اور وہ ہمیشہ کیلئے گمنام زندگی بسر کرنے پر مجبور ہو گیا ۔ ایسا ہرگز نہیں کہ ان لوگوں کا علاج ناممکن ہے۔ یہ لوگ ٹھیک ہو سکتے ہیں اگر ان کو پیار دیا جائے،ان سے محبت سے پیش آیا جائے،ان کا مذاق نہ اُڑیا جائے،ان کو پتھر نہ مارے جائیں،ان کو کم تر ہونے کا احساس نہ دلایا جائے۔لیکن جب کسی شخص کی یہ حالت ہوتی ہے تو ہم یا تو اس کو پاگل خانہ میں چھوڑ آتے ہیں یا پھر سڑکوں پر کھلا چھوڑ دیتے ہیں۔یا ایسے انسان کا کھانا پینا الگ کر کے ان کو زنجیر سے باندھ دیتے ہیں۔آج تک کبھی کسی نے دیکھا کہ کسی پاگل نے کسی کو قتل کیا ہو کسی سڑک پر رہنے والے نے کسی کی جان لی ہو۔ہمیشہ ایک ہوش مند انسان ہی قتل کرتا ہے،ایک ایسا انسان جو کہ خود کسی کاشکار ہوا ہے وہ کسی کی کیا جان لے گا اگر اس نے جان ہی لینی ہوتی تو سب سے پہلے اس کی لیتا جس نے اس کو اس حالت تک پہنچایا ہے۔یہ لوگ پیدائشی پاگل نہیں ہوتے اس لیئے اگر ان کا بروقت علاج کرایا جائے اور ان پر توجہ دی جائے تو یہ لوگ نارمل انسان بن سکتے ہیں لیکن ہماری بدقسمتی ہم لوگ ایسے لوگوں پر بالکل بھی توجہ نہیں دتیے بلکہ ان کو اذیت پہنچاتے ہیں۔ان کو الٹے ناموں سے پکارتے ہیں اصل میں دیکھا جائے تو پاگل وہ لوگ نہیں ہیں اصل پاگل ہم نارمل انسان ہیں جو عقل و شعور رکھنے کے باوجود ان لوگوں پر توجہ نہیں دتیے،ان کی اصلاح نہیں کرتے،آج پاکستان میں کتنے ہی ادرے انسانوں کی فلاح بہبود کے لیئے کام کر رہے ہیں۔کیا کوئی ایسا ادرہ یا کوئی ایسی این جی او ہے جو کہ ان لوگوں کیلیئے کام کر رہا ہو آخر ہیں تو یہ لوگ بھی انسان۔ہوسکتا ہے ان پر ہماری تھوڑی سی توجہ سے یہ لوگ نامل ہو جائیں۔کیا یہ ان لوگوں پر ظلم نہیں ہے قیامت والے دن ہم لوگوں سے نہیں پوچھا جائے گا ہم نے ان لوگوں کیلئے کیا۔اگر ہم ان لوگوں کیلئے کچھ نہیں کرسکتے تو کم از کم ان کو اپنی مرضی سے تو زندگی گزارنے دیں آپ نے اکثر دیکھا ہو گا کہ کوئی ایسا انسان کسی کی دوکان کے سامنے لیٹا ہو تو اس کے ساتھ کیا سلوک کیا جاتا ہے اس کو بگانے کیلئے اس پر پانی پھینکا جاتا ہے اسے دھکے مارے جاتے ہے کچھ لوگ تو گندی گندی گالیاں دینے سے بھی گریز نہیں کرتے آخر ایسا کیوں ہے ایک انسان کا ایک انسان سے ایسا سلوک کیوں ہے
