Rocket Lab's 13th launch was unlucky

There were seven satellites aboard the private rocket Electron, all of which were designed to survey the Earth's surface.

In New Zealand, an unsuccessful launch of an Electron rocket took place. The mission, according to the tradition of the private company Rocket Lab, bore the original name Pics Or It Didn't Happen ("either show the photo, or there was nothing") - due to the fact that there were satellites on board to monitor the Earth's surface; in other words, equipment for photography and video filming.

Shortly before the upper stage was disconnected from the second stage of the rocket and at about the moment of the "hot" switching of the batteries, a certain anomaly occurred. A few minutes later, the company reported that the mission had failed due to a problem "at the end of the second stage," that is, almost at the final stage. Due to the failure to enter the planned orbit, the second stage with the upper stage and satellites will soon burn up in the atmosphere when falling back to Earth. The company later added that the problem was observed already from the 4th minute of the flight.

On board were five latest generation SuperDove satellites (Flock 4e) from Planet, the operator of the world's largest Earth observation orbital constellation. The company's almost continuous stream of imagery helps scientists, students, businesses and governments identify patterns in various large-scale processes on the planet's surface, catch early signs of change and, as a result, make timely decisions. These five new devices were equipped with even better optics and software.

মাজহারুল ইসলাম রাজা জানান, আগে থেকেই আমার মাথায় ছিলো এই রমজানে গ্রামের অসহায় মানুষের জন্য কিছু করার কিন্তু যখন সারা বিশ্বে মহামারি করোনার ছোবলে আক্রান্ত তখন, আমি দেখি আমার গ্রামের গরিব অসহায় অনেক মানুষ অনাহারে জীবন জাপন করছে । তখন আমি আমার গ্রামের সকল চাকুরী জীবিকে সাহায্যের হাত বারিয়ে দিতে বলি এবং সবার সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করি । ব্রীজক্লাবের সবার সহযোগিতায় মাত্র এক সপ্তাহে আমি ৫০,০০০ হাজার টাকা উঠাতে সক্ষম হয় এবং প্রায় ১১০ টি পরিবারের অন্ততপক্ষে ১৫/২০ দিনের মতো খাবার পৌঁছে দিতে সক্ষম হয় ইনশাআল্লাহ্ এবং এখন থেকে প্রতিটা মানবিক কাজে বৃত্তিপাড়া ব্রীজক্লাবের পক্ষথেকে গরীব অসহায় মানুষের পাশে সদা সর্বদা আমরা আছি থাকবো আমরা সবাই অঙ্গীকার বদ্ধ ।

Держаудитори Харківщини дослідять бюджет Височанської громади

Вперше за воєнних часів Держаудитслужба проводить фінансовий аудит місцевого бюджету в Харківській області.

Північно-східний офіс Держаудитслужби повідомляє, що розпочато проведення державного фінансового аудиту бюджету Височанської територіальної громади Харківської області. Адже нещодавно у державі було скасовано тимчасову заборону на перевірки виконання місцевих бюджетів.

Планується дослідити період діяльності з липня 2020 по грудень 2022 року. Орієнтовний термін завершення аудиту – квітень 2023 року.

Під час проведення аудиту планується провести аналіз та перевірку обґрунтованості планування надходжень та витрат бюджету. Стану виконання бюджетних коштів, зокрема, шляхом проведення оцінки законності та ефективності управління бюджетними коштами, досягнення їх економії і цільового використання, правильності ведення бухгалтерського обліку, достовірності фінансової та бюджетної звітності.

Держаудиторами плануються охопити контролем 231 млн грн ризикових фінансових ресурсів та перевірити інформацію отриману від громадян за їхніми письмовими зверненнями.
