She worked in the emergency department and had been on the front lines for weeks, handling the onslaught of cases, her father said. New York City has been the US pandemic epicenter, recording nearly 300,000 cases and more than 22,000 deaths as of Tuesday morning. Breen contracted Covid-19 and took a week and a half off to recover, but when she went back to work, she couldnt last through a 12-hour shift, her father said. Still, she felt like she had to get back in there to help her colleagues. Then, a doctor friend visited Breen at home and told her she should go home to Virginia, where most of her family is based, Philip Breen said. Apple vintage race car Porsche 935 K3 on sale for $499,000 - Business Insider - Business Insider
The 1979 Porsche 935 K3 is a replica of the real one sponsored by Apple that raced in the 1980 season.
The ultimate piece of Apple merch is up for sale: a 1979 Porsche 935 K3 decorated in a vintage Apple look, a complete replica of the racecar sponsored by Apple in 1980. The car is being sold by the Atlantis Motor Group for $499,000, a steal compared to the estimated $8 to $10 million value of the original. In fact, the original car doesn't even look like it did in the Apple sponsorship days anymore. In 1979, one year before Apple decked it out in rainbow colors, Paul Newman raced in it, to a huge media circus. In 2006, it was restored to the way it looked when driven by Newman, without a trace of its Apple background. Luckily, the replica remains to give a peek at what Apple's only racecar ever looked like. Take a look.
Could we see William Saliba make a premature return to Arsenal? - Just Arsenal News
The French Ligue 1 has just been cancelled after the French Government ruled out the restarting of any sporting event until at least September. Could this bring William Saliba back to Arsenal sooner than first expected?
The French Ligue 1 has just been cancelled after the French Government ruled out the restarting of any sporting event until at least September. Could this bring William Saliba back to Arsenal sooner than first expected? This move by the French will come as a major blow for PSG who are 12 points clear on the French league table and they are already in the next round of the Champions League. The Gunners loaned out Saliba to Saint Etienne for the season after they signed him last summer. He was just 18 when he signed for us and the deal agreed meant that he would remain in France for a season and continue his development. He helped his side reach a French cup final after recovering from a persistent injury. However, he could be set to make a premature return to the Emirates. The French league has been cancelled after the countrys Prime Minister stated that no sporting event would take place before September. This means that players can go on holiday or return to their parent side if they on loan. Mikel Arteta hasnt had the chance to meet Saliba as he became Arsenal manager after the season had begun. He may ask for the Frenchman to report to training so he can see him up close. However, Saliba could not play any competitive game for the Gunners as he wasnt registered to play for them this season. Arsenal will be glad to get some help from him before this season finishes, but we have to wait until next season to see him in action for the Gunners.

Libya’s United Nation-recognised government has finally reactedto the action of the country’s military leader Khalifa Haftar. Naija News recalls that Haftar said Monday his Libyan National Army (LNA) was accepting a “popular mandate” to rule over the country, apparently brushing aside the civilian authorities which nominally govern eastern Libya. However, reacting to the development, the Approved UN-Libyan government mocked and accused rival military commander Khalifa Haftar of seeking to stage a new coup after he claimed to have a “mandate” from the people to govern the country. “It’s a farce and the latest in a long series of coups d’etat,” the Government of National Accord (GNA), which is based in the capital, Tripoli, said in a statement on Tuesday. The Libyan Government also added that What the war criminal Haftar said was a coup on the democratic path, not new but a continuation of his failed coups and to cover up his repeated defeats. Russia’s reaction to Haftar’s Libya power grab Meanwhile, the Russian government, a close ally of Haftar has describedthe power grab as “surprising”. According to a source from Russian foreign ministry they were s surprised by the war lord’s action because it negets the decisions reached at a conference in Berlin in January to be implemented by Libyans themselves, with the assistance of the international community, the source said. “We support the continuation of the political process. There is no military solution to the conflict.
