HOMOSEXUALITY IN PAKISTAN CAUSES AND CONSEQUENCES
What is homosexuality? Homosexuality is romantic attraction, sexual attraction, or sexual behavior between members of the same sex or gender. It is an unnatural act which a person fulfills his sexual desires in an unnatural way. This is a grave issue that this filth increases rapidly in Pakistan. Islam is the state religion of Pakistan and about 98% Pakistanis are Muslim. In Islam homosexuality is strictly prohibited. In Quran it is clearly mentioned how Allah destroyed the Qom e Loot because of this sin. I'm very ashamed to writing this that such activities largely practiced on Deeni Madrasas where religion is being taught, we have a lot of evidences where the preacher is doing such acts.
In Pakistan it mostly found in men but there is significant increase in women as well. It has often observed that boys' in boys' hostel have sex with each other to satisfy their sexual desires and girls in girls hostel do the same. This is a harsh reality which we cannot neglect. Mostly individuals do these acts as a fun and then they get addicted to it even the married people involved in such activities this is one of the main reasons for divorce in Pakistan because male or female don’t have interest with each other. I witnessed some people who are married have children's but also involved in homosexual activities.
In past, all this was done in secret but now in major cities, such as Lahore, Islamabad and Karachi, people now wear specific clothes to make them look gay. Sadly, there are some peoples in Pakistan who were working on rights of LGBT to their point of view love is love and it is natural to do sex with same gender.
In my opinion this may be the reasons behind homosexuality in Pakistan.
- Poverty
Poverty is one of the major social problems which Pakistan is facing. Poverty can be cause behind the homosexuality sometimes an individual is not willing to do such acts but due to his economic condition he was compelled to involved in such activities.
- Marriage
Late marriage of children can lead to homosexuality. Because if their sexual desires are not fulfilled in the right way, they will go astray.
- Porn sites
This is one of the main reasons because people watch such vulgar movies on the internet and later, they become interested in doing such activities.
- Biological
Several scientists concluded that one is born with a particular kind of sexual orientation and it is in the genes thus it is natural phenomena. But no conclusive proof their homosexual behavior is biological thing.
- Bad company
It is a fact that environment affect the development of an individual in different way. One's family, friend's society and experiences decide how one view life. how one feels and how he or she acts.
CONSEQUENCES
HEALTH RISKS
Sexually transmitted diseases (STD s) are diseases that can be passed from one person to another through intimate physical contact and sexual activities.
- Anal cancer
- Chlamydia trachomatis
- Giardia lamblia
- HIV
- HSV
- Syphilis
- Bacterial vaginosis
- Psychiatric illness. and many more.
To conclude if a person has been subjected to this curse, he should sincerely repent to Allah and promise that he will never commit this sin again.
Problems of Farmers in Pakistan
Economy of Pakistan is predominantly agro-based; agriculture contributes more than 20% of national GDP and also provides employment to 45% rural people of the total work force. It also contributes significantly to national growth as supplier of raw materials to agro-based industry. About 60% of country's population is directly or indirectly connected with agriculture for their livelihood. However, there exists a large gap between the potential and average yield of crops produced by farmers. This yield hole can sensibly be limited by diffusing present day horticultural innovations among the cultivating networks.
Pakistan's horticulture is contributing 21.4 percent to national GDP and remains the foundation of Pakistan's economy. It additionally gives crude material to different enterprises including material and sugar industry. More than 70 percent of Pakistan’s population is directly or indirectly linked with agriculture but it’s unfortunate that in our country farm productivity is far less as compared to other countries.
Restricted cultivable region Problem Solution Pakistan is wealthy in rich land yet the land is being squandered in various manners. 79.6% million hectors of land is cultural where as just 20.43% million hectors is developed Waste Land. Around 8 million hectares zone is inert and un-used.
Water logging and saltiness are twin issues of plant division. Water logging and saltiness impact about 0.10 million segment of place where there is land in reliably. Economic Loss to Agricultural Economy, around 43% of the zone in the Indus Basin Irrigation System is named waterlogged with the water table at a profundity of less than three meters, influencing around 7.1 million hectares.
The most significant issue of agribusiness is its low yield per hectare for pretty much every significant harvest. 45.0% of work power is occupied with this part in Pakistan while it is fewer than 5% in evolved nations.
The supply of modern inputs like high yielding variety seeds, chemical fertilizers, pesticides, mechanized machinery etc. not only costly but also inadequate and irregular.
The lower water supplies, loses from water course in the fields are the significant issues of homestead segment. Genuine surface water accessibility is 91.8 million section of land feet.
The Various Plant Diseases Various horticultural harvests like cotton, sugarcane, tobacco, wheat and rice frequently go under assault of nuisances and bugs. Irritations and plant maladies lessen the yearly efficiency of agribusiness. There is 20% decrease in efficiency because of superfluous downpour and troublesome climatic circumstances in Pakistan.
CONTROLLMENT
Poor farmers can't manage the cost of the costly innovation from their own assets in Pakistan. . A proportion of Rs. 85,177 million is administered by business banks in 2009 and Rs. 49 billion was scattered by ZTBL. ZTBL gave credit or Rs. 37.4billions during 2010-11
Water logging and saltiness pulverizes around one million section of land of land each year in Punjab and Sindh. The Ministry of Agriculture proposed to contribute Rs. 18.5 billion with the goal of changing over 2,00,000 sections of land of watered land to trickle and shower water system framework
High yielding seed isn't accessible at reasonable cost in Pakistan. Along these lines, ranchers need to rely on low nature of seeds that causes 20% decrease in absolute creation. Government ought to give HYV seed at least cost right now.

2021, UK Businesses and COVID-19
Happy new year to all! I know it’s hard to move on after all that we have faced.
How will you remember 2020?
Many lost their loved ones, others were stranded for months due to travel restrictions and when it comes to businesses, don’t even ask!
Almost 25% Yes, 25‰ of business were forced to close during this torrid year. With the country already withering economically due to the BREXIT crisis and political mishaps at their peak, this pandemic did nothing more but accelerate an inevitable collapse.
Though the vast majority of business said to have been affected were those of a recreational nature, many shops selling “essentials” were also struck by the outbreak, due to lack of cash flow and stock not arriving.
There were some businesses, however, that not only survived but continued to operate smoothly, increasing profits as usual. Really?
Which businesses were they and how?
Well, wise decisions are those made at the right time. It has been witnessed that those businesses that were heavily reliant on internet and telecommunications to operate, saved between 50-70% by using remote call centre services in countries like Pakistan, India and Philippines to name a few.
How does that save money, you may ask?
Well firstly, the staff comes cheap. Whereas in the UK an experienced telephone operator will probably set you back an average £8 an hour, you can avail the same services in these remote call centres for almost half the price. Another great benefit seen in using a remote call centre set up was the fact that businesses no longer needed acres of office space to accommodate a workforce. Not only did they save £Thousands by reduced rent but also saved staggering amounts from bills and maintenance.
What about the quality of service?
Can these call Centre agents provide the same quality of service as a UK resident would? The answer is quite surprising, yes. In the past, maybe 10 years (or so) ago, you could probably argue against that. In the early days, there were major quality issues. Accents sounded off, staff had very little knowledge of the product/service they were offering, lack of ability to make a general conversation and there was no proper training offered.
Times, however, have changed – drastically. With India once a hub for outsourcing, competition from upcoming businesses in the Philippines and especially Pakistan changed the whole dimension. Each country fighting to be the outsourcing hub sparked a huge improvement in aspects that had previously underwhelmed. Although India still has the largest share of this multi-billion dollar market, it is no longer the preferred destination for outsourcing. Countless fraudulent call centres across India have looted many already struggling businesses, with no trace of the criminals to be found. This prompted many YouTube bloggers and journalists to investigate. It didn’t take long for a hacker to hack into some of these calls centres and uncover the ghastly methods used by these criminals to rob innocent people, all doing so in the company of laughing colleagues with the mic on mute. Videos of these investigations can be found on social media. This decline has given rise to countries like Pakistan, who have become a BPO powerhouse in Asia.
What would be the attractive thing about outsourcing to Pakistan?
The attractive thing about outsourcing to Pakistan is that the country’s Federal Investigation Authority or F.I.A has an active cybercrime cell that is constantly on the looks for suspicious businesses providing online services. Not only that, every call Centre in Pakistan undergoes rigorous check by various authorities before being issued a license to trade. I.Ps used for internet services must also be whitelisted by the Pakistan Telecommunications Authority before they can be used for VOIP calls.
Wrapping up
Generally speaking, Pakistan is the safest remote call centre destination. What tops it off is the fact that many call centres in Pakistan have been set up and are managed by British nationals, which automatically translates into better-trained staff, better services. This is why it has become a go-to point for UK Business.

Lock down child sexual abuse 'hidden by under-reporting'
A significant drop in the number of child sexual abuse cases reported to police during lockdown masks the true extent of what's happened to vulnerable children, police chiefs say.
National Police Chiefs Council data shows reports in England and Wales fell by 25% between April and August, compared with the same period in 2019.
But officers told BBC Newsnight this does not represent the true picture.
And senior officers are warning child protection referrals will now rise.
Chief Constable Simon Bailey said he suspected the 25% fall was "a false and misleading picture" of what children may have experienced during those months.
- 'Worryingly low number' of at-risk children in school
- Online child abuse rising during lockdown
- Child sex abuse charity sees 50% rise in referrals
"Those children that would have been exposed to those adverse experiences during lockdown, it is only going to emerge when they spend time within the safe environment of a school, in contact with their teachers, who are very, very good and adept at identifying those signs - the indicators that something is not right within that child's life," he said.
Supt Chris Truscott, of South Wales Police, agreed there were limited opportunities during lockdown for vulnerable children to disclose harmful behaviour, which would start to come to light only now schools were back.
He too expected an increase in referrals officers would have had no way of identifying during lockdown.
"If they were vulnerable before the pandemic, then the likelihood is that vulnerability will have increased over that period of time," Supt Truscott said.
"So I think what we are likely to see is that trickle effect turning more into a river type effect where all of that six months of lockdown experiences which children perhaps have been through [are] aired."
- 'My parents put me in dangerous situations'
- Thousands of police trained to spot childhood trauma
- Help for trauma in childhood 'fragmented'
Supt Truscott is the national police lead on Early Action Together, a multi-agency programme in Wales that aims to stop those with adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) - such as living with domestic abuse, divorce, a parent with addictions or in prison, and physical or sexual abuse - entering the criminal justice system.
Those who have Aces are:
- 14 times more likely to be victims of violence
- 15 times more likely to commit violence against another person
- 20 times more likely to be jailed as adults
