Накануне 77-ой годовщины со дня полного освобождения Ленинграда от фашистской блокады представители управления Росгвардии по ХМАО – Югре провели встречу с председателем местного Совета ветеранов из блокадного города Маргаритой Кузьменковой. Мероприятие состоялось в Ханты-Мансийске.
Маргарита Яковлевна поделилась с гостями в погонах воспоминаниями своей мамы и старшей сестры о тяжелых временах блокады. Только неимоверные усилия родных смогли сохранить жизнь ей, - тогда полуторагодовалой девочке.
«Мама рассказывала, что оставляла нас с сестрой одних дома и отправлялась рыть окопы, а потом со страхом возвращалась домой, боясь, что дом разрушен, а детей больше нет в живых. Папа спустя несколько дней после объявления войны ушел на фронт, а позже погиб», - поделилась жительница блокадного Ленинграда.
После снятия блокады, 27 января 1944 года, семья Маргариты Яковлевны переехала в Ханты-Мансийск. В послевоенное время вернулась в Ленинград только старшая сестра. Маргарита Яковлевна с мамой так и осталась жить в Югре, где позже вышла замуж и стала многодетной мамой, а затем и бабушкой.
Ежегодно, начиная с 90-х годов, накануне памятной даты Маргарита Кузьменкова приезжает на родину в Санкт-Петербург, чтобы принять участие в праздничных мероприятиях по случаю завершения битвы за город на Неве, а также принять участие в съезде Международной ассоциации общественных организаций блокадников города-героя Ленинграда. В этом году по понятным причинам поездка не состоялась.
«В рамках военно-патриотической работы мы регулярно проводим встречи с представителями ветеранских организаций, что позволяет нам собрать ценные сведения об исторических событиях, участниками которых были эти уникальные люди. Это необходимо, чтобы не только сохранить но и передать ценные воспоминания новым поколениям граждан. Сейчас в Ханты-Мансийском автономном округе проживает 45 ветеранов, награжденных знаком «Жителю блокадного Ленинграда», которым мы стараемся оказать помощь и поддержку», - отметил заместитель начальника территориального управления по работе с личным составом подполковник Алексей Мигуцкий.
В свою очередь Маргарита Кузьменкова поблагодарила росгвардейцев за внимание к ветеранам-блокадникам и выразила надежду на дальнейшее взаимодействие.
