कोरोना माहामारी सुरु हुनु केहि अगाडी दुर्गा नगर बिकास समाज देखी बासुकी मन्दिर सम्म पुग्न १५० वटा पक्की सिडी सहितको भर्याङको निर्माण सम्पन्न भयो । सिडिको एकतर्फ फलामको बार राखेर सुरक्षित गर्ने काम पनि गरियो ।

डन्डिमा खिया नलागोस भनेर सिडिको बारमा निलो रङ लगाउदा आकर्षक देखियो ।रङ लगाउदै गर्दा एकजना कर्मचारिले पर्खालको भित्तामा लेखिदियो सेल्फी डाडा ।

कोरोना माहामरीको पहिलो लहर सुरु भई, लकडाउनको समय सबै तिर बन्द भएको र सबैलाई फुर्शद पनि भएकोले सेल्फी डाडामा दैनिक जसो मान्छेहरु आउने, सेल्फी खिच्ने, टिकटक भिडिओ बनाउने हरुको भिड नै लाग्न थाल्यो ।कुनै

बिशेष पर्यटकिय स्थलको जसरि नै सामाजिक सन्जालमा सेल्फी डाडा भाइरल नै भयो। साझ बिहान सिडिमा बसेर गफ्फिने, मर्निङ-इभिनिङ वाल्क गर्ने देखी सेल्फी डाडामा फोटो, भिडिओ खिच्नेहरुको भिड नै लाग्ने गरेकोले भिडभाड कम

गर्न भन्दै पुलिस नै आउने गर्न थल्यो । पुलिस आउँदा मानिशहरु आ-आफ्नो घर तिर गएजस्तो गर्ने अनि फेरी पुलिस फर्केपछी फेरी तेही जम्मा हुने गर्थे ।

यस्तैमा कोरोना माहामारीको दोस्रो लहर सगै दोस्रो लकडाउन सुरु भयो । सेल्फी डाडामा अहिले पनि मानिशहरुको उत्तिकै भिड लाग्ने गरेको छ । पहिले भन्दा अलि फरक अचेल सेल्फी डाडामा प्रेमी प्रेमिकाको जोडीहरु जम्मा हुने गरेका

छन । बाइक स्कुटरमा बासुकी मन्दिर सम्म आएर, सेल्फी डाडामा फोटो, भिडिओ खिच्ने, प्रेमिल गफमा रम्ने जोडीहरु लाई तर्साउने र सतर्क गराउन पुलिस दिनको ३,४ पटक आउने जाने गर्दछन ।

कोरोनाको तेस्रो लहर आउँदा पहिला जस्तो लकडाउन भएन । अफिस तथा सरकारी कार्यालय हरु पनि बन्द भएनन । कोरोना सगै मानिशहरु काम काजमा ब्यस्त हुन थालेका छन । केहि दिनला लागी गाडीमा जोर्-बिजोर प्रणाली लागु

गरिनुका साथै शैक्षिका संस्थाहरु बन्द हुँदा सेल्फी डाडामा स्कुले केटा केटिहरु जम्मा हुने फोटो खिच्ने, टिकटक भिडियो बनाउने गर्दछन ।

यतिबेला सेफी डाडामा जम्मा हुने मनिशहरमा निकै नै कमी आएको छ । अचेल सेल्फी डाडा गाजा, चुरोट खानेहरुको अखडा बनेको छ । मनिशहरको आउजाउ कम हुनुका साथै पुलिसहरु पनि आउन छाडेका छन ।साझ बिहान मात्र नभएर

काठमाण्डौ /नागार्जुन नगरपालिका वडा नम्बर ९ स्युचाटारमा अवस्थित सेल्फी डाडा सम्रक्षनको अभावमा बिजोग भएको छ । कोरोना माहामारीको पहिलो लकडाउनमा सामाजिक सन्जाल फेसबुक, टिक्टक, इन्टाग्राम लगायतमा एकाएक भाइरल भएर चर्चा परीचर्चा कमाएको सेल्फी डाडा अचेल भने गाजा, चुरोट खानेहरुको अखडामा परिणत भएको छ । बाइक स्कुटर लगायत सवारी साधन लिएर टाढा टाढा देखी मानिसहरु घुम्न आउने सेल्फी डाडामा जथाभाबी फोहोर फ्याकिदिदा नै बिग्रेको छ ।

बिहानै देखी सयौको सन्ख्यामा केटा केटी , युबा युबती तथा बृद्ध बृद्धाहरुको ठु लो भिड लाग्ने सेल्फी डाडा वरपर बर्खे घास र झार्पातले सो क्षेत्रको सुन्दरता नै घटाइदिएको छ ।

सेफी डाडा दैनिकजसो फोटो खिच्ने, टिक्टक भिडिओ बनाउने मान्छेहरु को भिड लाग्नु का साथै साज बिहान सेल्फी डाडा वरपर बसेर गफ्फिने मानिश्हरुको धेरै भिड लाग्ने गरेको स्थानिय ईश्वर कुमार बिडारीले जानकारी दिनुभयो । दुर्गा नगर समाजको भवन देखी बासुकी मन्धिर उक्लने १५० सिडीको बिच भागमा रहेको सेफी डाडा युबा बर्ग माझ बिशेष लोकप्रिय ठाउ रहेको पनि बिडारीले जनकारी गराउनु भयो ।

झार र घासपात उखेलेर सफा सुग्गर गरी सेल्फी डाडाको सम्रक्षण गरेमा फेरी सेल्फी डाडा घुम्न आउने पर्यटकहरु बढ्ने बिश्वास बिडारीले गर्नुभयो । बासुकी मार्ग टोल सुधार समिती र नागार्जुन नगरपालिका वडा नम्बर ९ मार्फत स्थानियको सहभागितामा सेफी डाडा सम्रक्षण अभियान चालाउने तयारी रहेको पनि बिडारीले जानकारी दिनुभयो ।

सुरज घिमिरे:-ललितपुरको दुर्गम छेत्रमा रहेको बागमती गाउपालिकामा धेरै लुट्तन्त्र , भ्रष्टाचार बढ्दो क्रम छ।यस्तै लुट्तन्त्र कै कारण हामी जस्ता सोझा साझाले तिरेको कर बाट मोज गर्दै हिडेका येस्ता नमुना नेता भनौदाले गर्दा नै बिकास सम्भव न भएको हो । सोझा साझा जनताको आखामा छारो हाल्दै आफ्नो मात्र कामलाई प्राथमिकता प्रवाह गर्ने यस्ता लाई कडा भन्दा कडा कार्बाही गर्न न सक्ने हो भने बाग्मती गाउपालिका बिकास तिर न भै अति दुर्गम तिर लम्कन्र सक्ने सम्भावना देखिएको छ। ललितपुरस्थित बाग्मती गाउपालिकाले बिकास को गति लिन न सकेको नै पालिकामा भएका अनपढ र बुद्धि न भएकालाई कुर्सी दिएर नै हो । जस्को फल अहिले पालिका का सोझा जनताले भोग्न परेको छ ।

एउटा कुरा के याद राख्नु भने नि यो चोटि कांग्रेसले बहुमत ल्यायो भने पनि त्यो कांग्रेसले गरेको कामले हैन एमाले र माओवादिले गरेको कुकर्मले हो। अर्को चुनाबमा फेरि कांग्रेसको कुकर्मले गर्दा एमालेले बहुमत ल्याउला। त्यतिन्जेलमा माओवादी सायद सक्किसक्छ।
