In the amid of garden something thrown by a gust of wind. Though its the age of satire and the age of complications that ignite certain times on us. Everyone has multiple constrains but I find that this age seems to be obscure. So there is no transparency at all, no cool fervor, no newness and no ingenuity. We are often quashed by nature in different embodiment. We only manipulate glamour and enchantment woefully we are worthless and blank from inside. We are full of impediments. We are confuse that monopolize us in some other way. But many times we boldly overthrew our twofold personalities. It would seems clearly that we are inconsistent. We could not set and could not be fix at all. But what to do my dear ones?
We are inimical to our soul mate and pure relations. Just focus on yourself. Give ample time to yourself for the sake of that you start loving yourself and you entrench your own respect. Do it.
If you try it you'll find a true person which still exists in YOU/YOURSELF but in many forms many embodiment.
Always be TRUE to yourself and be true to your blood relations. Because they are very incentive. Don't harm yourself. Oust negativities from yourself. I know we are innocent. We are loving. We are admirable.
You know we are QUETZAL that chirps in a lovely way even in hard and miserable conditions. Be like QUETZAL that sings like a REBBEC in lap. If we remove detestation and hatred from ourselves we'll find a pure thaddeus (courageous heart). Don't be malice to others.
DON'T ACCUSE OTHERS
DON'T BLAME OTHERS
TRUE TO YOURSELF
We are helms in others life where we are doing jeopardize jobs but we wouldn't have any notion that we're doing deeds wheather it is right or wrong. But what to do? We all are in brown study. May be we are feeling down likwise we are in melancholic mood. But how can we change ourselve with time? We could never have try righteous things. We're bad eggs. We are pretending all the things likewise that we are not to the nines. We all might have mixed feelings about anything everything. We might have been stuck. We always see dark things. We never had try vivid and vibrant things. We are scornful beasts. We are busy likewise we cheat people in any and every relation. But we have to subdue our ego. We have to bring it to the knees. We have to pulverize our bad side. We have to crucify our negativity. Go ahead. Scout yourself. Love respect. Respect yourself.

Hardly we're in a condition where we are not able to move , where we're not able to search a real emralds which would add strength and support to our soul. Even we're in state of isolation but hardly we won't able to enjoy state of tranquility. It sucks. Why we have not an inner peace? Why we think others will do our work? The third part will never ever do anything for us. They will waste our time. Why are we so malefic? We ourselves are horrific. We have terrible faces just like we're monsters. Can we remove mask from our pretty faces? No. Because we like to play with the sentiments of others. We trust blindly. We think negatively. And why not.We speak in inimical way. We never have trust ourselves. There is no transparency in our soul. We breathe in a vilifing environment. Every single day we pulverize our wings. And why not. But we do not have any idea why we behave like this.
HIV structure degradation and HIV cure:
When HIV first enters the human body or human blood stream the virus start circulates throughout the body. The protective surface of HIV is study with particular protein called gp120 and lip membrane envelop inside the capside that contain a viral RNA and viral enzyme.Gp120 protein on the virus is only able to bind with a cell surface called CD4-receptor.The second receptor protein ccr5 present on the surface of macrophages for the virus enter the cell by endocystosis and HIV cycle begin. From given Diagram virus Receptor attached with Lipid envelops if we can break the structure of Lipid envelops by using a enzyme called lipase virus could not be able to attach the surface of cell because the structure of the virus is degrade. The special type of lipase called pancreatic lipase which is working in 37°C and 7.0 PH can be used in this process
DNA fingerprinting and CRISPR cas9 system:
Leicester university geneticist Alec Jeffreys develops a technique called DNA fingerprinting in 1985 it allows the DNA sample from different people to be compared look for similarities and differences. It used the solving crime and can confirm if the people are related to each other like paternity testing. There is a section of chromosomes where instead of a gene consisting of a long sequence of bases, they are much shorter sequencing of three to five base that is repeated in many times these repeated sequences called short tandem repeats. If we can know the STR sequence of any person then we can design a gRNA.CRISPR to scan through DNA or find specific STR sequences of another person. If the CRISPR does not find the targeted STR sequence it does not bind to it its means that no fluorescence color appears under UV-light but its scan and find its target and this binding create a fluorescence signal its means that STR can occur in given DNA and both persons are related to each other with respect to any point that is father or son or suspect and victim. The DNA we can check is must be labeled with fluorescence color.

"As Iqbal placed the body of Ilm Din into the grave, he tearfully declared: "This uneducated young man has surpassed us, the educated ones."
The 1920’s in India witnessed the publishing of an inflammatory book vilifying Prophet Muhammad (SAW) thereby adding fuel to the existing Muslim/Hindu tensions. The British Raj ruled India and the creation of Pakistan was still a distant dream in the hearts of the Indian Muslims. The Muslim population was understandably incensed and mass protests were held. Prashaad Prataab had authored Rangeela Rasool (The Colourful Prophet), under the pen name of Pandit Chamupati Lal. The word rangeela means ‘colourful’ but can be understood in this context to mean ‘playboy’. [Nauzbillah]
Rajpal was a Hindu book publisher from Lahore. He took the responsibility of publishing the book in 1923 and pledged not to disclose the author’s real name. Pressure from the Muslim community resulted in the matter being taken to Session court Lahore which found Raj Pal guilty and sentenced him. Subsequently Rajpal appealed against the decision of Session Court in the Lahore High court. The appeal was heard by Judge Daleep Singh who gave leave to appeal on the grounds that on the basis of criticism against the religious leaders, no matter how immoral it is, is not covered by S.153 of the Indian Penal Code. Thus Rajpal could not be sentenced as law did not cover blasphemous criticism against religion. The High Court decision was widely criticised and protests were made against it by Muslims of India. Little did anyone suspect that one young man’s course of action would bring about a significant change in the Law, ensuring that Islam would be covered by blasphemy laws.
Ilm Din was an illiterate teenager from Lahore. His father was a carpenter. One day he was passing near Masjid (mosque) Wazir Khan. There was a huge crowd shouting slogans against Rajpal. The speaker thundered: "Oh Muslims! The devil Rajpal has sought to dishonour our beloved Prophet Muhammed (S.A.W) by his filthy book!”
- Ilm Din was deeply affected by this passionate speech and vowed to take action. On 6th September 1929 Ilm Deen set out for the bazaar and purchased a dagger for one rupee. He hid the dagger in his pants and waited opposite Rajpal’s Shop. Rajpal had not arrived yet. His flight had arrived at Lahore airport and he proceeded to phone the police in order to request them to provide him security. Ilm Deen did not know what the publisher looked like. He asked a few passer-by’s as to Rajpal’s whereabouts and said that he needed to discuss something with him. Rajpal entered the shop without detection but soon after a man alerted Ilm Din that Rajpal was inside. The young man entered the shop, lunged forward and attacked him. He stabbed his dagger into the chest of Rajpal with such force that his heart was ripped from his body. Rajpal fell dead on the ground. Ilm Deen made no attempt to escape. Rajpal’s employees grabbed him and shouted for help.

US President Donald Trump refers to a law allowing the army to suppress riots, the military says the army cannot be used inside the US
Donald Trump promised to deploy troops in response to ongoing protests in many cities around the country.
Yesterday, the president called the violent protests “domestic terrorist acts,” which should be suppressed by law enforcement.
"If a city or state refuses to take the necessary actions to protect the lives and property of its inhabitants, I will deploy the United States troops and quickly solve the problem for them," Trump said. He referred to the Uprising Act of 1807, which allows the president to use troops to suppress riots.
At the same time, CNN Pentagon interlocutors talked about the deep and growing concern among the military that arose even before Trump’s statement. Some military officials said the situation does not require the deployment of troops unless state governors provide convincing arguments that this is necessary.
"I would very much like local law enforcement officers to take responsibility," said a spokesman for the Department of Defense, citing laws prohibiting armies from performing law enforcement functions within the United States.
Are the online studies valuable to students?
There has been a press release on 15
April, 2020 by the consent students of University of Cape Coast, Ghana to share their grievances on the government's decision to study via e -learning.
It is obvious that the government is doing it best to provide quality education to their future leaders as they decide on an online studies in a time like this. Due to the pandemic virus, Covid-19 that has slowed down all activities, it was of course a good initiative by the government to introduce e learning platforms for students.
But have they thought of students living in remote areas with poor network service, and even they should support us with us with data. In as much as they can. Because our parents whom we rely are also home not working especially those in the lock-down areas such as Accra and Dumas. Students are in psychological trauma and emotional too. It is however unfair if these measures are not taken into consideration.
In view of these there has been a press release to appeal to the government and administration to tackle these issues very well.
