SOME WAYS TO FIND HOPE WHEN YOU'RE HOPELESS OR DEPRESSED
There are many ways to find hope and all of us have our own ways on how to find it. So these are the some ways or tips to find hope when you're really depressed or hopeless.
1. Find a clear path. Being able to see how the steps you are taking will lead to desired change is critical to having hope. If you don't logically see how what you are doing can have a positive result, then carrying out the plan will likely be difficult.
2. Consider all the amazing things you’ve done in your life. Regardless of what you’re facing, remember your earlier miracles and know you’re entirely capable of working through it. For humans, the seemingly impossible is, in fact, possible.
3. Look for role models who have found solutions or surround yourself with optimism. You’ve come across people who persistently see the bright side of things. They will always see the sunny side of every situation. There are many, many people who have overcome tremendous adversity. Reading their stories and surrounding yourself with supportive messages and people can help you build hope.
4. Spend time in nature. For many, nature’s bounty is awe-inspiring, from flowers and waterfalls to butterflies and spider webs. When you see what’s possible, you realize that you’re capable of remarkable things too.
5. Perform an act of kindness. Doing acts of kindness can have a dramatic effect on your mood and outlook. Kindness triggers the release of serotonin, so it has an anti-depressant effect. It also calms stress and helps reduce pain.
6. Turn to your faith. Your faith can be a strong ally in holding on to hope. Sometimes your faith offers the support of not being alone and trusting that a higher power is with you.
7. Be courageous. Cultivating hope requires courage to take that first step forward. Give yourself the chance to find your way through your challenges. Take that first step and then the next. You will soon be on the other side and ready to tackle your next challenge.

I am at home all the time. Since I have plenty of time now, I try to balance out working and free time on my own.
Being a school student sometimes it is very challenging, but the COVID-19 pandemic has made getting an education, and life in general, even more difficult for young people around the world.
With schools closed, lessons are being held remotely. All sports, school activities, and events have been cancelled. Friendships and relationships have been transported to live chats and video calls.
The effects of Covid-19 to education is that we are no longer able to socialize with people. Interacting with people is also one of the things that a student should experience. If there are no interactions with people to each other, then what kind of future will there be? Yes, we do have online education but online education is different from real and face-to-face classes. Some students might feel lonely while answering their modules and that is not a healthy way for children to learn.
I am 1rst year of college and have been studying online for almost 1 year from now. Online learning is not hard at all .I spend my free time searching for more information about my subjects, and learning how to construct a sentence and know the proper grammar to use. I am lucky to have a yard, we don’t have to stay inside the house all the time. But, we don’t visit others and no one comes to visit us. That is why I am a bit bored sometimes. Also, I miss my classmates. I do talk to them on the phone, but meeting them and playing is a totally different thing. My mother and father are saying that the pandemic will go away soon and we will be able to live our lives like before.
Interaction with my teachers and classmates in school is what I miss the most from before. When I went to school, I had more homework, but the lessons were way more engaging and interesting, I could concentrate better. Online schooling is something very new. At times, I struggle with online group studying because I don’t understand sometimes what the teacher is saying because of the Internet connection and other technical problems. But it’s interesting too. I learned how to do homework electronically and search for information on the Internet. Before, I thought that the Internet was only for playing and entertainment.
I think one can receive a good education through distance learning, if willing. But real school was more interesting, because discussions with friends helped me to better understand the content.
Although, I have found one upside . During this quarantine I am practicing my talents to improve my arts and dancing skills. I have also improved step by step my English language speaking skills.
I want to go back to school soon, and before that happens, I want to be able to communicate on the Internet without interruptions.

Daniel: isaac was my first bestfriend and we met in caguas puerto rico of course, I was 5 and he was 6 that time, so since my fav hobby is singing and also Isaac was singing, so we’ve decided to make kid band called MDO Kids.

Sally:Yes i really like The Menudo I’m bigfan of Charlie And Also Robby, So there’s one more question since Carlos was leave MDO so early so what’s the reason why he left the group so early like that?
Daniel:Well, When MDO tour in Caguas Puerto Rico for the NightParty(Noche De Gala 2015) Carlos told me he’s about to leave the group after his last performance and the reason why is he wants to focus on his study.
