There are many people, but you can always find an interesting and free place.
Clear water, unusual rocks of rounded shapes, monkeys running past you and leisurely lizards.
Boat boats are sailing to the beach, you can buy a snack (the prices are normal).
Incredibly picturesque reservoir that arose after the construction of the dam for the hydroelectric power station. You need to take a boat to enjoy the picturesque views of the rocks from the water. There are hotels on the reservoir - water bungalows - you can stay for a night or more. Well, it’s very very beautiful here.
Here the animals are happy, here you can really wash and feed the elephants, see the monkeys. I definitely recommend it. I strongly advise you to put on comfortable shoes, you have to walk a lot. Water, lunch, round trip and many emotions included. Nice place.
The elephant harbor was amazing! Elephants are kind to giants, and it was like a unique and incredibly unforgettable experience. I wanted a place that did not offend animals, because I knew the observation that the harm of elephants would ruin the whole impression for me. Elephant Harbor allows you to be part of their elephant's café - food, shower and passage through Forrest. It can be said that animals are cared for and truly happy to stay there and feel good, knowing the money that you spend with visitors, it goes to registration that they have a good life. Thank you elephant harbor!
Koh Kham is a small island with white sandy beaches, formed, according to local sources, due to the eruption of the volcano. It is located 1 kilometer northwest of Koh Maak, opposite Suan Yai beach, a kilometer from the coast and 2.5 hours sailing from Laem Ngob pier.
The island is surrounded by crystal clear sea water and coral reefs.
I really liked the excursion. A very beautiful place and the photos are wonderful. There is also a village of sea gypsies. But there’s nothing special to watch. We just ate there, the food is delicious, there is a choice. Everyone is warned not to go deep into the village, and really not worth it, people there are not as kind as Thais.
But Phang-ha Bay is simply unbelievable. The level of beauty rolls over, there is something to see)
I am very pleased with the tour and I advise everyone to visit it all.
Big Buddha in Phuket or Big Buddha Phuket is a temple complex and a huge Buddha statue that can be seen from almost anywhere in the south of the island. A huge white statue of Big Buddha rises on top of Mount Nakaked at an altitude of about 400 meters above sea level. Almost every tourist who arrives on the island wants to visit the Big Buddha to not only see Buddhist shrines and enjoy the beautiful views of Phuket from the observation platforms on top of the mountain, but also receive the blessing of a monk and tie a rope for good luck.
Elephants in Thailand enjoy special respect and reverence. This sacred animal of Thailand has found its place on the flag of this eastern country. Of course, this applies to all animals, but the most serious worship is the white elephant, the number of which in recent decades began to fall sharply.
According to popular beliefs and local legends, the white elephant carried the remains of Buddha on itself, which automatically elevated this animal to the category of the most respected and valued.
Already meeting a white elephant is a great success. Thai traditions prescribe these powerful giants with all possible respect, which is reflected in the works of art, as well as personal assessments.
The most famous and popular in all of Phuket. Of course, visiting Phuket itself is already a great pleasure, but for me the real pleasure was visiting all the watts and temples of this island. One of the most stunning is Wat Chalong Temple.
This temple is often called the temple of Tararam well, or Chalong, in any case, it is the most famous and popular in all of Phuket. It was built already in 1837, and to this day practically has not been restored. It is located only 8 kilometers from the city, which means that it will not take long to get to it and it won’t take much time.
Relatively recently, an addition appeared in the temple - Chedi, measuring 62 meters.
In the temple you can see the relics of Phra Sareerikakat, on the parts of the bones of the Buddha that were brought from Sri Lanka and an amazing combination of all oriental styles in one temple.
And what photos are obtained here! All because of the bright contrast of the walls and the environment. Red walls intertwined with gold accents look very impressive in every shot. Very beautiful place, worth a visit.
