It has always been a though battle for me. I don't know why but whenever I am trying to enjoy life, people around me will drag me down. I feel like I am just a dust floating as the wind dances roughly. I never tried having the rest my soul really wanted. It is very tiring, a pitiful kind of life. But you know what makes me calm? The nature. The calming air that seems to be convincing you to close your eyes, the silent surroundings, the view alone, is something that is undeniably exceptional. I remember going to this place before, I am really tired that time. I am drained and all I wanted is to disappear. But seeing this, makes me realize something. That there is still a place where I can hide from all the cruelty my heart feels. There is still a place who waits for me, a place which I can call as my rest.

Many of us asking theirselves or their friends if they're qualify to make a Vlog, or to use a camera. Not all communication student can't use a camera, not all can make a vlog or blog. And not all can write a film script. As an Online English teacher who is teaching some Chinese students, a writer, and a student. I am always worried about my contents, becuaee sometime it may affect on my social media accounts, and also on my strategy as an influencer.
But sometimes, I need to think the best way for my content and the best material that I can use. There were times I need to sit on my chair just to think the impact of my content once I upload it on social media. Because people nowadays, can access different social media platforms, even kids can. So before I make and upload my content or video, I am listing down what are the positive or negatives of my content that can affect to viewers specially to students.
But if were going to focus on the positive impact, is this content can help some communication student? Or can guide some other students?
I research the platforms of the social media that student usually use even when they're eating some macaroons. Haha.

INTERESTING FACTS FOR 90's KIDS INTERMS IN COMMUNICATING TO DIFFERENT PEOPLE
Not all teenagers last 2000, has a smartphone, laptop or Ipad. We are using a keypad phone to communicate and to make friends.
We have different clans, with different members. They call us jejemons, but for us this is the way on how "a victim of bullying" can be friends to someone we didn't meet yet. Then when it comes to Sunday. This is the time our EB DAY or Eyeball Day. In this day, you will meet your textmate that turns to be your friends.
There were times that we need to think on how we can communicate to other people . But there were also time that we think that we didn't need any friends.
As a communication student, all you need in your life is a material that you can use to communicate to other people. Me as a photographer, I use my camera to communicate to my artist. The artist is not only one, not two, but the whole studenys in your university.
Some students use their smartphones for taking some selfies even if its inside the classroom. Do you think it is much better that they can access some social media platforms during class or inside the classroom?
There were a lot of students didn't focus on the class but on their mobile phones? Reason? Boring.
But still, there were some student who is prefer listening to their prof, to learn a new and old strategy.
Impact of These Tools on Oral and Written Communication
Let's check this question that I found in Google, do these digital tools impact students’ oral and written communication in the classroom?
Teachers are now focused on printed essay not on written essay. Why? Because they can uderstand the essay perfectly and they didn't guess the words, because sometimes of the students handwriting.
However, when teachers and students were asked if they would consider blogging, posting and texting to be writing both parties did not think so. Writing to teachers and students was confined in the parameters of classroom assignments. (AP & NWP).
We need to help students see that their blogging, texting, tweeting on social media is real writing. Their writing is real writing because their writing is their voice. Student voice needs to be nurtured and appreciated in the classroom, regardless the outlet they use to communicate it. When teachers show the importance of formal communication to be practiced on social media platforms, students are more inclined to practice good digital citizenship.
Students will believe in themselves if we believe in them. We can believe that they produce great thoughts and ideas. We can also believe that social media's powerful element of connectedness can help to pass on students' thoughts to drive impactful change in this world.
People's deep emotions are part of the music they create
The Ben & Ben single is from the twin brothers Miguel and Paolo Guicos take on the theme of one- sided love."Kaya pasensya ka na, sa mga kathang isip kong ito wari dala lang ng pagmamahal sa iyo"
The lyrics are so relatable to us because one of us experiencing the same emotion/ situation. Have you ever experienced giving love to love but you received nothing in return? It is easy to say about moving on, but honestly it is hard to do. How can you easily forget the long memories you've shared together? How can you move on when in everything you do reminds you of him/her? How can you win the relationship if you fight alone? How can you change your comfort zone into a stranger?
This song generally, told about unrequited love and illusions we always think about love .
However, we believe that "we cannot love anyone if we lost to loved ourselves".
That's why self-love is important for us because love will return on the right time.
A business entrepreneur is someone who creates and runs a company while taking on the risks that come with it (for example, using one's own assets as security in exchange for start-up financing from a bank). Over the last thirty years, entrepreneurship has been closely linked to the computer industry, particularly the development of early generation desktop computers. Andy Kay's Non-Linear Systems company introduced the Kaypro desktop computer, Adam Osborne's self-named desktop was the first home desktop on the market, and Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak, who developed the Apple computer, revolutionized the data processing and information industries on a much larger scale.
While the titans of the desktop computer industry have been the most well-known to wear the title of "entrepreneur," the term may be used to a wide range of businesses. Henry Ford, one of the most influential entrepreneurs in American history, changed the transportation sector and American society by developing the technology to mass-produce cars at a reasonable cost of economic level.
While one might argue about Ford's treatment of his workers in the early years of the company, and one may argue about Ford's sympathies with Nazi Germany's growth (he was a supporter of Adolf Hitler's race theories and broader societal programs), there is no doubt that Ford was a brilliant businessman.
Entrepreneurship can be found in almost every sector of the economy. It's tough to pinpoint one particular sphere of effort where it is most dominant. However, there is a case to be made for the information technology sector.
How do you run a firm efficiently?
1. Communication that works
Any firm relies heavily on communication. To achieve the greatest outcomes, it is critical to ensure that the message sent to the last person is identical to the one sent by the sender and has not been tampered with. Direct communication is the most successful method of conveying information because it makes the message clear and instills a sense of trust and accountability.
It's a two-way street when it comes to communication. Everyone should be on the same page while discussing the plan and distributing responsibilities, which implies that everyone should have the same perception of the plan and its implementation, and nothing should be changed.
2.Brainstorming at the Right Time
Brainstorming is a technique for gathering ideas from all of a company's personnel. In the case of hierarchy, it's done in tiny teams at different levels, and then suggestions are reviewed with top management. In small organizations, the owner can convene a meeting with all of the company's employees to solicit input on a certain situation.
The nicest aspect of brainstorming is that you have the freedom to say whatever you want without fear of being criticized or questioned, as long as your idea is logical. This encourages all employees, whether seasoned or new, to come up with new original ideas, instilling a sense of confidence and belonging in each of them, motivating them to strive for the best.
3. A Changing Environment
Any business that is static or closed to the world's changing environment cannot expect to grow or maintain the same market position it had when it first started since adapting to the latest trends keeps you going since you can meet the demands of your clients or end-consumers.
4. Responsibilities and Authority
Only when there is a proper delegation of authority and duty can a business be successful. As they go hand in hand, there must be a balance or equilibrium between "Authority" and "Responsibility." If the authorized person does not assign responsibilities in a productive manner, a loophole in the overall functioning system can be created.
5. Planning that works
Planning is a futuristic and goal-oriented creative form. It is critical for a businessman to have at least two to three best plans (Plan A/B/C) so that if one plan fails or if a businessman needs to change a course of action in the middle, he has a backup plan ready to produce the best possible results.
6. Collaboration
A team is a group of people with varying backgrounds, levels of expertise, knowledge, and thought processes. One plus one equals eleven; so, a productive and constructive team can be formed. The consequence of employees' and managers' actions determines the effectiveness of a company. It will undoubtedly assist if they display effectiveness at work.
7. The Four M's of Business
Men, Materials, Money, and Machinery are the four Ms of business. These are the most critical resources that any company should have and make the most of. Employees-laborers, stakeholders, retailers-wholesalers, CUSTOMERS, and everyone else connected directly or indirectly contribute human resources both inside and outside the firm.
7 Ways to Ensure Your Company's Success
So we're told that the worst of the Great Recession is past, yet I'm discovering that sales have only slightly increased for some small-business owners, while revenue remains severely low for many. While some customers are easing their purse strings, it is apparent that their buying habits have shifted.
There have been significant economic shifts, and business will never be the same again.
Here are seven pointers to help you make your business a success:
1. Create a written strategy. It's just a dream if you don't have a plan. It doesn't have to be a book, but a few pages defining precise objectives, tactics, funding, a sales and marketing plan, and a calculation of how much money you'll need to get things done are all necessary. A important first step is to write everything down.
2. Don't get married to your strategy. Even the best-laid plans must occasionally be thrown in the fire when the bullets start flying, as every great military commander in history has known. Adapt, confront, and win.
3. Keep your ego in check and pay attention to what others have to say. Advisors are important because you need somebody to bounce ideas off of, inspect what you're doing, and push you to greater achievements while also holding you accountable for what you've agreed to do. Always keep your word and keep your promises, even if they are tough or tough to keep. It's not about you; it's about the company.
4. Keep track of everything and make decisions based on data. Create documented systems for everything because they will come in handy later. This is how you train and maintain uniformity among your personnel. Know your numbers, review them everyday, and base all of your decisions on what they say. Cash flow pro forma is one of the most critical calculations. Determine how much money you'll need.
5. Delegate authority to employees rather than micromanaging them. The duty of a manager is to delegate and then monitor progress. As a result, avoid being a control freak. Maintain a flat business organization. You will get more and more than you expect if you delegate successfully. Have a formal written training and orientation plan in place so that your staff are aware of their responsibilities.
6. Make use of the internet It's highly powerful and cost-effective, but it takes time and talent to master. It's all about forming a community and building relationships with your target market through social media platforms like Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, and blogging. Because your competitors are, you need to get on the train and do it.
7. Re-invent your company. You should concentrate on net profit rather than overall revenue. Distinguish yourself from your past by developing a new competitive edge, whether it's a specialized specialty or a high-value service, but not by cutting costs.
Above all, have a good time. Make it work if you want to be an entrepreneur. It is possible. In this shrunk economy, you can survive, emerge, and flourish.
Adults: 10 Healthy Lifestyle Tips
1. Consume a wide range of foods.
We require more than 40 distinct nutrients for healthy health, and no single diet can provide them all. It's not about a single meal; it's about making a well-balanced diet selection over time that will make a difference!
After a high-fat lunch, a low-fat dinner could be served.
Perhaps fish should be the next day's meal after a hefty beef portion at dinner?
2. 2. Include a lot of carbohydrate-rich foods in your diet.
Carbohydrate-rich foods, such as cereals, rice, pasta, potatoes, and bread, should account for about half of the calories in our diet. At least one of these should be served at each meal. Fibre intake will be increased by eating wholegrain meals such as wholegrain bread, pasta, and cereals.
3. Saturated fat should be replaced by unsaturated fat.
Fats are necessary for good health and proper physiological function. Too much of it, on the other hand, can have a bad impact on our weight and cardiovascular health. Varied types of fats have different health consequences, and some of these suggestions may help us maintain the proper balance:
Total and saturated fats (typically found in animal-based foods) should be limited, and trans fats should be avoided entirely; reading labels can assist identify the sources.
Fish 2-3 times a week, including at least one dish of fatty fish, can help us get the correct amount of unsaturated fats in our diet.
4. Consume a variety of fruits and vegetables.
Fruits and vegetables are among the most important foods for supplying us with enough amounts of vitamins, minerals, and fiber. At least 5 servings per day should be our goal. For example, a glass of fresh fruit juice for breakfast, an apple and a piece of watermelon as snacks, and a variety of veggies at each meal.
5. Consume less salt and sugar
High salt consumption can raise blood pressure and raise the risk of cardiovascular disease. Salt can be reduced in the diet in a variety of ways:
We could choose products with lesser salt content when shopping.
Spices can be used in place of salt in cooking to increase the range of flavors and tastes.
Sugar provides sweetness and an attractive taste, but sugary foods and drinks are rich in energy, and are best enjoyed in moderation, as an occasional treat. We could use fruits instead, even to sweeten our foods and drinks.
6. Eat on a regular basis and keep portion sizes in check.
The greatest formula for a healthy diet is to eat a variety of meals on a regular basis and in the proper amounts.
Skipping meals, particularly breakfast, can lead to uncontrollable hunger and uncontrolled overeating. Snacking in between meals can help with hunger control, but it should not be used to replace full meals.
Paying attention to portion size will help us avoid consuming too many calories while also allowing us to eat all of the foods we enjoy without having to give up any.
It's easy to avoid overeating if you cook the correct amount.
100 g of meat, one medium piece of fruit, and half a cup of raw pasta are all suitable serving amounts.
Using smaller dishes makes it easier to serve lesser portions.
7. Drink a lot of water.
Adults must consume at least 1.5 litres of water every day! Or even more if it's extremely hot outside or they're actively active. Water is, of course, the best source; we can use tap or mineral water, sparkling or non-sparkling, plain or flavorful. Fruit juices, tea, soft drinks, milk, and other beverages are all OK - on occasion.
8. Maintain a healthy body mass index (BMI).
Gender, height, age, and genetics all play a role in determining our ideal weight. Obesity and overweight people are at a higher risk for a variety of ailments, including diabetes, heart disease, and cancer.
Excess body fat is the result of eating more than we require. Extra calories can be obtained from any caloric food, including protein, fat, carbohydrate, and alcohol, although fat is the most concentrated source of energy. Physical activity allows us to expend energy while also making us feel good. The message is straightforward: if we are gaining weight, we must eat less and exercise more!
9. Get moving and make it a habit!
Physical activity is beneficial to people of all sizes and health issues. It aids in the burning of excess calories, is beneficial to the heart and circulatory system, preserves or grows muscular mass, aids in concentration, and enhances general health and well-being. We don't have to be Olympic athletes to begin moving! Weekly time commitment: 150 minutes
10. Get started right away! And the changes will continue to be incremental.
Major lifestyle changes introduced all at once are more difficult to maintain than gradual improvements. For three days, we could keep track of everything we ate and drank during the day, as well as how much exercise we got in.
Women's lives today are hectic and stressful. You may be pushed in many directions and endure stress as a result of job, family, and other responsibilities, leaving little time for yourself. Learning to balance your life with some time for yourself can pay you handsomely in the form of a positive attitude and improved health.
Steps you can take:
Keep in touch with family and friends as much as possible.
Participate in your community.
Maintain a cheerful attitude and engage in activities that bring you joy.
Keep your interest piqued. Learning is helpful to one's health throughout one's life.
Healthy intimacy can take many different forms, but it must always be free of coercion.
Recognize and deal with stress in your life.
Regular exercise, healthy eating habits, and relaxation methods such as deep breathing or meditation are all good ways to deal with stress. Talking to trusted family and friends can be really beneficial. In times of stress, some women feel that participating with their religion group is beneficial.
Get enough rest and sleep. Adults require approximately eight hours of sleep per night.
If you've been depressed for more than a few days, go to your doctor; depression is a treatable disorder. Feeling empty and melancholy, crying a lot, losing interest in life, and contemplating death or suicide are all symptoms of depression. Get help immediately now if you or someone you know is thinking about suicide. Call 911, a local crisis center, or the suicide prevention hotline at (800) SUICIDE.
Steps to take include:
Most days of the week, be physically active for 30 minutes. If you're short on time, break it up into three 10-minute sessions. Walking, sports, dancing, yoga, running, and other activities that you like are all examples of healthy mobility.
Consume a low-fat, well-balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. Choose a low-saturated-fat, low-cholesterol diet with a moderate amount of sugar, salt, and total fat.
Wear seatbelts and bike helmets, install smoke and carbon monoxide detectors in your home, and use street smarts when walking alone to avoid injury.
Don't smoke, or if you do, quit. Inquire with your health-care provider for assistance. Smoking cessation and relapse prevention seminars, as well as doctor consultations, are available at UCSF's Tobacco Education Center.
If you drink alcohol, do it in moderation. If you're pregnant, don't drink before or while driving.
If you suspect you could be addicted to drugs or alcohol, seek help from someone you trust.
Use condoms every time you have sexual contact to help prevent sexually transmitted infections (STIs) and HIV/AIDS. Because condoms aren't 100 percent effective, talk to your doctor about STI testing. Other forms of birth control, such as tablets and implants, will not protect you from STIs or HIV.
Brush your teeth with a soft or medium bristles toothbrush after each meal. Brushing your teeth after drinking and before going to bed is also a good idea. Use dental floss on a regular basis.
Avoid the sun between the hours of 10 a.m. and 3 p.m., when the sun's harmful rays are at their peak. When it's foggy or you're in the water, you're not shielded because damaging rays flow through both.
Below is the list of the pros and cons of modular home base classes
Lets begin with the good ones:
1. Safe
The modular and online classes are certainly the safest alternative way of learning nowadays. We cannot afford to lose more lives by ignoring the threat of the virus. It is indeed a great move by the government suspending the in class learning system
2.Free Time
Obviously being at home for most of the time gives you so musch idle hours and it is for you to choose how you would use them. Are you sure you need to pay mobile legens instead of reading books and answering modules.
3 Flexibility
As much as you have lots of free time you can answer your module anytime of the day at your disposal as long as its submission meets the deadline.
4. Saving more
Staying at home saves you money. You're bnot spending a fare going to school anymore (But of course , I wish this is just temporary). You also save detergent and ironing for your school uniforms. At this time, there is no point bof buying new clothes band stuffs for you to show off , save more!
5.More time for Family Bond
This pandemic is also a blessing bin disguise. We don't realize that spending time with family is the most precious thing to do . Let us not take this for granted.
Now let's talk about the Cons:
An average student Does not really doing homeworks so it wouldbl be a burden to many
2. More stressful
It is really a counter intuitive that are easier but the reality is opposite . It requires you to be an active learner to deal with those modules. Sadly you have to learn things in your own now. Of course, there are no seatmates to copy the answers from.HAHA.(oky you can Dm each other but don't be such a loser).
3.Missing the classroom
Of course, we miss attending school. We miss our friends and beautiful teachers.
4.Easier to procastinate
Last but not the least, this modular classes if uncontrolled will make us more procrastinator. In fact we are biological creatures who would trend to procastinate if we are in our comfort zone . We have to bare in mind that we have to sacrifice and take our studies seriously.
