On 30 April, the US national intelligence director's office issued a statement rejecting the most extreme of the conspiracy theories about the virus's origins - that it was conceived as a bioweapon. It said the intelligence community was still examining whether the outbreak began "through contact with infected animals or if it was the result of an accident at a laboratory in Wuhan".
But President Donald Trump appeared to undercut that statement in a press briefing the same day. Asked whether he had seen anything to make him think the WIV was the source of the outbreak, he replied: "Yes, I have. Yes, I have."
China rejects the idea and has criticised the US response to the crisis.
But BBC’s Science Editor Paul Rancon says same thing that it might be true that Virus was released from Wuhan Institute of Virology in China.

CIA points out towards Wuhan Institute of Virology which is headed by Prof. Zengi Shi who is the director of the Center for Emerging Infectious Diseases of the Wuhan Institute of Virology. She got her Ph.D training at Montpellier University II, France, from 1996 to 2000. Her research focuses on viral pathogen discovery through traditional and high-throughput sequencing techniques. She has been studying the wildlife-borne viral pathogens, particularly bat-borne viruses since 2004. Her group has discovered diverse novel viruses/virus antibodies in bats, including SARS-like coronaviruses, adenoviruses, adeno-associated viruses, circoviruses, paramyxoviruses and filoviruses in China. One of her great contributions is to uncover genetically diverse SARS-like coronaviruses in bats with her international collaborators and provide unequivocal evidence that bats are natural reservoirs of SARS-CoV. She has coauthored >130 publications on viral pathogen identification, diagnosis and epidemiology.
She is missing for any comment.
So China now is covering up its fault and building up its image. It says that Virus travelled to USA from European countries and also that Virus existed in France and Italy even before spread in China.While the World Health Organization feels that Wuhan Virus was not created in any lab but it was infected to a 57-year-old lady in Hunan Sea Food Market in Wuhan in the early days of December 2019. Whatever is case but China overlooked the intensity of Highly Contagious Virus and acted very late. It does not shut international flights which resulted from the rapid spread of viruses to 205 countries till now. A Virus Cell is like living Human cell consisting RNA, Protein Cover and a Nuclei and when it finds inhabitant in an animal or human body it infects they through various routes( In case of COVID 19 through Air, person to person contact, aerosols, Hands, Nostrils and Mouth). Human Cells since this virus cell is a foreign object for them and also new can not recognize it to fight and destroy it and by the time they do it goes in to digestive system and lungs through the food pipe. This highly contagious Wuhan Virus has a low mortality rate in comparison to other coronaviruses like SARS and MERS up to 5 %. In a country like India where 1.3 Billion people live it has infected only 15000 people till April 16, 2020 with death below 500 which is almost 0.17 %. The number in India increased due to a large gathering of a section of Islamist people who had come to India from foreign Location and despite government restrictions gathered for preaching and then traveled to other places. Some Turkish research scientist says that less infection rate and lesser deaths in a country like India is due to this very fact that anti-tuberculosis vaccine is given to each infant which is also known as BCG Vaccine widely.
I interviewed Qiu Xiolong a famous investigative author and creator of Chief Inspector Chao who visited Wuhan on October 19 says that the Virology Lab which is suspected to release the virus is very close to Wet Market of Hunan. In a recently published article on its main website, BBC has investigated and found striking resemblances in COVID19 and Influenza Outbreak of 1918 which took away 10 to 15 Million lives from the subcontinent. Leave others Mahatma Gandhi who has just arrived in India from South Africa and his Sabarmati Ashram also came under the grip of that lethal virus.
COVID19 or Coronavirus or Chinese Virus started spreading from the seafood market of Wuhan in China in Dec 2019 (Nature). Till now it has now affected 205 countries and there are only 40 places in the world ( not countries) which can be termed as COVID19 free (BBC). Its believed that 50 million people will lose their job and its after-effects will push back countries 20-25 years back. While it also may be true that scientific inventions will speed up almost at the rate of 10 times higher than normal times. Until now almost a three million people are tested positive with tens of thousands of deaths in a couple of months. Super Powers, Developed Economies, Prime Ministers, Presidents, Kings, Queens Sports Persons, Cine Stars, Rich, Poor all are affected with it.
In such testing times, there are stories of hope and courage. Tens of thousands have recovered from a deadly virus. Its time to make people aware and educate everyone on how to avoid getting contact with a virus. The best thing is Social Distancing, Isolation, and Quarantine when drugs like Hydrochloroxiquine and Ibuprofen’s efficiency and accuracy are still to be proved and Vaccines are in the Laboratory stage.

Will COVID19 Redefine Every Existing Thing in This World
In one word, Yes. This Wuhan Virus or COVID19 is going to redefine the existing world. In 1918 Influenza Flu hit the word and it took away 1/6th population of the world with 20 lakhs deaths only in the Indian subcontinent. The major reason was that the British allowed it to spread and did not bothered to stop it by making Indians aware and ran away to a hill station. In due course they also paid price.Wuhan Virus whether its a man-made or naturally created is highly contagious flu and that's why it has taken only two to three months to allow it to spread in 205 countries leaving millions testing positive and tens of thousands of deaths.
In one replies to me on Twitter Director of Central Intelligence Agency, Gina Haspel admitted what China did. China first created Vaccine against Wuhan Virus and then let it manage loosely and allowed spread. Then immediately it shut all inbound and outbound flights from Wuhan to other places inside China but not the rest of the world. It allowed a few thousand of its people to die as it hardly cares about its people resulting in MNCs flee from Wuhan and other places in China. It purchased shares in those companies on the cheapest rate and now it's selling its medical equipment, masks, and other things to the rest of the world including USA & India. It also has won its war on the OBOR Multi Trillian USD initiative as now no country will have any choice but to succumb to the demands of China to survive and subsequently allow it to let OBOR pass through its territory.
Now the question which I am asked by Ex BBC Lead Presented Nik Gowing about disruption and that can be studied in many ways. There are Economic, Social, Health, Cultural, Psychological and Virtual disruption but I firmly believe it will be healed soon as again I will say we are on fast forward mode to come out of this clear and present danger of an outbreak.
The problem is how the world will look after we come out of it. Here I will say it will start phasing out of globalization where countries will focus more on domestic issues while remaining interconnected with others. Globalization has been a major reason for the quick spread of the Wuhan Virus as it had opened a window of multiple frequent travels of employees of companies who had offices in as many as 100 countries. Travel restrictions were not imposed by China within a month of the start of the spread.
China and WHO failed to warn and aware of the world on correct numbers inside China and hence now 205 countries are paying the price.
Who is responsible-Such Countries like China and such organizations like WHO?We still have time to correct ourselves and look back on what we have done to Earth. And also we can stop China from releasing second and third wave.
