problems. I tried to be a good friend by listening to him and giving him feedback. On some days, I also had something on my mind that I wanted to talk about, but there was never any space for me to talk. And if I did get to talk a little, he soon changed the topic and talked about himself again. He wasn’t really interested in me or my life. I realized that he was a bad friend because I never got anything back in that relationship. I don’t think he was a bad person, but our relationship was one-sided. Fake friends are not interested in you. They’re only interested in themselves. They may use you as an audience or therapist.

2. How interested are they in you?

Do they ask you a lot of questions about your life, opinions, and feelings? Do you get to talk about your problems? Do they support you when things are rough? These are signs of a real friend. If you tell them something important about you or your life, do they listen? Do they remember special events and dates that are significant for you?

Some people aren’t very good at asking questions. This doesn’t mean they don’t care. However, you should still get the general impression that they want to know you on a deeper level.

3. What type of people do they hang out with?

I remember when one of my friends started dating a new girl. He told me she was amazing, but her behaviors sometimes troubled him.

Then he told me that his girlfriend’s best friend was a big douche bag and that she regularly hung out with some sketchy people.

That got me thinking. Why would a good person hang out with bad people like that? Sure, we all make bad choices, and it can take time to figure out what someone is really like. But when someone’s best friend is a big douche bag, and they hang out with other bad people, those are BIG WARNING SIGNS.

So, if you don’t like your friend’s other friends, that’s a red flag.

4. Do they apologize and make up for their mistakes?

My best friend once forgot about our date, and I was left alone in the middle of town. I called him, and he was extremely embarrassed and apologetic about it. He later made up for it by making a fantastic lunch for me.

A fake friend wouldn’t have cared. They might even have been annoyed or irritated by my reaction. Real friends make mistakes, but they own up to them and apologize.

5. Do they lie to you or others?

An occasional white lie is OK. For example, most of us have said, “Thank you for dinner, it was delicious!” at some point, even when the food wasn’t very good. But if someone lies often or tells big lies, this doesn’t reflect well on their character. It’s not easy to know if someone is lying to you. However, watching them with other people can give you some clues. If they lie to other people or act insincere, they might do the same to you.

6. How do they make you feel about yourself?

How do you feel when you are with your friends? How do you feel afterward? Do they do or say anything that affects your mood negatively?

If your situation is hard to read, describe it in the comments below, and I’ll help you out!

Here’s how bad friends can make you feel:

.You feel bad about yourself

.You feel there’s something wrong with you

.You feel you’re not good enough

.You feel you need to change yourself to fit in with the group

.You feel ashamed of yourself

.You feel that your friends are taking pity on you by inviting you to spend time with them

.You feel that you can’t let your real personality shine through

Real friends lift you up and make you feel good about yourself.

7. Are they critical of your achievements?

Good friends can give constructive criticism when you need it, but mostly they just support you and make sure you know how awesome you are when you achieve something.

8. Do they understand your limitations?

Real friends understand when and why you can’t or don’t want to do something.

Fake friends will expect a lot from you and get angry or irritated when you disappoint them.

Real friends have reasonable expectations of you, and they are understanding of your mistakes and flaws.

9. Do they respect your boundaries?

Fake friends overstep your boundaries and make you do and accept things you don’t want.

Real friends respect you and your boundaries. And if they accidentally go too far, they apologize when you tell them how you feel.

10. Are they supportive?

Fake friends get envious and jealous when you do well, and they will probably try to put you down in those situations or minimize your achievements. Good friends will be happy for you.

11. Do they stand up for you?

I was once at a house party where most of us knew each other, but the “leader” of our group never really seemed to like me.

He often gave me backhanded compliments and was always critical of me. At this party, he started making fun of me in front of some girls. He tried to disguise it as a “joke.”

I even tried to play along by laughing with them. I didn’t notice how mean he was until later, when one of my other friends told me that the situation made him uncomfortable. He said he didn’t think it was OK for the “leader” to behave like that. My friend then talked to our leader about it. The fact that he stood up for me meant a lot. Even though nobody dared to say anything immediately, I could tell by my friend’s reaction that he was a true friend. It also made me see that our “leader” wasn’t a real friend.

12. Is there always some sort of drama going on in their life?

Ever heard someone say, “I don’t like drama,” yet they seem to be surrounded by it? There’s a good chance they are the source of the problem.

If you are losing respect for a friend, this could be why. It’s hard to respect someone who keeps making trouble for themselves.

Fake friends are often dramatic. For example, they may announce that they are breaking up with a friend or partner but then change their mind. They tend to cause arguments and misunderstandings wherever they go. They also make a big deal of small things and don’t own up to their mistakes. Real friends try to solve your differences and find a middle ground where you both agree with each other. They would rather have a calm discussion than throw a temper tantrum.

13. Do they help you out when you need it?

Fake friends often ask you for help. In time, they might ask you for bigger and bigger favors. Their requests are often borderline unreasonable, but you never get anything back.

Nobody can be expected to help you with everything, but real friends are ready to help you when you truly need it.

14. Do they act differently when around others?

Are they mean when you are alone but act nice to you in front of other people? Or maybe it’s the other way around: they’re nice in a one-on-one conversation but mean toward you when you socialize as part of a group?

Fake friends act differently depending on who is around. This behavior is unacceptable. Real friends are consistent, not two faced.

15. Do they speak badly of you behind your back?

Fake friends talk shit and gossip about others with you. That’s a sign that they might gossip about you behind your back when you aren’t around to hear it.

Real friends mostly say good things about others and good things about you.

16. Do they seem happy to see you?

When I first got to know David (the founder of SocialPro), I remember how he always greeted me with a big smile and a hug. I instantly felt great around him and wanted to spend more time with him. When someone makes you feel good around them, that’s a sign they’re also a good person and a good friend.

Fake friends are often in a bad mood. They are irritable and like to vent a lot. Real friends need to vent too, but it should be balanced out with positive, fun conversations.

17. Can you be yourself around them?

Can you relax and be yourself around your friend? Or do you have to put on a mask and fake it to fit in? If you can’t, it might be time to stop keeping in touch with them.

Real friends allow you to be yourself because they accept you and like you for who you are. Fake friends don’t.

18. Can you trust them to keep a secret?

Fake friends will tell your secrets to others because they don’t really care about you or respect your privacy.

Real friends can be trusted with your secrets. If someone has betrayed your trust more than once (and not apologized!), it might be time to rethink your relationship.

19. Do they try to one-up you?

Fake friends will try to one-up you. For example, if you tell them you got a new phone, they will claim their phone is better, or they will criticize your phone.

The reason they act like this is often because they have an inferiority complex and need to prove they’re better than everyone else.

20. Do they say, “It was just a joke”?

Have you ever told someone you got offended or hurt, and they defended themselves with the classic line, “I was just joking” or, “You’re too sensitive, you should learn to take a joke”?

That means they’re not acknowledging their bad behavior, and they’re not apologizing. These are both signs of a bad friend. A good friend will not (regularly) brush your feelings off like that. They will try to make amends instead of excuses.

21. Are they using you to gain access to other people?

Sometimes, fake friends try to get close to you because they want to take advantage of your connections.

For example, a fake friend might only act nice to you because they want to date one of your other friends or because you know someone who could help them land a new job.

Watch out for a friend who directly asks for introductions when you haven’t known them for very long. It’s normal to network with your friend’s friends, but be on guard if they seem more interested in meeting your social circle than spending time with you.

22. Do they use emotional blackmail?

Fake friends try to get something from you by manipulating your emotions. This is called emotional blackmail.

For example, let’s say your friend wants to borrow your car one weekend. Unfortunately, they are a bad driver who has been in more than one accident. You aren’t comfortable lending them your car, and you politely tell them why. Your friend says, “If you were a real friend, you’d give me a chance.”

In this case, your friend would be emotionally blackmailing you by trying to make you feel guilty for saying “No.” Real friends don’t behave this way. When they hear “No,” they respect it. Have you ever had any fake or bad friends? What were the signs? Are you getting rid of friends who drag you down? The sun shone into the room through the window.Annabel is still lying on her bed at 8:00am, someone jumped into her her room through the window,it was Clarissa her best friend, living at the next compound.

I was in the bathroom for some minutes,my mind going through some thoughts.

"Are u sleeping in there?"Clarissa asked from outside.

She has always been a drama queen.

"Coming"I said as I turn off the shower,I step out with a towel around my body.

One day, a man decided to travel by ship with his friends. While in the middle of their journey, the boat began to sink. Everyone tried to escape by swimming but it was all in vain. All drowned except this man who succeeded in clinging to a floating object. With the effect of strong winds, the object took him very far, to a small island where there were no men or animals, just a few insects.

With the sweat of his brow, he managed to build a small box entirely made of straw. He stayed there for several days eating fruits and began to get used to his new life of suffering (even if he did not get used to it). He eventually began to lose all hope of seeing his family again any day.

Every night he lit a fire in front of his house to warm himself. One evening, as usual, he lit the fire. He stayed there for a long time until he dozed off. Late in the night, he was awakened by an overwhelming heat: It was his straw hut that caught fire. He cried, accusing and blaming God, shouting, "Oh God, what have I done to you to hurt me so? You separated me from my family to bring me to this deserted island, then you killed all my friends and now you let my hut burn. Why are you so hard on me? It is better to die because I am tired of living in this suffering!"

But at dawn, he saw a small boat coming towards him. When the boat landed, he ran straight for the captain and said to him in astonishment, "Captain, how did you get here?" No boat can get there unless he gets lost. " The captain replied, "In the night we saw a fire and we thought it was a burning boat, and we did not arrive immediately because the journey was long. We thought that you used the fire in order for us to find you. "The man cried, fell on his knees and asked God for forgiveness, and he got into the boat and went home and reunited with his family.

LESSON: God has many ways of solving our problems. You can lose a job and think that God has left you when He wants to give you a better job. Your friends can leave you, do not believe that the LORD has rejected you, He wants to keep you away from bad companies. Do not curse your God even if you suffer, keep faith and hope, He will act.

If you are blessed by this message, kindly share it with others.

*Money Mistake 1*

Never borrow money that accrues high interest to start a business . That is to say, never borrow money with high to start a business expecting that the business will generate income to pay back the borrowed money plus the interest.

*Money Mistake 2*

Never spend money you haven't received. Don't even promise someone money based on a promise you have from someone else. If someone tells you: "Ezra, come to my office tomorrow at 9am and pick #30K"don't go out to buy items on credit based on this promise, with the hope that you will pay off your creditor when the promised money comes; it may not come as promised and this will leave you in problems with your creditors.

*Money Mistakes 3*

If you want to save, whenever you receive money, don’t start spending hoping that you’ll save what remains. Normally what remains is zero because as long as money to spend is available, the numerous things you can spend it on are also available. And things to spend on even incite their 'relatives' so that you spend even more than you had planned. When money to spend is not available, we naturally find a way of doing without it. That's why I've learnt to save with Cooperative or Investment Society. Once I send money there I assume I no longer have it. Before you spend any money, put your savings aside then spend what is left after saving.

*Money Mistake 4*

When you get an opportunity to meet a very wealthy person, never ask for money. Ask for ideas on how to make money. They may even choose to give you money on their own after seeing that your ideas are great, but let getting money from them never be your objective. It is better to be taught how to fish than given fish.

*Money Mistake 5*

Keeping your seed instead of planting it. Many people stop at saving. It's very, very difficult to save and have all you need to maintain your lifestyle especially after retirement. When you save, your savings are seed; plant it. When you just keep the seed (saving money) some seeds begin to die (eaten by inflation and the like). That's why I recommend that you read about the different types of investment vehicles you can use to grow your savings. I am not necessarily talking about putting the money in a business, because you can easily lose money in business especially if you are new in it. I am talking about putting it in an investment.

*Money Mistake 6*

Never lend someone money you are not willing to lose. By the time you lend someone money, be contented in your heart that should the person fail to pay, you will not die. You should not even lose that person's friendship if they fail to repay the money you lent them. If you feel the person might fail to pay you and this will not affect your relationship with them, then lend them money. If their failure to pay would make you hate this person’s entire clan, please advise the person to go to the bank.

*Money Mistake 7*

Never append your signature to guarantee someone on a financial matter if you are not willing or able to pay the money on their behalf.

*Money Mistake 8*

Avoid keeping money you don't intend to use in the short-term within easy reach. For instance, don’t walk with #100K in your pocket when all you plan to do in a day costs #20K. Like I mentioned in Money Mistake 3, there are always expenses available to gobble any money that is within reach, so if you don't want to lose it, put it away in a safe place.

*Money Mistake 9*

Avoid keeping money in inappropriate places e.g. in socks, under the pillow, in a pit, in the sitting room, in the bra, in a travel bag that you will place somewhere in a bus ... impulse buying is a devil that will keep you busy!

*Money Mistake 10*

Spending money on an item that you can do without (at least for the time being). These days when I pick money from my pocket or wallet, before paying for something I ask myself: What would happen if I didn’t buy this? If I find I can live with the consequences of not having that thing, I smile and walk away.

*Money Mistake 11*

Paying an amount for something that's not the minimum you can get that same value for. In other words, if you are at Ogo Oluwa and you pay #5K for a shoe that you can get at #3K at Orisunbare market, that's a money mistake except for those who have achieved financial freedom.(The bus fare from Ogo Oluwa to Orisunbare is just #50)

*Money Mistake 12:*

Consistently spending all you earn or more than you earn. It's like having a drum where you have an inlet that's smaller than the outlet. It will never get full. And should the inlet ever reduce significantly the drum will run dry. If you do it the other way round and the inlet is bigger, it will get full and even overflow. Hence, we have to always ensure we are widening the inlet while narrowing the outlet – all the time.

*Money Mistake 13:*

Thinking about short-term only and forgetting about long-term or thinking about the long-term and forgetting about the short-term. For instance, Lydia was told that there's money in land. She saved money over a long period of time and bought 30 acres of land. Now she has the land but she is always broke. She is always complaining. She's disgruntled and she doesn't seem to see herself earning from the land in the near future. Now, let's ask ourselves: Having 30 acres of land and no money to feed your family or take a child to hospital, is that wealth or poverty? I think Lydia only looked at long-term needs and forgot that she has short-term needs that require money.

Let’s take stock of our finances. How many mistakes are you guilty of? Do you now feel better-equipped to do better with these tips? Good luck, savers! Share this knowledge with your friends because it will not benefit you if you are selfish with it.

God bless you as you work on your financial prudency and objectivity.
