Airlines set a plan to suspend flights of over two dozen American airports, including Chicago.

A group of airlines, i.e., Delta, JetBlue Airways and Spirit Airlines, has set plans to suspend their flight services in over two dozen American airports. They have knocked on the door of the U.S. Transportation Department on Tuesday to get approval for the suspension. The services for Chicago's O'Hare International Airport will also be discontinued.

As per the reports of Reuters, the air travel demand has been decree by 95%. Earlier, United and Frontier Airlines requested to shut down the services, which got declined by the Department of Transportation.
