Patric chega à marca de 250 jogos na Série A e quer manter histórico positivo diante do Palmeiras para Sport se afastar do Z4
Na última quarta-feira, o capitão do Sport, Patric, teve motivos de sobra para comemorar. Além da vitória por 1×0 contra o Fortaleza no estádio da Ilha do Retiro, o lateral-direito atingiu uma marca importante na Série A. Ele completou 250 jogos na competição nacional.
Com 31 anos, Patric é o 13º defensor em atividade com mais jogos pela elite do futebol brasileiro. O líder é Léo Moura com 497 partidas, seguido de Fábio Santos com 354 jogos. “Sempre sonhei em atuar as principais competições do Brasil e chegar aos 250 compromissos na principal competição do País é algo que me deixa muito contente. Todo o esforço não foi em vão e ainda tenho muita lenha para queimar. Sou um atleta com bom condicionamento físico e pretendo aumentar muito o número de partidas atuando em competições de alto nível, como a Série A”, declarou o camisa 2 do Sport.
Até então, Patric só ficou ausente de uma partida do Sport no Brasileirão e está entre os atletas que mais atuaram na atual edição do campeonato. O próximo compromisso do clube pernambucano será novamente em casa, amanhã (sábado), às 19h, diante do Palmeiras. Com 27 anos, Pedro Castro explicou os motivos que o fizeram ter uma ótima sequência de jogos em 2020. “Me preparei bem na pré-temporada e isso foi fundamental para aguentar a maratona de jogos.
