But Balakrishnan has, perhaps, transcended all boundaries as he has been on a coconut-only diet for 24 years to manage gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD). Sharing his story on Instagram, actor-travel influencer Shenaz Treasury wrote, “Leave a for Mr Balakrishnan and his good health Can you imagine — this man has been on a coconut diet for 24 years. I was in shock — what about protein? But he said hes never had better health in his life.”In a video featuring Balakrishnan, she started out by saying, “He has not eaten anything but coconutsfor the past 24 years.”
Shenazshared that he was diagnosed with GERDand had lost all his strength. “Then, as part of his treatment, he started eating coconuts and consuming the water,” she said in the video.

According to Dr Jagriti Varshney, a gynaecologist and obstetrician, “One of the chief causes of vaginal dryness is decreasing oestrogen levels. As women age, they produce less and less oestrogen, especially when they reach menopausal age. It also causes the thinning of vaginal walls, which means it produces less moisture, leading to vaginal dryness.”

Russlands Präsident Wladimir Putin und der belarussische Staatschef Alexander Lukaschenko haben in Moskau über die Zusammenarbeit beider Länder in Wirtschafts- und Sicherheitsfragen gesprochen. Dabei unterstrich Lukaschenko nach russischen Agenturberichten die technologische Kooperation der zwei verbündeten, aber international isolierten Nachbarstaaten. Sie lasse die Sanktionen ins Leere laufen, die wegen des russischen Angriffs auf die Ukraine verhängt worden sind, behauptete er.
Die Länder des Westens hätten Russland und Belarus nicht um ihr Potenzial in der Computertechnologie gebracht, sagte Lukaschenko bei dem Treffen in Putins Residenz Nowo-Ogarjowo. Auch produziere Belarus jetzt schon etwa 1.000 Bauteile für die zivilen russischen Flugzeuge MS-21 und Suchoi Superjet. Sein Land sei mit etwas russischer Hilfe auch in der Lage, Erdkampfflugzeuge herzustellen, sagte Lukaschenko. Solche Maschinen dienen der Unterstützung eigener Infanterie-Einheiten und können gegnerische Ziele am Boden angreifen.
