This grafting method is used in fruit trees grown on large scale. This method is commonly utilized with stock of diameter 1cm and the diameter of scion should be nearly equal to stock.
In this method less stock is required as compared to cleft grafting and it will possess shape of a tree. Commonly 6-8 buds of scion are used in this technique. اپوزیشن نے پہلا جلسہ گوجرانوالہ میں کیوں کیا ؟ ۔شاید اس لئے کہ گوجرانوالہ ڈویژن نون لیگ کا گڑھ ہے۔ سنٹرل پنجاب سے نون لیگ نے 33 نشستیں حاصل کیں۔ وسطی پنجاب نون لیگ کو اون کرتا ہے مگر پھر بھی جلسہ ایک ایسے سٹیڈیم میں رکھا گہا۔جوسرکاری اعداد و شمار کے مطابق 30 ہزارافراد کےلئے بنایا گیا تھا۔اس سے پہلے یہ سٹیڈیم عمران خان اور نون لیگ والے دونوں الیکشن کے دنوں میں بھر چکے ہیں ۔اپوزیشن کی ساری پارٹیوں نے مل ملا کے اسے کسی حد تک بھر تو اب بھی دیا مگر چالیس فیصد جگہ گاڑیوں کےلئے جگہ چھوڑ دی گئی تھی ۔سٹیج بھی خاصا آگےلگایا گیا تھا۔پھر لوگ وسطی پنجاب سے ہی جمع نہیں گئے تھے ، دور داراز کے علاقوں سے بھی آئے تھے ۔میانوالی سے جلسہ میں شریک ہونے والے کچھ لوگ تو خود میرے جاننے والے تھے ۔جن سے میں لمحہ بہ لمحہ رپورٹ حاصل کرتا رہا ۔یعنی یہ جلسہ قطعاً اتنا بڑا نہیں جتنی توقع کی جارہی تھی۔برطانوی اخبار گارجین نے اس جلسے پر تبصرہ کرتے ہوئے لکھا کہ اپوزیشن پہلی مرتبہ فوج کی سیاست میں مداخلت کے خلاف ہزاروں لوگوں کو گھروں سے باہر نکالنے میں کامیاب ہوئی ۔بہرحال یہ سچ ہے اس سے بڑے جلسے تو ڈاکٹر طاہر القادری ہوتےتھے۔وہ اب بھی اکیلا اس سے کہیں بڑا جلسہ کرلینے کی پوزیشن ہیں ۔
اب سوال پیدا ہوتا ہے کہ اپوزیشن کی حکومت تحریک کو اس جلسہ کی وساطت سے کامیاب کہا جاسکتا ہے ۔ تو اس کا اندازہ اس سے بات سے ہوگا کہ کیا یہ جلسےجاری رہتے ہیں ۔پھر جلسوں کی کامیابی کا تعلق بڑھتی ہوئی مہنگائی اور بے روزگاری سے ہے اور حکومت اس پر قابو پالیتی ہے تو یہ جلسے اور بھی سکڑتے چلے جائیں گے مگر مہنگائی کا تعلق بین الاقوامی معیشت ہے ۔ اندازہ لگائیے کہ برطانیہ میں تقریباً بیس برس کے بعد پہلی بار دودھ کی قیمت بڑھی ہے اورڈبل ہو گئی ہے۔ایک کلو دودھ جو ایک پونڈکا ملتا تھا اب دو پونڈ پونڈھ مل رہا ہے
پھر جو معاملہ اپوزیشن کی تحریک کےلئے سب سے خطرناک ثابت ہوا۔ وہ اس جلسے کی آخری تقریر ہے جو لندن سے برائے راست جلسہ گاہ میں ٹیلی کاسٹ کی گئی ۔وہ تقریر تقریباً ویسی تھی جیسی کسی زمانے میں ایم کیو ایم کے بانی کیاکرتے تھے ۔بس تھوڑا سا فرق تھا کہ اس میں قومی ادارے کو ٹارگٹ نہیں کیا گیا تو اس کاسربراہ ٹارگٹ بنایا گیا تھااور تقریر میں اس کا نام بیسووں مرتبہ لیا گیا۔اسے خوفناک انجام کی نوعید سنائی گئیں ، حساب کتاب کی باتیں کی گئیں ۔ سوباقی اپوزیشن اس معاملہ خاصی پریشان ہے ۔ پیپلز پارٹی کے ایک لیڈر کے مطابق ’’ہم اس بیانیے کے ساتھ نہیں چل سکتے ‘‘۔باقی سیاسی پارٹیاں بھی اُس تقریر کا بوجھ اٹھانے کے قابل نہیں ۔ سو اپوزیشن کے محاذمیں ابھی سےشگاف پڑ نے شروع ہو گئے ہیں ۔ ایک اطلاع کے مطابق آخر کار وہ وقت آ ہی گیا ہے کہ جب شہباز شریف اور نواز شریف کے راستے سچ مچ جدا ہو گئے ہیں ۔اولاد کی محبت بڑی خوفناک چیز ہے۔
مولانا فصل الرحمن تقریر کےلئے ڈائیس پرآئے تو پیپلز پارٹی اور نون لیگ کے بہت سے لوگ پنڈال سے اٹھ کر چلے گئے ۔بے شک مولانا ’’مشرف بہ میوزک ‘‘ ہو چکےہیں مگر عوام ابھی تک انہیں اپوزیشن کی پارٹیوں کا سربراہ تسلیم کرنے پر تیار نہیں ۔
مجھے سب سے زیادہ حیرت اس بات پر ہوئی کہ محترمہ مریم نواز نے فرما یاکہ ’’عمران خان کی کرپشن کی داستانیں جب عوام کے سامنے آئیں گی تو لوگ کانوں کو ہاتھ لگائیں گے۔‘‘اس جملے کئی مفہوم ہیں کہ ایک یہ کہ صرف ہم نہیں عمران خان بھی کرپٹ ہیں ۔دوسراعمران خان کی کرپشن ہم سے زیادہ نکلے گی۔تیسرا’’ جب عوام کے سامنے آئیں گی تو وہ کانوں کو ہاتھ لگائیں ‘‘یعنی ابھی ہمارے پاس عمران خان کی کسی کرپشن کا کوئی ثبوت نہیں کہ ہم لوگ عوام کے سامنے پیش کر سکیں ۔
مریم نواز کی طرف سے لگائے گئےعمران خان پر کرپشن کا الزام کو میں مکمل طور پر مسترد کرتاہوں ۔یعمرا ن خان کر پٹ نہیں ۔اپوزیشن اس جھوٹ کو جتنی مرتبہ بھی بولے ، کوئی فرق نہیں پڑے گا۔بلکہ عمران خان کےلئےعوامی ہمدرد ی بڑھے گی ۔ایسے الزامات کی کوئی حقیقت نہیں ہو سکتی کہ ملک ریاض نے بحیرہ ٹائون میں جس طرح آصف علی زرداری اور نوازشریف بڑے بڑے ولاز تحفے میں دئیے تھے،اسی طرح عمران خان کا ولا بھی تعمیر کے مراحل میں ہے۔عمران خان کا لاہور کے خوبصورت ترین علاقے میں نہر کے کنارے اپنا خوبصورت ، وسیع و عریض آبائی مکان موجود ہے اسے کسی اور مکان کی کیا ضرورت ہے۔ان کے بچے ااپنی ماں کی وساطت سے انگلیڈ کے امیرترین بچے ہیں ۔جن کی دولت کسی طرح ملک ریاض کم نہیں ۔عمران خان اب کس کےلئے کرپشن کرے گا۔ جوشخص 68سال تک صادق و امین رہا ہے اس پر اب کرپشن کا الزام چاند کے منہ پر تھوکنے کے مترادف ہے۔
یہ اطلاعات بھی ہیں کہ دسمبر میں نواز شریف پاکستان آنے کا پروگرام بنا چکے ہیں مگر وہ بار بار پوچھتے ہیں کہ کہیں پھر معاملہ پچھلے مرتبہ جیسا تو نہیں ہو گا کہ نون لیگ کا جلوس کہیں راستہ میں کھو گیا اور مریم اور نواز شریف جیل پہنچا دئیے گئے ۔
اپوزیشن کے پاس نئے انتخابات کےلئے صرف ایک راستہ ہے کہ وہ اسمبلیوں سے مستعفی ہوجائے تاکہ حکومت نئے انتخابات کرانے پر مجبور ہو جائے مگر خبر یہی ہے کہ صرف پیپلز پارٹی نے ہی انکار نہیں کیا ،خود نون لیگ کے بےشمار ایم این ایز نے اس آئیڈیا کو ناقابل عمل قراردے دیا۔یعنی مستعفی ہونے سے انکار کر دیا۔ان کے خیال کے مطابق اس وقت حکومت مہنگائی کے دیو کو قابو کرنے کی کوشش کررہی ہے۔توقع ہے کہ دو تین ماہ میں کامیاب ہو جائے گی۔سو نئے الیکشن ہمارے لئے نقصان کا باعث بنیں گے ۔ہائوس کے اندر تبدیلی کا آپشن بھی موجود ہے مگر سینٹ میں سنجرانی کے انتخاب میں اپوزیشن کو شرمندگی ہوئی اس کے بعد وہ بہت محتاط ہو چکی ہے اور دوبارہ شرمندہ نہیں ہونا چاہتی ۔
مولانا فضل الرحمن نے دعوی کیا کہ ’’حکومت آنے والا دسمبر نہیں دیکھے گی‘‘ مولانا جب اپنا ڈنڈہ بردار جلوس لے کر اسلام آباد تھے تو اس وقت بھی واپس جاتے ہوئے ایسا ہی اعلان کیا تھا کہ دوماہ میں عمران خان کی حکومت ختم ہوجائے گی ۔پتہ ایسے خواب مولانا دن کی روشنی میں کیسے دیکھ لیتے ہیں۔کچھ احباب کا خیال ہے کہ بڑے عرصہ کے بعداقتدار سے باہر ہونے سبب مولانا کی شخصیت میں کئی نفیساتی پیچیدگیاں پیدا ہو گئی ہیں ۔اب ان کی حالت بالکل ماہی ِبے آب کی طرح ہے۔ سو حکومت کوان کی کسی بات کا برا نہیں منانا چاہئے ۔
