اس کے بعد کٹے ہوئے کیلے ایک برتن میں ڈال دیں۔ اور ان کے اوپر دارچینی چھڑک دیں۔ ایک کپ پانی ڈال کر اس کو چولہے پر ہلکی آنچ پر پکنے کے لیے چھوڑ دیں یہاں تک کہ چھلکے کیلے سے جدا ہوجائيں۔

اس کے بعد ایک چھاننی میں اس کو اچھی طرح سے چھان لیں اور سونے سے بیس منٹ قبل اس کو پی لیں-

آنکھوں کو نم کر دینے والی میاں بیوی کی محبت میں ایک لازوال داستان:

۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔

ابو العاص بعثت سے پہلے ایک دن رسول اللہ ﷺ کےپاس آئے اور کہا: میں اپنے لیےآپ کی بڑی بیٹی زینب کا ہاتھ مانگنے آیا ہوں۔


رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا: میں ان کی اجازت کے بغیر کچھ نہیں کہہ سکتا، گھر جا کر رسول اللہ ﷺ نے زینب سے کہا: تیرے خالہ کے بیٹے نے تیرا نام لیا ہے کیا تم اس پر راضی ہو؟

زینب کا چہرہ سرخ ہوا اور مسکرائی، رسول اللہ ﷺ اٹھ کر باہر تشریف لے گئے اور ابو العاص بن الربیع کا رشتہ زینب کے لیے قبول کیا، یہاں سے محبت کی ایک داستان شروع ہوتی ہے، ابو العاص سے زینب کا بیٹا "علی" اور بیٹی"امامۃ" پیدا ہوئے۔


پھر اس محبت کی آزمائش شروع ہوجاتی ہے کیونکہ نبی ﷺ پر وحی نازل ہوئی اور آپ اللہ کے رسول بن گئے، ابو العاص کہیں سفر میں تھے جب واپس آئے تو بیوی اسلام قبول کر چکی تھی، جب گھر میں داخل ہوئے بیوی نے کہا:

میرے پاس تمہارے لیے ایک عظیم خبر ہے، میرے ابو نبی بنائے گئے ہیں اور میں اسلام قبول کر چکی ہوں۔

زینب بنت رسول اللہ ﷺ کے اسلام کی خبر سن کر ابوالعاص اٹھ کر باہر نکل جاتے ہیں، زینب خوفزدہ ہو کر ان کے پیچھے پیچھے باہر نکلتی ہے۔۔۔۔ اور اپنے شوہر کو اسلام کی دعوت دیتی ہے۔۔۔۔ جس کو ابوالعاص ٹھکرا دیتے ہیں ۔۔۔


اب دونوں کے درمیان ایک بڑا مسئلہ پیدا ہوا جوکہ عقیدے کا مسئلہ تھا۔

زینب رضی اللہ عنہا کہنے لگیں، میں اپنے ابو کو جھٹلا نہیں سکتی اور نہ ہی میرے ابو کبھی جھوٹے تھے وہ تو صادق اور امین ہیں، میں اکیلی نہیں ہوں میری ماں اور بہنیں بھی اسلام قبول کر چکی ہیں، میرے چاچا زاد بھائی (علی بن ابی طالب) بھی اسلام قبول کر چکے ہیں، تیرا چاچا زاد (عثمان بن عفان) بھی مسلمان ہو چکے ہیں، تیرے دوست ابو بکر بھی اسلام قبول کر چکے ہیں۔


ابو العاص کہنے لگے، مگر میں نہیں چاہتا کہ لوگ یہ کہیں کہ اپنی قوم کو چھوڑ دیا، اپنے آباء و اجداد کو جھٹلایا، تیرے ابو کو ملامت نہیں کرتا ہوں۔


بہرحال ابو العاص نے اسلام قبول نہیں کیا یہاں تک کہ ہجرت کا زمانہ آگیا اور زینب رسول اللہ ﷺ کے پاس آئی اور کہا: اے اللہ کے رسول کیا آپ مجھے اپنے شوہر اور بچوں کے ساتھ رہنے کی اجازت دیں گے؟

رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا: اپنے شوہر اور بچوں کے پاس ہی رہو۔


وقت گزرتا گیا اور دونوں اپنے بچوں کے ساتھ مکہ میں ہی رہے یہاں تک کہ غزوہ بدر کا واقعہ پیش آیا اور ابو العاص قریش کی فوج کے ساتھ اپنے سسر کے خلاف لڑنے کے لیے روانہ ہوا۔


زینب خوفزدہ تھی کہ اس کا شوہر اس کے ابا کے خلاف جنگ لڑے گا اس لیے روتی ہوئی کہتی تھی: اے اللہ میں ایسے دن سے ڈرتی ہوں کہ میرے بچے یتیم ہوں یا اپنے ابو کو کھو دوں۔


ابو العاص بن الربیع رسول اللہ ﷺ کے خلاف بدر میں لڑے، جنگ ختم ہوئی تو داماد سسر کی قید میں تھا، خبر مکہ پہنچ گئی کہ ابو العاص جنگی قیدی بنائے گئے، زینب پوچھتی رہی کہ میرے والد کا کیا بنا؟ لوگوں نے بتایا کہ مسلمان تو جنگ جیت گئے اس پر زینب نے سجدہ شکر ادا کیا۔


پھر پوچھا: میرے شوہر کو کیا ہوا؟ لوگوں نے کہا: اس کو اس کے سسر نے جنگی قیدی بنا لیا ہے۔

زینب نے کہا: میں اپنے شوہر کا فدیہ (دیت) بھیج دوں گی۔

شوہر کا فدیہ دینے کے لیے زینب کے پاس کوئی قیمتی چیز نہ تھی اس لیے اپنی والدہ ام المومنین خدیجہ رضي الله عنها کا ہار اپنے گلے سے اتار دیا اور ابوالعاص بن الربیع کے بھائی کو دے کر اپنے والد ﷺ کی خدمت میں روانہ کیا۔


رسول اللہ ﷺ ایک ایک قیدی کا فدیہ وصول کر کے ان کو آزاد کر رہے تھے اچانک اپنی زوجہ خدیجہ کے ہار پر نظر پڑی تو پوچھا: یہ کس کا فدیہ ہے؟

لوگوں نے کہا: یہ ابوالعاص بن الربیع کا فدیہ ہے، یہ سن کر رسول اللہ ﷺ روپڑے اور فرمایا: یہ تو خدیجہ کا ہار ہے، پھر کھڑے ہوگئے اور فرمایا: اے لوگو یہ شخص برا داماد نہیں کیا میں اس کو رہا کر دوں؟ اگر تم اجازت دیتے ہو تو میں اس کا ہار بھی اس کو واپس کردوں؟


لوگوں نے کہا: کیوں نہیں اے اللہ کے رسول!

رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ہار ابو لعاص کو تمھا دیا اور فرمایا: زینب سے کہو کہ خدیجہ کے ہار کا خیال رکھے۔

پھر فرمایا: اے ابو العاص کیا میں تم سے تنہائی میں کوئی بات کر سکتا ہوں؟

ان کو ایک طرف لے جا کر فرمایا: اے ابوالعاص اللہ نے مجھے کافر شوہر اور مسلمان بیوی کے درمیان جدائی کرنے کا حکم دیا ہے اس لیے میری بیٹی کو میرے حوالے کرو گے؟

ابو العاص نے کہا: جی ہاں۔

دوسر طرف زینب شوہر کے استقبال کے لیے گھر سے نکل کر مکہ کے داخلی راستے پر ان کی راہ دیکھ رہی تھی، جب ابو العاص کی نظر اپنی بیوی پر پڑی فورا کہا: آپ جا رہی ہو۔

زینب نے کہا: کہاں ؟

ابو العاص: آپ اپنے باپ کے پاس جانے والی ہو ۔

زینب: کیوں؟

ابو العاص: میری اور تمہاری جدائی کے لیے، جاو اپنے باپ کے پاس چلی جاو۔

زینب: کیا تم میرے ساتھ جاو گے اور اسلام قبول کرو گے؟

ابو العاص: نہیں۔

زینب اپنے بیٹے اور بیٹی کو لے کر مدینہاچھا داماد ہونے کی گواہی دے، جیسے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے سیدنا ابوالعاص رضی اللہ عنہ کی لوگوں کے سامنے گواہی دی۔۔۔

اللہ آپ کے محبت کے سائے کو بیوی بچوں کے لیے لمبا اور سلامت رکھے، آمین یا رب العالمین

جاگوار: Jaguar

اگر بادشاہت کا مطلب جبڑے کی طاقت ہے تو Jaguar جنگل کا اصلی بادشاہ ہے۔ یہ براعظم جنوبی امریکہ اورشمالی امریکہ کے چند ممالک میں پایا جاتا ہے۔ جنگلی بلیوں کے خاندان کو سائینسی زبان میں Filadae کہتے ہیں اور اسی خاندان میں جاگوار بھی شامل ہے۔ خوش قسمتی سے Filadae خاندان کی دو بلیاں تیندوا اور برفانی تیندوا پاکستان میں بھی موجود ہیں۔ خیر جاگوار صرف براعظم شمالی و جنوبی امریکہ کا رہائیشی ہے۔

رہائش:

یہ جنوبی امریکہ کے شمال کی طرف واقع ممالک مثلاً برازیل، ارجنٹائن ، پیراگوئے سے لے کر میکسیکو اور ملک امریکہ کے جنوبی چند مخصوص علاقوں میں پائے جاتے ہیں۔ ان کی رہائیش خاص قسم کے پانی والے جنگلات ہیں۔ چونکہ براعظم جنوبی امریکہ ایک ٹراپیکل خطہ ہے جہاں سارا سال ڈھیر بارش موسم گرم مرطوب ہوتا ہے اس لئیے وہاں دریا بھی بہت سارے موجود ہیں اور زیادہ تر یہ دریا امازون دریا میں جا لگتے ہیں۔ امازون اس براعظم کا سب سے بڑا دریا ہے اور کافی زیادہ پانی ہونے کی وجہ سے اسکے اردگرد کافی گیلے گھنے جنگلات (Swamps) ہیں۔ اب اس پانی اور جنگلات میں مختلف قسم کے جانور ہیں جو پانی اور جنگل دونوں کو زندہ رکھے ہیں ۔ان میں بندر بھی ہیں، مگرمچھ بھی ہیں اوٹرز بھی ہیں، Ant aeaters بھی ہیں اور دنیا کا سب سے بڑا چوہا Capybara بھی یہیں انہی پانیوں میں موجود ہے۔ دنیا کے سب سے بڑے چوہے کے لئیے سب سے بڑی طاقت والی ہی بلی چاہئیے تھی اور وہ بلی ہے جاگوار۔

جسمانی ساخت:

جاگوار اور تیندوے کی جسامت انتہائی ملتی جلتی ہے اور لوگ اکثر دونوں میں فرق نہیں کر پاتے۔ لیکن دونوں میں انتہا کا فرق ہے۔

۰ تیندوے کے جسم کے پھول(Rosettes) چھوٹے ہوتے ہیں اور ان میں نقطے نہیں ہوتے جبکہ جاگوار کے جسم کے پھول میں ایک یا زیادہ نقطے ہوتے ہیں اور سائز بھی بڑا ہوتا ہے۔

۰ تیندوے کا وزن جاگوار کی نسبت تقریباً 30% کم ہوتا ہے۔

۰ جاگوار زیادہ تر پانیوں میں شکار پکڑتا ہے جبکہ تیندوا زیادہ تر اپنا شکار لے کر درختوں پر رہتا ہے۔

۰ ان دونوں کا کبھی بھی آمنا سامنا نہیں ہوسکتا کیونکہ تیندوا افریقہ اور ایشیا کے ممالک میں ملتا ہے جبکہ جاگوار شمالی و جنوبی امریکہ میں۔

۰ دونوں کے جبڑے کی طاقت میں بھی بلا کا فرق ہے۔ جاگوار کی طاقت تیندوے سے تقریباً تین گنا زیادہ ہوتی ہے۔ پھر بھئ آسان طریقے سے فرق سمجھنا ہو تو ایک بازو تیندوے کے پنجرے میں اور ایک جاگوار کے پنجرے میں ڈال دیں۔ اگر صرف کھال اتری تو تیندوا ہے اور اگر ہڈی بھی پس گئی تو جاگوار ہے😄.

جاگوار کے جسم کے پھول اور چہرے پہ سیاہ بے شمار دھبے دراصل اسے گھنے درختوں اور جھاڑیوں میں چھپنے (Camoufloge) میں مدد کرتے ہیں۔ حیرت کی بات کہ کالا جاگوار بھی ہوتا ہے اور اس کا بھی کالے تیندوے والا ہی مسئلہ یعنی جلد کی بیماری ہے۔ اس بیماری میں جب جاگوار کا جسم پیلا رنگ (pigment) زیادہ نہیں بنا پاتا اور کالا رنگ پھیل جاتا ہے جس سے کالا جاگوار فطرت میں آتا ہے۔ لیکن ایسا جاگوار بہت کم دیکھنے کو ملتا ہے۔

شکار:

جاگوار انتہائی زبردست شکاری ہے۔ یہ جنگلی بڑی بلیوں میں سب سے زیادہ پانی میں گھسنے والا اور شکار پکڑنے والا جانور ہے اور جب بھی پانی میں جائے گا، مچھلی، Capybara چوہا یا Caiman مگرمچھ پکڑ کر لائے گا۔ آپ نے ایک ویڈیو بھی دیکھی ہوگی جس میں جاگوار مگرمچھ کو سر سے پکڑ کر باہر لے کر آرہا ہے۔ اس کے جبڑے میں 1500psi کی طاقت ہے جو شیر چیتے ٹائیگر سب سے زیادہ ہے۔ psi کا مطلب ہے پائونڈ پر سکوئیر، مطلب جاگوار کے منہ میں جب کسی شے کی گردن آجاتی ہے تو یہ ایسے ہی ہے جیسے کسی نے اسے اوپر نیچے سے 750 کلو وزن رکھ دیا ہو۔ یہ کوئی اتفاقیہ بات نہیں جناب بلکہ جاگوار جس ماحول میں رہتا ہے اسکے منہ میں ایسا ہی پریشر ہونا چاہئیے تھا۔ یہ مگرمچھ کا شکار کرتا ہے اور کھچوے کا خول بھی دانتوں سے توڑ کر اسے کھاتا ہے اس طرح یہ ان جانوروں کی آبادی کو کنٹرول میں رکھ کر باقی جانوروں کو بھی زندگی فراہم کرتا ہے۔ یہ تیندوے کی طرح درخت پہ تیزی سے چڑھ کر چھلانگیں نہیں لگا سکتا لیکن درختوں پر ضرور چڑھ سکتا ہے اور وہاں سے اکثر دوسرے جانوروں پر چھلانگ لگا کر پکڑ لیتا ہے۔اس کے بارے می مشہور ہے کہ یہ نوجوان گائے کو پانی میں گردن سے پکڑ کر کھینچ کر لے کر جاسکتا ہے۔ برازیل جو دنیا کو سب سے زیادہ گوشت سپلائی کرنے والے ملکوں میں سے ہے۔ اکثر گائے بھینسیں جاگوار کے ہتھے چڑھ جاتی ہیں۔ جاگوار بندروں، پرندوں , اژدہے ، سانپوں کو بھی پکڑ لیتا ہے۔ کیڑے کھانے والی بلا( Ant Eater) کا بھی شکار کر لیتا ہے لیکن وہ اکثر جاگوار کو بھگا دیتا ہے۔ اس سے نہیں قابو آتا تو اوٹر, جو گروہ میں رہتے ہیں اور مل کر اسے بھگا ڈالتے ہیں۔

یہ زیادہ تر رات کا شکاری (nocturnal animal) ہے لیکن بھوک لگے تو کون دن یا رات دیکھے ، دن میں بھی ناشتہ کرلیتا ہے۔

افزائش نسل:

جیسا کہ جنگلی بلیوں کے بارے میں مشہور ہے یہ ایک دن میں کئی سو بار ملاپ کرتے ہیں تاکہ انڈوں کی اچھی فرٹیلائیزیشن ہوسکے۔ جاگوار کے معاملے میں بھی ایسا ہی ہے۔ جاگوار اکیلا رہنے والا جانور ہے ایسے جانوروں کو Solitary جانور کہتے ہیں۔ مادہ سے ملاپ کے بعد یہ اپنا رستہ ناپتا ہے اور مادہ اکیلے ہی بچوں کو پروان چڑھاتی ہے۔ انکے ملاپ کا کوئی خاص موسم نہیں ہوتا جب مادہ تیار ہو تو اپنا جسم مختلف جگئوں پر رگڑ کر یا پیشاب لگا کر نر کو اپنی طرف مائل کرتی ہے۔ جاگوار ایک انتہائی پراسرار قسم کا خاموش سا جانور ہے جسے جنگل میں ڈھونڈنا بھی مشکل ہے۔اس لئیے اس پہ بہت زیادہ تحقیق نہیں ہوسکی۔

جاگوار کالفظ بھی جنوبی امریکہ کی پرانی قبائیلی زبانوں سے نکلا ہے جس کا مطلب ہے خونخوار درندہ۔

جاگوار کا دوسری جنگلی بلیوں سے مقابلہ:

جاگوار چیتے کو سیکنڈوں میں ختم کردے گا، تیندوے کو منٹوں میں، جبکہ شیرنی کو مار سکتا ہے شیر کی گردن پر بال اسے بچاتے ہیں اسلئیے شیر سے مقابلہ سخت ہوگا۔ البتہ ٹائیگ اس سے چار فٹ بڑا ہے اور اسکے پنجے بہت زیادہ مضبوط ہیں۔ چاہے جاگوار کا جبڑا اس سے زیادہ طاقتور ہے لیکن وہ جاگوار سے جیت جائے گا۔ شائد اسی لئیے رب نے انکی مختلف براعظموں میں ڈیوٹی لگائی ہے تاکہ ایک ہی جگہ پر یہ ایک دوسرے کو ختم نہ کر ڈالیں۔

جاگوار کے حملے سے کیسے بچا جائے:

جاگوار سے آج تک انتہائی کم ہلاکتیں ہوئی ہیں کیونکہ یہ ایک بہت پوشیدہ جانور ہے اور خود کو انسانوں سے دور رکھتا ہے۔ لیکن کبھی زندگی میں واسطہ پڑ جائے تو اس سے آنکھیں ملائے بغیر پیچھے چلتے جائیں لیکن اپنی کمر نہ دکھائیں ورنہ یہ گردن پکڑنے آئے گا ۔ یہ واحد جنگلی بلی ہے جو گردن کے علاوہ کھوپڑی توڑ کر شکار کرنے بھی آتا ہے اس لئیے سر اور گردن دونوں بچا کر اس کے ناک اور آنکھوں پر مکے ماریں ممکن ہے بھاگ جائے گا اپنے بازو پھیلا کر خود کو بڑھا کر چیخیں مار کر جی بھر کے گالیاں دیں ۔ کیونکہ گالیوں کے وقت انسانی آواز شدید رعب دار ہوتی ہے۔ اگر یہ سب ہتھکنڈے ناکام ہوجائیں تے فیر لالہ جی، جی آیاں نوں۔ 😃

جاگوار کو مایا تہذیب (Apaclypto والی) میں بطور طاقت کا دیوتا تصور کیا جاتا رہا ہے۔ اسکی خوبصورت کھال کو شکاری محض چند ڈالروں تک بیچتے رہے ہیں جس سے اسکی نسل خطرے کی جانب سفر شروع کرچکی ہے۔ اسکی اوسط عمر 15 سال ہوتی ہے، جاگوار شمالی و جنوبی امریکہ میں بیشک سب سے طاقتور بلی ہے۔

It has been noticed that after the industrial revolution, with an increase in technology and innovation, depression and stress have increased drastically in individuals from different backgrounds. These individuals are either employees of different organizations or they are students of various colleges. Stress is deteriorating their mental capability, affecting their abilities to give their best, produce better results, or show an increase in productivity. Various organizations are providing services in terms of consultation and training sessions. Time Management in Nursing Practice

Executive summary

With major developments in the field of technology and medical sciences, currently the medical field requires more focused health care service with better efficiency, improved quality, and quick response time. The management of different tasks effectively and timely is of prime importance, but currently there are various problems due to which nurses are unable to manage their time properly and ultimately this is affecting their clinical practices as well. The poor time management by healthcare service providers is resulting in various setbacks and requires attention to effectively address this issue and ultimately improve the quality of overall health care services.

Literature review

Time can be considered as a valuable entity in any one’s life. Time management is a daily need-based task which is almost required by every individual to run a better life by keeping everything in place. Time and time management becomes more important when it comes to clinical practicing, nursing services and other health care related departments where time is more precious than anything else. Health care service providers are often occupied with a lot of things in their to-do lists, and are required to respond quickly, thereby managing all the tasks effectively within their assigned time limit. Experts are often required to manage the schedules and inability to manage the time effectively can grossly affect their overall productivity, working capacity and service provision goal. The tight schedules and need of more nurses i.e. there is a shortage of nurses in the medical field, requires multi-tasking and smart working. Nursing is a profession that requires the skill to manage different tasks simultaneously along with facing time limitations and facing the work pressures as well. (Ancel G. et al., 2016) They are often required to meet the expectations of different people including patients, peer workers, management staff, along with performing their assigned duties as well. (Clearly M. et al., 2011)

Nursing practices often require the professionals to think critically, schedule and reschedule their tasks often, and prioritize the tasks timely. The inability of nurses to manage their time can affect their critical thinking abilities, have impacts on their time management skills and can ultimately lead towards commitment of different errors during their practice. (Blevins S. et al., 2016) considering different research, overall, few of the main reasons can be spotted which are responsible for burdening the nurses, causing mismanagement, and leading them to face unexpected erroneous scenarios regularly. The first reason is the shortage of the nursing staff. The shortage of the nursing staff can be due to various reasons including the cost saving, more dependability on the automated machines and latest technology and other managerial reasons. Due to shortage of nursing staff, each nurse is assigned to do many tasks, perform the tasks efficiently and provide quality services as well. This often leads toward distress and may even cause some stress. These scenarios require effective time planning and management to prioritize, schedule and reschedule the tasks and manage time to keep a balance in the work and mental relaxation. Another major reason for mismanagement of time in nursing staff is due to job dissatisfaction and burn out. Burnout can be defined as a practice of facing mental exhaustion and stress in the same pressurized working environment. According to research one out of four is not satisfied with his/her current job in nursing. Six out of ten plans to change the job and average turnover rate in nursing is reaching up to 20%. (Lori J. et al. 2005) These practices lead toward exhaustion to the peer staff, burden them to work more and manage things effectively to maintain the service quality and efficiency. It affects the overall productivity and mismanagement in time is seen to be leading towards various serious consequences in terms of poor performance. The problems related to the burnout in the healthcare systems can be reported due to prolonged workload, understaffed nursing institutions, and high level of stress. (Ellis J. et al. 2003)

Rationale

To minimize the problem of time mismanagement, few strategies can be adopted on the regular basis. Prioritizing and rescheduling the tasks more often helps a lot, while keeping in mind the goals and updating the to-do list accordingly can prove best techniques to manage the time effectively. (Clearly et al. 2011) It is highly recommended to keep the nursing staff updated about the recent nursing activities in the department, functioning of the unit and targets of the day, to work as a team chasing a common goal and manage the time effectively. Prioritizing the task according to the importance and urgency of the task is usually more important in clinical practices than scheduling the tasks with respect to their arrival order. Focusing on the most important tasks first, thereby prioritizing the tasks, avoiding the time taking discussions and selectively paying attention to almost all the tasks, making compromises in different tasks performance irrespective of personal choices, and synchronizing with the overall team can leads toward effective time management in the nursing services and may prove beneficial in many ways.

Conclusion

Even though there are no hard and fast rules to manage the time, yet it can be conclusively noted that time management is an important aspect of the nursing services requiring the staff to effectively pay attention to almost everything, keep the things inline, marginalize the aspects of their services properly and ultimately strive to provide the quality services. Different strategies can be adopted to effectively address the problem of time mismanagement which will ultimately help in achievement of better services provision.

Destruction of nature triggering pandemics:

Pandemics such as coronavirus are the result of humanity’s destruction of nature, according to leaders at the UN, WHO and WWF International, and the world has been ignoring this stark reality for decades. The illegal and unsustainable wildlife trade as well as the devastation of forests and other wild places were still the driving forces behind the increasing number of diseases leaping from wildlife to humans. “Future pandemics are likely to happen more frequently, spread more rapidly, have greater economic impact and kill more people if we are not extremely careful about the possible impacts of the choices we make today,”

Uncontrollable deforestation, expansion of agriculture day by day, destroying habitat which causes extinction of wild life, forest fires, mass extinction, decline in biodiversity, invasive species, intensive mining, farming and infrastructure development these are lead to not only pandemic type diseases but also alarmingly causes climate change, ozone layer holes, global warming, acid deposition, disruption of nitrogen cycle etc. These activities cause pandemics by bringing more people into contact and conflict with animals, from which 70% of emerging human diseases originate.

A WWF report, also published on Wednesday, warns: “The risk of a new [wildlife-to-human] disease emerging in the future is higher than ever, with the potential to wreak havoc on health, economies and global security.”

Imagine catching the fly in your vertical fist, and squeeze it as hard as you can. Hold it for a second. Now, throw the right arm up and squeeze, then throw the left fist up and squeeze hard. Repeat 49 times. This will firm up the arms, chest, shoulders and improve your coordination.

C) Stretch your arms straight out in front of you. Spread your legs wider than shoulder width and squat down 1/4 of the way. Pause. Stay in this position as long as you can, aiming for 5 minutes to start. Keep your arms up. If you can only hold this for 30 seconds. No problem.
