US military helicopter crashes near Sharm el-Sheikh
The helicopter was with American peacekeepers, among whom were five US citizens, a French citizen and a Czech citizen.
There were a total of eight soldiers on board, but one of them managed to survive.

In Egypt, a shark bit off a child's hand

59 ancient sarcophagi found in Egypt
59 sarcophagi with mummies from about 2600 years ago were found in the necropolis of Saqqara in Giza.
Inside one of them, opened in the presence of journalists, there were mummified remains wrapped in cloth with hieroglyphs.
According to preliminary data, the brightly decorated sarcophagi belonged to priests, high-ranking officials and members of the elite of the Late Period (664 - 525 BC).
Egyptian tourist season opened for local residents: how hotels will work
