Is ‘ARSON’ Emerging Terrorism in Tanzania?
The use of fire by terrorists as a strategic weapon to target the population and instill fear, hatred, property devastation, economic losses, and attract press attention is not something new. As Jenkins said in 1974, "terrorist attacks are usually choreographed to attract the attention of the international press and local media, therefore terrorism is theatre." During the past five decades, the world has experienced several "set fires" that were done intentionally by terrorist groups against the government and civilian population. On March 25th, 1990, an arsonist was reported by the U.S. who set the fire intentionally at the Happy Land Night Club, which caused heavy destruction and the deaths of several people.
ISIS publicly asserted in May 2019 that they were responsible for a series of wildfires, including the destruction and death toll of the 2018 California inferno. In recent years, a number of wildfires have occurred around the world, notably the forest fires in Turkey in 2021, which the Turkish government and citizens blamed on the PKK terrorist organization. As a form of vengeance against Turkey's government, the PKK terrorist organization is infamous for setting fire to Turkey's forests, resulting in civilian deaths and environmental harm. Wildfires in Australia, Greece, and other countries have all had comparable instances.
Is the United Republic of Tanzania at significant threat of arson-terrorist attacks?
Arson is an easy and cheap terror tactic that terrorists use with the intent of causing fear, economic depression, and potential casualties. Arson gives a chance to terror groups and movements that are searching for low-cost, low-skill, and efficient methods of attack to cause casualties and economic losses while putting the population, government, and security officials on the margin of when and where the secret fire setting will occur next. It is also a prime tactic for groups that want to remain anonymous while pushing their agenda and avoid raising suspicion by using firearms. Factory buildings, schools, markets, universities, banks, apartment buildings, churches, forests, and other business structures are apparently common targets for arson.
In Tanzania, increasing fire events have wreaked havoc on the civilian population, national security, and government authorities. Since 2020, the country has experienced multiple fire occurrences in various regions, resulting in deaths, serious property damage, injuries, and economic devastation among the civilian population and government.
Surprisingly, such events continue to rise on a daily basis. More than six major fire events have been reported in the country in less than six months, all of which occurred suddenly in business structures, religious institutions, schools, bars, hotels, and tourist places, causing irreparable damage. With regard to security investigations, officials state that the majority of fires are the result of negligence and faulty electrical wiring, although some investigation findings are still pending. (See, for example, Karume market fire-2022, Kariakoo market fire-2021, Fire in 4 Tourist Zanzibar Hotels-2021, Mount Kilimanjaro fire-2021, etc).
But, isn't it more than just negligence and poor wiring that the government and security officials should be more wary of now, following a string of inexplicable fire occurrences that the country is currently experiencing? I hope that the current fire breakout at Karume market serves as a timely reminder to the leadership and security of the United Republic of Tanzania that the continual outbreak of fire incidents in the country is something that must not be taken lightly.
A complete understanding of fire as a weapon is key when addressing this emerging threat. It is also important to note that fire is an appealing weapon that terrorists prefer to use for many reasons. The security officials must broaden their investigation to meet the issue with high intelligence, which will necessitate new policies and partnerships. Security officials must rethink the way they have approached this emerging threat from the beginning with an open mind in order to develop an effective course of action and strategies to countermeasure the situation before it’s too late. It's also worth noting that terrorists often use fire attacks as a way to divert the government's and security attention away from their larger plans. Finally, it's important to remember that terrorism's essence and goal are both political.

WHAT IS LIFESTYLE?
Lifestyle is the interests, opinions, behaviors, and behavioral orientations of an individual, group, or culture.
In short I can say lifestyle is the way or style of living including your styles, behavior, attitudes, daily activities etc
The society we live in we normally see different lifestyles of people the way they live, behave, work and the way they dress up etc. Some people in the society live traditionally like old times while some have changed to modern lifestyles, it’s not bad that some still live like old times traditionally instead it’s good that people live according to the way they are comfortable, but we must have a good lifestyle like having good meal (Balanced Diet), physical activities, anger management, be hardworking and not lazy etc, this is called healthy and good lifestyle.
Lifestyle is a reflection who you are; our lifestyle communicates a clear message about who we are and how we think. It tells people or gives them a clear message about how we live, dress up, talk, appearance, work etc. It’s not that people judge you by it just shows them that what kind of a person you are maybe disciplined, punctual, hardworking and etc.
But sometimes in our society there are some people who just look at our lifestyles and starts judging us without knowing anything who we are, where are we from etc that is not right completely the way we don’t have the right to judge them or anyone similarly the same way they or anyone else has no right to judge us.
We may be not working or having career but that doesn’t mean we are useless, sometimes for example in most of the societies girls are judged when they wear short clothes this doesn’t mean that they don’t belong to a good family or they aren’t decent No!! ,That’s how they are comfortable and no one has the right to judge them.
“DON’T JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER.”
Never ever judge a person by their outer appearance, for example a person maybe short, tall, fat, thin, black or white, some are fast learners while some are slow learners but don’t laugh on them or make fun of them or judge them, respect them if you want to be respected in English we also say
“TREAT PEOPLE THE WAY YOU WANT TO BE TREATED.”
So never judge a person by their outer appearance because that’s how the Almighty God has made them, the way five fingers are not the same the same way everyone is not the same God has made everyone different and every person has some special talent inside them, I always think and feel people shouldn't look down on themself, learn to be confident and brave as they are capable of facing all the challenges and problems alone no matter how difficult the situation can be, no matter if someone stands beside you or not.
In short “JUDGING A PERSON DOES NOT DEFINE WHO THEY ARE, IT DEFINES WHO YOU ARE.”
It doesn’t matter how people appear from outside what matters is that how they are from inside, their heart, their intentions if that is clean then it doesn’t matter by their outer appearance, for example sometimes though a person dresses up simple but his or her intentions are not good they just pretend to be good but they are not good so that’s why it’s said outer appearance doesn’t matter, in this society mostly girls face a lot of problems because of some people, like some orthodox minded people refuse their children especially girls to persuade their career and get married early, to stop dressing up their way just because of the fear of society and stop girls from going out alone.
This is not the time to stop or put restrictions on children whether it’s a girl or boy it’s the time to support them if they want to do something like proceed their educations, build their career first before getting married it’s not that you should support them in everything even if they are wrong No if they are wrong calmly and peacefully explain them that they are wrong and some parents put restrictions because their children’s are wrong Nope if u put restrictions directly without giving them a second chance then like that they will never learn and will continue doing wrong.
Trust yourself and your upbringing dear parents or guardians.
We should learn on how to have full faith on our children’s and we should try and treat our children equal whether it’s a girl or a boy because times have changed now those times are gone where girls were treated less than boys now it’s the time where girls are not less than boys but equal to boys and more capable than the boys so first change your thinking so you can change the worlds thinking.
“LET’S NOT WAIT FOR THE CHANGE, LET’S BE THE CHANGE.”
Let’s not wait anyone else to make us realize about this lets realize ourselves and instead make others also realize only then the world will get more developed.
Dear people instead of wasting your time in judging people, fighting etc unite and live together as a whole society, make your relationships so stronger that even misunderstandings cannot ruin or destroy your relations.
So guys stop sleeping and stand up and improve yourself and make a new version of yourself that will shock everyone.
No matter what difficulties, challenges arise in your path always say this to yourself that I can do it.
Never think yourself less than anyone and stand up for your rights don’t let your rights be deprived always stand up for your rights and for the truth.
Always say this to yourself that
“I AM THE BEST.”
WHEN YOU BELIEVE IN SOMETHING, FIGHT FOR IT AND WHEN YOU SEE INJUSTICE, FIGHT HARDER THAN YOU’VE EVER FOUGHT BEFORE.
I WISH YOU ALL THE BEST FOR YOUR FUTURE, I HOPE THAT EACH OF YOU WILL TRY BRINGING THE CHANGE IN THIS WORLD ……..
Serikali yawawezesha wanawake bilioni 11.9
WHAT IS EQUALITY?
When we say equality what do we mean by this, it does not only mean to be equal but this eight letter word may seem really small word but its meaning is really very deep, the real meaning of equality is the state which actually expresses the two quantities, people, things etc are fair enough with each other, no favoritism with one, absolutely equal with each other.
In most of our societies we see that still despite being in the modern era there are some communities who still aren’t treating people equally and rightfully, they don’t treat them nicely and if they treat them nicely then their thinking about them will not be equal like others.
For example when we talk about equality the first thing which comes in my mind is about Gender Equality.
Gender Equality is known as Equality of the Sexes, male and female. We still see in other countries, communities, societies where they differentiate between male and female, where some orthodox people despite being in the modern era still differentiate between a male and a female in the name of traditions, customs and culture.
There are still some people who think that if a women will study, be educated at the end she will get married and will end up in the kitchen cooking, house chores etc their thinking is that women are made for kitchen work only but I really feel bad for such people who still think like that because they are not lying to others but they are lying to themselves.
In order to balance our life very nicely equality amongst both the gender is really very important because if equality is there then both the genders will understand each other very nicely and one will not try to make the other down and due to this there will be very less misunderstandings and more understanding, the both sexes will respect each other more than whether they are life partners (Husband and Wife), colleagues, friends etc but if there is no equality between the genders then each gender will try to make the other gender down and will end up hating each other and more misunderstandings will be created amongst them.
Dear people if today there will be no equality and we teach our daughters to just compromise, sacrifice and tolerate then we will be doing really injustice with them tomorrow or some day we are going to die for sure what are we going to reply to God ??? That the angels he created and granted us we were not able to protect it??? If we don’t train our daughters to be independent and fight back for their rights then tomorrow there is a possibility someone else will torture them and snatch their rights and they won’t be able to do anything, so dear people don’t consider your daughters as a burden but make them your pride, be proud of them encourage them more to fulfill their dreams etc and teach them to be independent and not to depend on anyone even on you as a father once they are an adult and matured.
Dear girls, ladies be strong stand up for yourself as if you don’t stand up for yourself, for your rights then no one else will and don’t change yourself for anyone.
BE STRONG, BE YOU ………
A female can do anything, never underestimate her or consider her silence to be her weakness.
Gender equality is not a lady or women’s issue, it is a human issue it affects us all……
Fighting for gender equality is not the responsibility of women’s only but the entire society and community is held accountable for it.
The day we stop thinking us or others as man and women while following our goals, that’s the day we can really rise up to equality.
So dear people stop waiting for others to make this change and development in our community stand up and be the first person to make the change in our society and encourage everyone to be a part of this change and slowly you will see a very great change and development in the country, society, community etc.
“YOU MUST BE THE CHANGE YOU WISH TO SEE IN THE WORLD.”
DEAR PEOPLE NEVER EVER UNDERSTIMATE ANYONE EITHER IT’S A LADY, WOMEN OR A MAN , INSTEAD SUPPORT YOUR OPPOSITE GENDER , ALL THE BEST I HOPE YOU WILL TRY YOUR BEST IN MAKING A VERY BIG CHANGE IN THIS WORLD……
Luka 19:5 Na Yesu, alipofika mahali pale, alitazama juu, akamwambia, Zakayo, shuka upesi, kwa kuwa leo imenipasa kushinda nyumbani mwako.
Luka 19:6 Akafanya haraka, akashuka, akamkaribisha kwa furaha.
Luka 19:7 Hata watu walipoona, walinung'unika wote, wakisema, Ameingia kukaa kwa mtu mwenye dhambi.
Luka 19:8 Zakayo akasimama, akamwambia Bwana, Tazama, Bwana, nusu ya mali yangu nawapa maskini, na ikiwa nimenyang'anya mtu kitu kwa hila namrudishia mara nne.
WHAT ARE DREAMS?
According to most of the people dreams are succession of images, ideas, emotions, and sensations that usually occur involuntarily in the mind during certain stages of sleep, but according to me dreams are those plans, your future plans which every person wants to fulfill it.
They are the future plans, desires, goals, targets everyone sets/sees and aspires fulfilling it or achieving it example some people’s dreams are like to become a doctor, engineer, pharmacist, business man/woman, surgeons etc, dreams have no limit it is everyone’s right to have their own dreams in life no one is allowed to stop anyone from having their dreams everyone deserves having dreams and fulfilling it and be successful it’s their right.
Dreams have taken normal humans to extraordinary heights. We all have dreams yet just a handful of us have the burning passion for converting them into a reality.
Dreams are what make us different from other living beings. We dream, we desire & we try and achieve it. Just think about the world if we didn’t dream. We would still be living like dead bodies having no desires, curiosity to do something and that passion of doing something we like and achieve it.
I believe that dreams define our lives and we all should make our dreams as our life’s motto.
Everyone has the right to dream openly and when u fulfill your dreams and by chance you failed it’s okay and fine completely you should not give up but instead become more passionate on fulfilling your dream because failure is not the opposite of success but failure is the part of success and if u failed for the first time does not mean you will fail every time if u put in your heart and do hard work then you will surely succeed as it says success is failing nine times and getting up ten. If at first you don’t succeed try, try again. There are very few people in life who get the opportunity of fulfilling their dreams and they also get success and if u get the opportunity then surely you should try to fulfill your dreams, sometimes circumstances arise that we have to let go of our dreams due to pressure from family, parents , ladies give up their dreams for marriage etc but I firmly believe and advice you that fight for your rights and don’t just give it up your dreams just because of someone, life is short enjoy it fully to the extend you want to and do what your heart says and do it for yourself and not for others, in between many challenges, tests will come and try to break you but be fearless and face them with courage and don’t be afraid of losing as I previously said failure is not the opposite of success but it’s a part of success.
“The tests of life are not meant to break you, but to make you.”
So dear people stand up, live up to your dreams and fulfill them.
But when you try to fulfill your dreams fulfill it very honestly and not by cheating because later on the same dream you tried to fulfill you will hate it very much as you achieved it by cheating through dishonest way, the wrong path and not by honesty, the right path. No matter what happens never leave the right path how much difficulties will come but at the end the truth will always wins. BE HONEST
I WISH YOU GUYS ALL THE BEST.

4 Rejections that Have Absolutely Nothing to Do With You
Let’s start with all the things that you have (nearly) no control over.
1. You Are Not Her Type
Even if a lot of PUA companies try to sell you the idea that you can get EVERY single girl in this world, there will always be some girls who are just not into you. Attraction is not a choice and if her subconscious mind tells her that you are not a good match for her, there is not a lot you can do to change that.
Take me as an example.
Even though I have built some muscle by hitting the gym, I am a very skinny guy with blond hair and white skin.
Do you think a girl who is only attracted to dark-skinned guys with black hair that are into professional bodybuilding would be attracted to me?
A girl who is that focused on a specific type of men will reject me before I even finish my first sentence. Besides coloring my hair and paying a fortune for skin transplantation and steroids that will
Do I feel bad about that?
No and you shouldn’t feel bad about it either.
Approaching a woman who rejects you after five seconds because you are not her type is the best thing that can happen to you. You only waste a few seconds of your life with a girl who is not into you and at the same time she gives you the opportunity to look for girls who are totally into you.
2. You Cause Bad Memories
Another reason why a girl might reject you is because you remind her of a person or a situation she has a lot of bad memories of. Again, there is nothing you can do about this, besides talking with her about her bad experiences and trying to convince her that you are differentthan the person you remind her of
In order to do that you have to find out that this is the real reason for the rejection. This is quite problematic because you have to get to know her before she will share her past with you.
The chance that her natural protective instinct will block you before you even get her number is pretty high.
How can it be possible that you cause bad memories in her?
This can have millions of reasons.
Maybe her ex-boyfriend who beat her regularly has the same voice as you. Maybe a guy who tried to rape her has started the conversation in the same way as you have. Maybe you have similarities with her father to whom she has such a bad relationship that she would love to stab a knife in his heart.
It is very likely that you will never know the real reason behind her rejection. All I know is that there is little to nothing that you can change about the fact that you trigger negative emotions in her.
The best advice I can give you is to stop taking rejections personally. Otherwise you drive yourself insane, because of a “no” that has absolutely nothing to do with you.
3. She is Happy with Another Man
This is a big one. There are countless PUAs out there who try to sell you their “irresistible boyfriend destruction line” or their “seduce girls who have a boyfriend pattern”.
Well, the shocking truth is that some girls who are in a relationship are easier to seduce than girls who are single. Those are the girls who are in unhappy or even abusive relationships in which they neither experience sexual nor emotional fulfillment.
If she, however, is in a relationship with a man she truly loves, there is absolutely nothing you can do to overcome this barrier.
No “boyfriend destruction line” or NLP pattern on this planet will make her jump in bed with you when she is really in love with another man.
4. She Had a Bad Day
Sometimes you have the misfortune to hit on a girl who has a really bad day and who just wants to hide under her blanket. I know that it sounds brutal, but talking to you might be the last thing on earth she wants to do.
Maybe her boyfriend broke up with her and she promised herself to never talk to a man again. Maybe she had a terrible day at work where she was bullied by one of her coworkers. Maybe her cat had the worst diarrhea you can imagine and her whole apartment is one big poop fest.
The good news about girls who reject you because they have a bad day is that you can actually do something to rescue the situation.
If you approach a girl and you see that she is somehow stressed, annoyed or simply in a very negative state, you can directly ask her what’s wrong with her and what you can do to make her smile.
This shows that you have a genuine interest in her emotional wellbeing and that making her happy is a natural thing to do for you. The simple attempt of making her smile can prevent a rejection and lead to first an amazing first date.
6 Rejections that Have Everything to Do With You
Let’s continue this article with all the things for which I could slap you in the face
5. Your Approach is too Aggressive
Now we come to the first reason you are getting rejected that you actually have an impact on. In case you are familiar with some of my articles you definitely know that I constantly emphasize to come at peace with your sexuality, to show that you are a sexually confident man and to approach women in a direct way.
Even though the aspects I just listed are an essential part of being a great seducer who is able to survive in the land of women without too many dry spells, the concept of sexual aggression can be quite confusing for newbies.
The big problem that you might face when you just start out with this whole approaching women thing is that you are not calibrated enough. This can easily lead to an approaching style that is too aggressive and too pushy.
It admittedly took me a while to learn the difference between self-confident body language and invading her private space. It took me even more time to understand the difference between seducing a girl with your eyes and staring at her like a creep. Through trial and error I also discovered the difference between touching a girl in a subtle way and touching her in a creepy way.
One reason why you might get rejected over and over again is because you are way too aggressive.
What can you do about this problem that you might not even be aware of?
Whenever you have the feeling that a girl is intimidated by the way you approach her you just have to address the elephant in the room. There is nothing wrong with asking her for an honest feedback.
Another way of preventing this problem is to listen carefully to her words and to observe her actions. As soon as you have the feeling that she is slightly uncomfortable you can adjust your body language and your behavior in a way that make her more comfortable in your presence.
6. Your Intent is Not Clear
There are always two sides of the same coin and when you turn the “too sexually aggressive” side around, you discover the “unclear intent” side.
No matter if you do it through your words, your body language, your eye contact or through sign language, it is absolutely necessary that you project your intent and that your sexual intention is clear from the beginning. If you don’t do that she will automatically put you in the friend zone. Besides the Sahel zone that’s definitely the last zone you want to be in.
The tricky thing about approaching girls with an intent that is anything but clear is that you won’t get rejected…at least not immediately.
She might laugh, she might smile and she might even give you her number because you are such a nice guy. Even if she agrees to meet you (as a friend of course), she will reject you the very moment you try to make a move on her.
In order to prevent this time-consuming and frustrating process you have to approach her with a clear intent. The more women you approach, the more you’ll see the fine line between being too sexually aggressive and behaving like an asexual neuter.
Have fun experimenting.
7. You are Scared of being Rejected
It sounds creepy, but women can sense and feel if you are afraid of them. That’s why being scared of women and especially being afraid of getting rejected by them is a main reason you are getting rejected.
It is a vicious cycle.
The more afraid you are, the higher the chance that she will sense your fear and that she will reject you. This of course leads to even more fear and more rejections.I know how devastating that sounds, but…
The good news is that you can work on this aspect and destroy your fears.
The fear of getting rejected is closely related to the fear of being judged by other people. Therefore, you can easily overcome it by deliberately experiencing and surviving situations in which you are exposed to judgement.
From all the reasons why you are getting rejected that I share with you in this article, this is the one that is both the easiest and the hardest to work on. It is the easiest because you can destroy your fears in a couple of hours and it is the hardest because it takes a lot of courage to actually do it.
8. You Forget to Smile
Smile motherfucker, smile!
I have seen so many guys approaching girls with a face that looks as if the world was about to end in a second and I am pretty sure that we both know the reason for this serious and tense facial expression.
Whenever you approach a girl with a facial expression of a psychopathic serial killer with congestion, you are too much in your head. You worry so much about what might happen next and where the interaction leads that you can neither enjoy the moment nor concentrate on anything she says.
The problem is that a girl doesn’t think: “oh, the reason for his angry and serious face must be his nervousness. That’s alright.”
The uncomfortable truth is that she most likely thinks: “why is this guy looking at me as if he wants to kill me? I feel really uncomfortable right now. I want to get away from him as fast as I can.”
What can you do to prevent this from happening?
Mother Nature gave you the ability to smile in order to show the people you are interacting with that you are not a threat and that you come in peace. Use this inherent ability and enjoy how your rejection rate decreases with every smile.
9. You Make Her Fall Asleep
If you have boring conversations it is very likely that you are getting rejected. Period. Before you look for an excuse and tell me that the real reason for all the boring conversations you have is that all the girls you are talking to are boring, I want you to think about whether or not blaming her for your mistake will improve your dating life.
I don’t deny that you might meet a few girls who are absolutely boring. That happens from time to time. However, if you are constantly getting rejected by women and you have the feeling that the conversations lack passion, excitement and connection, you should ask yourself what you are doing wrong instead of blaming them for everything.
I know from my own experience that an honest self-analysis leads to more success than denying the obvious.
There can be many reasons why your conversations suck ass.
Maybe you talk about the weather or her ugly handbag, instead of getting to know her deeper level. Maybe you give her the feeling that she is in a job interview, instead of making her laugh and smile with a fun and flirtatious conversation style.
What’s the solution?
Work on your conversation style, think about topics you can talk about and spice up your vocabulary.
10. You Fail Her Tests
What do you do when you approach a woman and she smiles, but doesn’t stop?
Most guys back down and let her walk away without ever seeing them again.
A successful seducer knows that a smile can be an indicator of interest. He knows that he has at least a 50% chance that she will stop the second time.
What do you do when you approach a woman and she doesn’t react at all?
Most guys back down and stumble “I am sorry” before they walk away.
A successful seducer knows that a girl who shows no reaction might test him to see how he reacts on it.
No reaction? No worries!
He continues with the conversation and you hopefully do the same.
Some women smile and thank you immediately after you have approached them, while others use the seconds of silence after the compliment for a little test. They don’t do it because they are mean or because they want to see
They just want to find out if you are the self-confident man you pretend to be.
In other words:
A woman who tests you wants to find out if you are worth spreading her legs for.
Only if you have access to this toolbox.
In the same way as failing her tests is a reason to reject you, mastering them is a reason to have sex with you.
All you have to do is to stay calm, react with a cheeky smile and let her know that you are not the kind of guys who runs home to mommy as soon as a woman tests him.
Summed Up Wisdom
It can have many reasons why you are getting rejected by girls. You might not be the type of guy she is attracted to, you might remind her of her violent ex-boyfriend and cause some really bad memories or your approach might be too aggressive. In addition to that there are other reasons why you are getting rejected that have nothing to do with you, such as the fact that she is in a happy relationship with another man or that she had a really bad day and doesn’t want to talk to anyone.
Of course there are also reasons that are related to your behavior and that you can work on, such as your unclear intent, your fear of women, your inability to smile and your boring conversation style. Another reason why you are getting rejected might be the fact that you fail some of her tests that are by far not as shitty as the pickup community says.
