LaLiga are finalising the final details of their protocol so that the league season can get back underway in June. Players and coaches at clubs in LaLiga Santander and LaLiga SmartBank have undergone coronavirus tests in the last couple of days to determine who is positive and who is allowed to return to training. According to COPE, there are a few rules that LaLiga will impose so that the competition can resume normally. These include: cleaning and police inspection 24 hours before the match at the stadium where the game will be played; temperature checks at the entrance to the stadium for everyone who will be entering the premises; and hotels for the exclusive use of players. As for transport, only flights and AVE charter trains may be used. And if the team has to travel by bus, there will be two if there are more than 25 people on the trip. With regard to the further tests that will be carried out, the home players will take them 24 hours before the match and the away players will do so before travelling. Using handrails will be forbidden before matches, and all players will have to change their kit at half-time. Post-match press conferences will be done telematically in order to minimise risk and avoid close contact. Finally, one of the most frequent questions has revolved around what will happen if a positive coronavirus is detected. Well, LaLiga's protocol stipulates that the positive player would have to isolated in his room and then those in his environment would need to be tested.
