People go to all lengths, in terms of their diet and exercise, to stay in shape and remain healthy. I was in shock — what about protein? But he said hes never had better health in his life.”In a video featuring Balakrishnan, she started out by saying, “He has not eaten anything but coconutsfor the past 24 years.”
Shenazshared that he was diagnosed with GERDand had lost all his strength. “Then, as part of his treatment, he started eating coconuts and consuming the water,” she said in the video.
The walls of the vagina are coated by a thin layer of moisture, which provides an alkaline environment suitable for the sperms survival and travel for reproduction. The vagina also secretes thin, white substances to lubricate the vaginal wall and help in smooth sexual intercourse. However, when the vaginal wall secretes less moisture, it may lead to vaginal dryness.Causes of vaginal dryness
According to Dr Jagriti Varshney, a gynaecologist and obstetrician, “One of the chief causes of vaginal dryness is decreasing oestrogen levels. As women age, they produce less and less oestrogen, especially when they reach menopausal age. It also causes the thinning of vaginal walls, which means it produces less moisture, leading to vaginal dryness.”
Despite trying various diets and exercises, many of us struggle to lose weight. That is (probably) because we tend to forget that the best way to approach any fitness goal is to be consistent with one’s workouts, and also make necessary dietary changes. As such, fitness trainer Simran Valecha took to Instagram to share how even one hour of walking per day can help you stay in calorie deficit — where the number of calories expended is more than the calories consumed.“Girls, losing 2-3kg every month is not hard, and stop listening to anyone who says you have to learn carbs or sugar to lose weight. You can eat everything and still create a calorie deficit of 200-300 calories daily. Moving your body daily will not only help you lose weight but will also help you live a longer and healthier,” she said.
Intrigued, we reached out to experts to understand more about calorie deficit and how walking helps.
Aidans tics erupted one day after school in early 2021, about a month after the long pandemic lockdown had ended. The 16-year-old convulsed while walking into the house, head snapping and arms swinging, sometimes letting out high-pitched whistles and whoops.
Aidans parents looked up from the living room couch with alarm. They had been worried about the teenagers ratcheting anxiety related to COVID, gender dysphoria, college applications, even hanging out with friends. But they were not prepared for this dramatic display.
